Abstract

The learning process is inspiring, fun, challenging, and motivates students to participate actively, providing space for students to be creative according to their abilities. Therefore we need a learning method with an appropriate approach in order to explore student abilities in aspects of skills. Learning with discovery learning approach is one approach that can be applied to develop students' skills, namely the ability to think creatively. Learning by discovery emphasizes the activities of students to learn on their own and eventually will find results. Here the teacher is no longer a giver of knowledge but acts as a facilitator or supervisor. That is because the discovery learning approach provides opportunities for students to explore thinking skills in finding their own knowledge and building creative reasoning according to their respective abilities. Indirectly students will be directed to become a researcher who is required to have the ability to think creatively.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui guru yang ada di MI NW Karang Baru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya dan menjalankan profesionalitasnya dalam proses belajar mengajar, (2) untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang prestasi belajar siswa, (3) untuk mengetahui terdapat pengeruh profesionalitas guru dalam proses belajar mengajar terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa di MI NW Karang Baru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, adapun instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain : observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis infrensial untuk menguji normalitas data, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji korelasi product moment dan determinasi Hasil penelitian dari profesionalitas guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di MI NW Karang Baru. Pada perhitungan statistic korelasi product moment diperoleh rhitung = 0,927 sedangkan Harga rtabel pada taraf signifikan 5% yaitu 0,423. Setelah dikorelasikan rhitung dan rtabel maka rhitung lebih besar dari pada rtabel = 0,927 > 0,423. Demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif antara profesionalitas guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, berdasarkan perhitungan didapat tingkat keslahan a =0,05;db=n-2 = 22-2 =20 sehingga didapat Ftabel = 4,35 ternyata Fhitung > Ftabel atau 18,83 > 4,35. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh profesionalitas guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV MI NW Karang Baru

Abstract

Karakter sering disamaankan dengan ahlak, yaitu cara berpikir atau Prilaku seseorang sebagai ciri khas dalam diri pribadi. Dengan karakter orang akan menampakan keaslian seseorang. Peran orang tua sangat penting sekali dalam hal pendidikan, karena orang tua merupakan guru sekaligus contoh bagi anak-anak. Tiga hal yang perlu ditanamkan kepada peserta didik yaitu pengetahuan moral, perasaan moral, dan perilaku moral. Jika ketiga hal tersebut tertanam dalam diri peserta didik maka akan terbentuk karakter baik. karakter yang baik terdiri dari mengetahui hal yang baik, menginginkan hal yang baik, dan melakukan hal yang baik, kebiasaan dalam cara berpikir, kebiasaan dalam hati, dan kebiasaan dalam tindakan. Adapun dalam lingkungan pendidikan formal (sekolah) Ada beberapa hal yang menjadi penyebab penyimpangan karakter, Metode pembelajaran menitik beratkan kepada nilai­-nilai kognitif, sedangkan nilai­-nilai afektif diabaikan, menghafal lebih diutamakan dibandingkan memahami serbuan budaya asing yang begitu dahsyat sehingga mampu menghancurkan benteng moral dan agama para generasi kita sehingga perlu ada pengontrolan kepada budaya asing yang masuk dilingkungan peserta didik.

Abstract

The demonstration method is a show about the process of the occurrence of an event or object to the appearance of exemplary behavior so that students can know and understand it in real or imitation. In other words, the demonstration method is a practical method that is carried out by demonstrating or demonstrating to students related to the material or discussion when learning takes place. This study uses library research, using a qualitative descriptive analysis. The data collected is in the form of documents, namely articles or theses of the past five years. Based on the results of document analysis, that the Application of the Demonstration Method to improve learning outcomes in elementary school science subjects is very suitable to be applied in elementary schools

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted using elements of mathematics or known as the ethnomathematics approach. Ethnomatematics is one of the approaches used in culture-based mathematics learning. This study used a qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach. The data used are data obtained from literature, observation, and documentation. The data generated in this study is that there are elements of mathematics (ethnomathematics) in the gending sugar troupe, namely geometric shapes (tubes and trapeziums) and flat planes (circles and rectangles). cultural elements can be used as one of the media for learning mathematics.
