Abstract

Employee performance is one of the things that is very interesting to develop, because employee performance is crucial in determining the performance of partnerships. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect on employee performance, encourage work on employee performance, placement on employee performance, and personality, encourage work, and placement on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is 50 employees of PT. Asuransi Kredit Indonesia Cabang Batam. The research sample of 50 employees, with census sampling technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference in employee performance, work planning is significant on employee performance, and placement is not significant on employee performance, and competence, encouraging work, and significant placement on employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources like the nurses as a integral parts from medical services, have big contribution to select medical services at hospital. The nurses at hospital are a main point medical services, couses that human resources that contain the biggest and most interaktif with client continously and balance to give comprehensives medical services and professional reactions. The research purposing to know the factors that connected with styling work grade of nurses. The research do at resting installation RSUD, Sawah Lunto. The factor that observe are royalty grade, education grade, and leader grade. The research design that using is cross sectional, data proses and analyzes with using computerization program SPSS for window version 11.0 with Chi Square Test. The research populations are all nurses that have duty at resting room RSUD, Sawah Lunto in surgical operation, child room, and midwife services, that amount are 56 people, and all of population be a sample. From result research get 51,8% styling work from the nurses is like usual not the best. Statistic result show that relationship between motivations, salary, and leadership wit styling work, at the other side education grade not show relationship wit styling work. According the observation, the nurses more add motivation at working, officer at hospitas must attract nurses incentives and head officer more add activity and controlling to the working nurses.

This research objective is to find the impact of training to performance. Performance function is as a dependent variable on this research. Training functionate as independent variable. The sample of this research included fifty permanent worker in Production Departement of PT. X Batam, acquired by purposive sampling. Data is collected through questionnaire and analyzed by multiple regression analysis method by Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS.

Abstract

Peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau salah satunya adalah melalui peningkatan daya saing investasi, karena dengan makin banyaknya investasi yang masuk di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau membawa multiplayer effect, seperti bertambahnya lapangan pekerjaan, meningkatnya daya beli masyarakat, dan hidupnya perekonomian daerah. Oleh karena itu Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau harus melakukan perbaikan dari waktu ke waktu, khususnya terkait efisiensi dan efektivitas perizinan di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Hal ini membawa dampak yang sangat besar bagi investor khususnya dan masyarakat pada umumnya untuk ikut berperan dalam pembangunan, dan tidak terjadinya permasalahan yang ditimbukan dengan adanya masalah dalam perizinan untuk investasi. Tujuan pembangunan akan terwujud dengan peran penuh dari seluruh stakeholder yang ada, yakni Pemerintah, masyarakat, dan Investor.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan factor penting pada organisasi, karena kinerja pegawai secara keseluruhan menjadi kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. PLN Batam. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan populasi karyawan PT. PLN Batam sebanyak 105 pegawai. Teknik samplingnya menggunakan teknik sensus, dimana seluruh populasi diteliti. Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah SPPS dengan Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, maka menghasilkan kesimpulan penelitian bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. PLN Batam.

Abstract

Research on employee performance is still an interesting topic in the field of human resource management. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Human Resource Development on employee performance, analyze the effect of Training on employee performance, analyze the effect of competence on employee performance, and analyze the effect of human resource development, training and Competence on Employee Performance. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Mutiara Jaya Batam as many as 50 employees. The research sample of 50 respondents using census sampling techniques. Data collection is done by questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results showed that Human Resource Development significantly affected employee performance, Training significantly affected Employee Performance, and Competence had no significant effect on Employee Performance, and Human Resource Development, Training, and Competence affected Employee Performance. The variables of Human Resource Development, Training and Competence are able to explain the Employee Performance variable of 72.1% and the remaining 27.9% are explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Sekolah menjadi berkualitas dan memiliki daya saing, apabila ditunjang oleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, oleh karena itu sumber daya manusia harus diperhatikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, lingkungan sekolah, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional secara parsial dan simultan. Populasi berjumlah 44 guru, dengan sampel 44 sampel, dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, lingkungan sekolah, dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, sedangkan budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, lingkungan sekolah, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional.

Abstract

This study was to analyze the effect of competence, motivation, and creativity on teacher performance through job satisfaction. The population of this study was 117 high school teachers in Batam. The sample of this research is 117 samples, with census sampling technique. This research is a quantitative research with SEM analysis technique. The results of the study are: (1) Competence has a significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) Motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) Creativity does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. (4) Competence, Motivation, and Creativity have a significant effect on job satisfaction. (5) Competence has no significant effect on teacher performance. (6) Motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance (7) Creativity does not have a significant effect on teacher performance. (8) Competence, Motivation, Creativity have no significant effect on teacher performance. (9) Job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

 This research aims to know the influence of variable of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) consist of compliance, participation, and loyalty simultaneously and partially to personnel of Poltabes Barelang (Batam, Rempang dan Galang) performance. The analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Pursuant to result of research indicate that variable of organizational citizenship behavior consist of compliance, participation, and loyalty have an influence to performance of Poltabes Barelang personnel. Most dominant factor that have an effect on to Poltabes Barelang personnel performance is participation.
