Abstract

Elektronik office (e-office) sebagai salah satu hasil dari perkembangan teknologi tentunya akan membantu pegawai di kantor dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas perkantoran. Tidak hanya pegawai, tetapi para pemimpin pun juga akan ikut menikmati hasilnya sehingga dapat menghasilkan laporan yang dapat di-generate dengan cepat berdasarkan data terpadu yang ada didalam sistem e-office. Pemanfaatan e-office masih kurang berkembang karena budaya dan perilaku pegawai yang masih konvensional. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan SDLC dan hasil yang diharapkan adalah aplikasi berbasis web yang dibangun dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam melakukan pencarian dokumen yang dikehendaki dan apabila dokumen telah diketemukan maka dokumen dapat di unduh dan dilakukan disposisi ke pegawai yang lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi e-office berupa surat masuk dan surat keluar serta disposisi memudahkan pegawai mengurus administrasi perkantoran khususnya dokumen persuratan dan korespondensi sehingga surat dapatdiproses secara cepat dan efisien.Kata Kunci— E-office, Paperless, Kegiatan Perkantoran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe a discourse in the vision and mission of the 2019 presidential candidate on the Islam Nusantara and the Islamic State. The Islam Nusantara and the Islamic State Discourse became a polemic to both of the presidential candidate’s supporters in the current 2019 democratic contestation situation. This study uses postmodern theory as a foothold in analyzing phenomena or polemic on linguistic perspectives, by looking at the arguments of those who agree and those who disagree with the Islam Nusantara and the Islamic State discourse. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods to understand and describe both discourses. Observation, interviews and documentation are conducted in collecting data. Analyzing data is conducted by classifying several pro and contra arguments to Islam Nusatara and the Islamic State discourse, and then the arguments are described by providing linguistic perspective interpretations.

Abstract

This classroom action research is to describe "Efforts to Improve Student Learning Outcomes of Class XI IPA 2  SMA Negeri 1 Senori Tuban Dalam In Linear Program Material through Problem Based Learning Model with ARCS motivation strategy". This classroom action research is designed to be carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages that must be followed, namely planning, acting / acting, observing and reflecting. The observation result in cycle II shows that the students' motivation to learn mathematics after the application of the Problem Based Learning model with the ARCS motivation strategy has increased. In the second cycle of observation, 64.29% of students had high motivation. The percentage of all indicators has increased from cycle I to cycle II.

Abstract

Delivering da'wah messages must be done with various good and correct communication patterns. So that the da'wah material delivered can be understood and carried out by the congregation. This research discusses in more detail about the communication patterns of da'wah at the Majlis Ta'lim Al-Mawaddah Bani Hasan Mancak Serang. The purpose of this study was to find out how the pattern of da'wah communication in Majlis ta'lim Al-Maaddah. Abstract

ABSTRACTPodcast on developing listening comprehension of EFL Learners (An Experimental Study at the eleventh students of SMAN 1 Sikur in the school years of 2013/2014?This research is aimed at finding out whether: (1) Podcast is more effective than conventional technique to teach listening skill at the eleventh students of SMAN 1 Sikur in the school years of 2013/2014, (2) In what way does the effect of podcast influence listening comprehension of EFL learners for the eleventh students of SMAN 1 Sikur in the school years of  2013/2014?The method which was applied in this research was experimental study. It was conducted at the eleventh students of SMAN 1 Sikur in the school years of 2013/2014.  The population of the research is the IX.A Grade Students of eleventh students of SMAN 1 Sikur in the school years of 2013/2014  . The sample was 1 class. In taking the sample, a cluster random sampling technique was used. Each class was divided into two groups (Experimental and control groups). Then, the techniques which were used to collect the data were an intelligence test for getting the data of the students’ intelligence and a multiple choice test for getting the data of the students’ listening comprehension. The instruments were tried out to get valid and reliable items. The data were analyzed by using multifactor analysis of ANOVA 2x2 and tukey test.Based on the findings, it can be concluded that in general podcast technique is more effective than conventional technique to teach listening. For the students who have high or low intelligence, podcast technique is more effective than conventional technique to teach listening.In accordance with the above result, the English teacher is expected to be able to select the appropriate teaching technique to teach vocabulary for the students who have high or low intelligence.Key words: Podcast, conventional Technique, Listening
