Indonesia is a country that has been categorized as one of G-20 countries and also indeed has a high level of economy globally. Financial Industry is one of the sectors that contributes Indonesian economy. However, even though the financial sector is one of the biggest contributors, there are still many Indonesia’s citizens who are not with financially iterated, especially in Bengkayang Regency and this problem has motivated the community service team of the Shanti Bhuana Institute to carry out community service activities in Kawan Hamlet in Bengkayang Regency. This activity uses three methods, namely lectures, tutorials and practices. This service activity received both satisfying results where 54.5% of the participants felt quite satisfied with the service activities that had been carried out and the remaining 45.5% were very satisfied with the implementation of community service activities. A total of 33 participants said they understood the whole material in the range of 76-100%, 8 participants said they understood the whole material in the range of 50-75%, and only 2 participants said they understood the whole material in the range below 50%

Toko sembako Nadin Family merupakan salah satu UMKM yang ada di Bengkayang. Toko Nadin Family berdiri pada tahun 2019. Ada beberapa permasalahan yang ada di UMKM toko Nadin Family diantaranya lingkungan area toko Nadin Family ini masih kurang bersih, belum ada sosial media, dan laporan keuangannya juga masih tercampur. Hal ini dikarenakan keterbatasan pemahaman dalam melakukan pengelolaan UMKM yang membuat pemilik toko kesulitan dalam mengelola toko. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemberdayaan UMKM melalui pendampingan guna untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan UMKM yang ada di Kabupaten Bengkayang berdasarkan Modul ILO Score. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian ini, adalah; 1) Memberikan pemahaman dan wawasan kepada Pemilik Toko Nadin Family terkait manajemen Berbasis Modul ILO Score, 2) Membuat promosi di Google Maps dengan mengunggah foto lokasi toko Nadin Family, 3) Merencanakan dan menerapkan modul 3K, dan 4) Memberi pelatihan tentang literasi keuangan maupun pembukuan dan penghitungan Harga Pokok Penjualan (HPP). Adapun metode yang digunakan dari modul ILO SCORE yaitu 5S, Promosi, K3 dan Literasi Keuangan. Hasil kegiatan telah berhasil menerapkan Modul 5S, Modul K3, Modul Promosi, Modul Pembukuan dan Penghitungan Harga Pokok Penjualan (HPP) bagi Toko Sembako Nadin Family Bengkayang.

In a hamlet in West Kalimantan, there are a lot of farmers who plant field rice live in poverty. Unfortunately, they feel that planting this field rice is a tradition and social identity that cannot be abandoned, so that they seem to be in shackles of poverty with no way out. Therefore, it is necessary to do literacy which can open their eyes to the poverty shackles that have bound them so far, and open their horizons to find other alternatives to increase their income. Apart from that, another important thing is that it is necessary to instill spiritual values that enable them to leave behind the old values they have lived so far, which keeps them in poverty.

Regional economic development is development activity carried out by the local government, especially in the Bengkayang Regency area where development is carried out together with the local community, so that the government can manage and utilize existing resources optimally so that the regional economic development of Bengkayang Regency and the welfare of the local community Bengkayang Regency is better. One of the benchmarks for the success of regional economic development and community services in the region can be seen from the regional economic growth. The purpose of this research is to analyze the regional economic development strategies carried out by the Bengkayang Regency Government in increasing the economic growth of Bengkayang Regency so that it can increase the regional development of Bengkayang Regency. This research was conducted for almost one year and used qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The results of this study show the development strategies carried out by Bengkayang Regency in accelerating good development and reducing poverty, namely improving the quality of education, improving the quality of health, improving the quality of religious life, improving the quality of governance, improving the quality and quantity of infrastructure, increasing productivity of regional superior sectors, increased village development, increased development of border areas, and increased environmental sustainability.
