Abstract

Student management is the arrangement and arrangement of activities related to students from entering school to becoming alumni. Student management activities are an important part of an educational institution that must be considered. So that in its implementation, student management affects the potential development and achievement of students in schools, both academic and non-academic achievements, such as developing potential in certain fields by participating in extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 2 Rengasdengklok. non-academic fields through the development of students' interests and talents through extracurricular activities. SMP Negeri 2 Rengasdengklok does not only focus on academic achievement, but also focuses on potential non-academic achievements, because this school understands that not all students are able to master activities in the academic field, but some of them have abilities in the non-academic field. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research by conducting interviews with the vice principal and teachers. The results of this study indicate that the planning, implementation and evaluation of student management in improving students' non-academic achievement at SMP Negeri 2 Rengasdengklok has been carried out well. This can be seen from the indicators regarding student management, such as the formation of a new student admissions committee, recruitment, selection, orientation, placement, reporting and student development.

Abstract

This research is motivated by strategic management in improving the quality of Islamic religious education in elementary schools which is still low. Schools in order to provide quality education, educational management strategies must be formulated thoroughly. To realize the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of Islamic religious education in Izzatul Islam, a leader and manager of educational institutions is needed. The principal as a leader in educational institutions has a very dominant role in improving the quality of education so that it is of high quality. The focus of this study is to analyze how the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of Islamic religious education at SDIT Izzatul Islam. This study aims to determine the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of Islamic religious education at SDIT Izzatul Islam. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The location of the research was carried out at SDIT Izzatul Islam, Cibarusah District, Bekasi Regency. Based on the results of research at SDIT Izzatul Islam, it shows that strategic management in improving the quality of Islamic religious education goes through three processes, namely (1) formulation, by formulating the school's vision and mission, (2) implementation, by implementing school policies and motivating educators and educators. education, (3) evaluation and control by covering activities such as planning, implementation process, supervision to the results of activities.

Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah is one of the religious education institutions on the outside of school that is comprehensively capable of providing Islamic religious education to students. Madrasah Diniyah is a non-formal Islamic education institution whose learning implementation is carried out in the afternoon and its function is as a complement to Islamic education. From the community's need for this type of educational institution, Madrasah Diniyah persists. Although until now Madrasah Diniyah has received little attention from the government, both in terms of budget fulfillment and manpower assistance, the role of Madrasah Diniyah is very important in the education system that must be considered together. Currently the phenomenon that occurs in the community in Mulangsari Village is a lack of understanding of religion. One indicator is that many parents send their children to public schools with minimal religious education. The existence of Madrasah Diniyah Riyadul Athfal in Mulangsari Village is an alternative for Islamic education in the village. This study aims to determine the implementation of Islamic religious education learning at Madrasah Diniyah Riyadul Athfal and to find out the motivation of the people of Mulangsari Village to receive Islamic religious education at Madrasah Diniyah Riyadul Athfal. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Collecting data using observation, documentation and interview techniques. The results of the study indicate that: The implementation of Islamic religious education at Madrasah Diniyah Riyadul Athfal does not only study the Reading and Writing of the Qur'an but also other Islamic subjects. The learning system applied at Madrasah Diniyah Riyadul Athfal uses the classical system where the students are divided into 6 classes. The motivation for the people of Mulangsari Village to prefer to receive Islamic religious education at Madrasah Diniyah Riyadul Athfal is because the learning is organized, the educational background of the Head of Madrasah Diniyah is graduates from Islamic boarding schools, and the location is very strategic so that it is easily accessible by the community.

Abstract

The Mosque Youth Association is a youth association that fills activities in the mosque, fosters youth to take part in religious activities in the mosque and teaches values and norms of life according to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. The Mosque is a place for broadcast Islam and the task of the youth around who will invite and teach the surronding community about religion. In this study, the method used was descriptive qualitative method by conducting observations and interviews with supervisors as well as advisors, heads and administrators of the education and religious sector of the Mosque Youth Association, community leaders and local residents. The results of this study revealed that all programs designed by the administrators of the Mosque Youth Association were very good, this was seen from the responses of local residents who supported and accepted all the programs designed. However, there are still inhibiting factors from the coaching program, namely: the lack of facilities and infrastructure to support teaching and learning activities such as lack of space and lack of reading books.

Abstract

BiMBA AIUEO is an informal early childhood education institution aimed at guiding children's interest in learning. The picture word card media is a learning medium used in BiMBA AIUEO, the goal is for children to play while learning. This paper discusses the use of picture word cards in fostering children's interest in reading at BiMBA AIUEO Unit Margahayu East Bekasi. In this study the method used is descriptive qualitative, data collection in this study using observation, documentation and interview techniques. The results of the study show that the learning media applied at BiMBA AIUEO Margahayu East Bekasi Unit uses pictorial word card media with an individual system approach that is carried out by looking at the abilities of each child, using the small step system method, which is a method that focuses on children after seeing their abilities and also the application of the fun learning method which is a fun learning atmosphere activity. These methods are considered very effective in fostering interest in reading in children because they are in accordance with the world of children, namely playing while learning and learning while playing.

Abstract

Aspek perkembangan kognitif merupakan aspek yang penting untuk dikembangkan pada saat anak usia dini. Perkembangan kognitif adalah perkembangan anak usia dini yang meliputi berfikir, mengingat, serta mengolah informasi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan sebelumnya oleh penulis di PAUD Nurussalam yaitu kurangnya pengembangan aspek kognitif bagi anak. Dari fenomena tersebut penulis berfikir untuk mengembangkan aspek kognitif anak dengan penggunaan media mencari jejak. Media mencari jejak adalah sebuah media yang dibuat dari barang-barang bekas seperti kardus bekas. Media ini di buat oleh guru untuk dapat mengembangkan aspek kognitif anak di PAUD Nurussalam. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan aspek kognitif anak usia dini melalui media mencari jejak. Metode kualitatif adalah metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini, dengan data yang diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Observasi dan dokumentasi dilakukan kepada anak selama pembelajaran berlangsung, Sedangkan wawancara ditujukan kepada guru kelas A di Paud Nurussalam. Subjek yang di ambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu 10 anak kelas A yaitu rentang usia 4-5 tahun. Hasil Penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu 8 dari 10 anak yang pembelajarannya sudah menggunakan media permainan menacari jejak perkembangan kognitif nya sudah Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) dan Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) dengan nilai presentase 80%.

Abstract

SDIT Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Karawang is one of the da'wah institutions that has one mission, namely instilling Islamic faith, sholilah worship and morality based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. With one of its goals to form students who are faithful and devoted, intelligent, and have noble character. Has a variety of excellent programs in which there is a moral development of students. This study aims to identify and describe the student morality development program as the implementation of character education at SDIT Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Karawang. Using descriptive qualitative research methods by conducting direct observations and interviews with classroom teachers. The results showed that the student morality development program at SDIT Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Karawang includes various activities that provide feedback as a form of habituation to noble actions in daily activities. The strategy that the teacher uses in implementing moral development is through two approaches, namely direct education and indirect education. The supporting factor for the running of the student's morality development activities is the collaboration between the student's guardian and the homeroom teacher. The inhibiting factor is due to the lack of awareness or desire of students in participating in these coaching activities. To overcome the obstacles that occur in the process of fostering student morality, teachers often give rewards in the form of stars to students.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology, there are many updates in the use of learning media, one of wich is by using the Quizizz Application. Quizizz is an online based educational game application that can be used as a means of delivering learning materials and as a learning evaluation medium. Where Quizizz has interesting features that make learning more fun. The Quizizz application is one of the choices of learning media applied by Fiqh teachers at MA Daarul Qur’an because applying it has a better impact on the learning process. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data sources including observation, interviews with Fiqh teachers and vice principals in the field of curriculum and serval students. The results of the study prove that the use of the Quizizz application in Fiqh subjects at MA Daarul Qur’an from the planning, implementation, to evaluation stages is carried out well. This can be seen from the students understanding of the material provided is increasing. As for the use of the Quizizz application, there are supporting factors including: an application that is easily accessible, the use of quotas is not much, there is an element of competition, presents a variety of questions, and the school provides several facilities. The inhibiting factors in using the Quizizz application are: the internet network is often weak, the number of computers in not large, and it takes more time.

Abstract

Tiktok is a product of communication technology, a place where users can easily participate in sharing, creating content and interact with each other in a virtual world. One of the problems caused by the development of social media is that a lot of negative content has emerged, including homosexual content. This paper discusses the perception of social media users towards the spread of homosexual content on the Tiktok application. The research method used is qualitative, with data sources in the form of direct observations on Tiktok social media, interviews with Tiktok users, and literature studies. The results show that social media users in Ciruluk Village, Kalijati District, Subang Regency, West Java Province have the same perception that homosexual content is very disturbing and detrimental and has a bad impact on Indonesia’s young generation. As for how to respond to homosexual content on the Tiktok application, namely by avoiding watching it, creating positive content, the importance of mentoring from parents so that children avoid negative viewing, and stay away from bad environments and associations.

Abstract

AbstactMoral is a crucial thing that must be owned by a Muslim in his life, including when a disaster strikes. The Prophet PUBH was sent to perfect noble character, there are many hadiths of the Prophet PUBH that discuss diseases or epidemics that are spread in various books of hadith, in this paper presented three authentic hadiths relating to disease and plague and the moral values contained therein. The moral values that are infused from the three hadiths include the character of grace, the character of patience, the character of justice, the character of ghafar and the character of gratitude. These five commendable morals when practiced by a Muslim means that he has imitated the attributes of Allah SWT.Keywords: Noble Character, Hadits, Islamic Values, Moral ValueAbstrakAkhlak adalah hal krusial yang harus dimiliki seorang muslim dalam kehidupannya termasuk saat tertimpa musibah. Nabi SAW diutus untuk menyempurnakan akhlak mulia, banyak hadits Nabi SAW yang membahas tentang penyakit ataupun wabah yang tersebar di berbagai kitab hadits, dalam tulisan ini dipaparkan tiga buah hadits shahih yang berkaitan dengan penyakit dan wabah serta nilai akhlak yang terkandung di dalamnya. Nilai akhlak yang diresapi dari ketiga hadits tersebut antara lain adalah akhlak rahmat, akhlak sabar, akhlak adil, akhlak ghafar dan akhlak syukur. Kelima akhlak terpuji ini apabila diamalkan seorang muslim berarti dia telah meneladani sifat-sifat Allah SWT.Kata Kunci: Akhlak, Hadits, Nilai-Nilai Islami, Nilai Moral
