Abstract

Publication Research and Society Dedication Agent is an institution that is active inpublication, research and society dedication field that operates in the area of Satya WacanaChristian University and has function to build up the culture of research and dedication of lecturers,to develop publication practice, and also to help developing research institution in study programarea, Faculty, and university based on critical, creative, principle and positive participation and alsoto make Salatiga city as the object of society dedication of Satya Wacana Christian University.  There is a repository or digital library which becomes a subdivision of technologydevelopment nowadays which gives great contribution for each individual and group who uses it indelivering information. To answer this defiance, it is prominent to have a digital library.  By usingSystem Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, it will help to build a desired application throughmaking use of waterfall model, since this model applies a serial feature in every process that exists.Therefore, this research is expected to produce an application that is able to successfully keep allresearch data recorded in Publication Research and Society Dedication Agent to be delivered inmore effective and efficient forms.

Abstract

SIPP application is a case tracing information system whose function is to provide information to the general public or severe parties concerned with the case and the information contained in sipp has been adjusted to the applicable regulations. In implementing the information system there must be risks that hinder the process of the system, so here is required risk analysis aimed at preventing or minimizing the risks that will occur. By using ISO 31000 at salatiga district court office, it is expected to minimize the possibility of risks that will occur around SIPP application. The results will be from iso 31000 risk analysis in the form of a document of possible risks that occur around sipp application, grouping the possible risks and their impacts. So that the results of this research can be useful for the salatiga district court office to prevent or at least minimize the risks that may occur in the SIPP application.

Abstract

PT. XYZ, which is engaged in the manufacture of furniture and furniture components, was established in 2006. PT XYZ in carrying out its production uses production machines that are integrated with Information Systems. In every business process carried out by PT. XYZ requires IS/IT that supports every activity it carries out. PT XYZ uses production machines that are quite old. Conditions that occur at PT. XYZ can be explained in more detail using a risk management approach. The purpose of risk management is to manage existing risks based on the ISO 31000 standard so that the company gets optimal results.

Abstract

Persaingan global di mana restoran dari mancanegara sudah masuk ke Indonesia tentu membuat pihak restoran akan selalu berusaha meningkatkan kualitas sistem pelayanan. Di samping itu mengingat banyak sekali informasi yang didapat melalui internet, maka bila dengan adanya sistem informasi E-menu restoran diharapkan dapat memberi kemudahan kepada pelanggan untuk melakukan pembelian secara online. Sistem ini dibangun dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Cloud Computing dan serverless architecture lambda. Dengan menggunakan cloud computing, akses cloud sangat mudah, fleksibel, dan skalibilitas yang cepat. Sedangkan menggunakan serverless lambda merupakan cara untuk membangun aplikasi tanpa perlu mengelola infrastructure sehingga akan mengurangi pengeluaran biaya.

Abstract

The lack of resources that have an information technology background in handling information technology asset security risks makes it asset management in the Secretariat of the Salatiga City DPRD less optimal. The application of risk management is very necessary, especially in the security of information technology assets in agencies because it can help all existing business process activities in agencies so that they can run well. For this reason, it is necessary to implement information technology asset security risk management using ISO 31000 in these agencies. By implementing the ISO 31000 framework at the Secretariat of the Dprd Kota Salatiga can assist agencies in achieving goals, making decisions, improving performance, and effectively allocating and using resources for risk management. The purpose of this study is to identify, analyze, and handle information technology security risks that exist in the Secretariat of the Salatiga City DPRD. The method used by this research is a qualitative approach, namely case study. The result of this study is that there are 20 possible risks that can interfere with business processes in the Secretariat of the Salatiga City DPRD, including 3 possible high-level risks, 12 possible medium-level risks, and 5 possible low-level risks.

Abstract

The writing of this Journal aims to explain the design of the KB service information system that is available at the Pratama Clinic Salatiga. As for the background of making this journal because Indonesia is one of the countries that has the largest population in the world and this happens because the number of births in Indonesia that cannot be controlled. Although the government has launched a KB that is applied by using contraceptives, it has not been able to overcome the problems that occur. The number of uncontrolled births is due to the large number of families who complain about the use of contraceptives. Expensive, difficult to obtain and uncomfortable when used is an excuse for those who do not want to use contraception so that the number of births cannot be controlled, besides that along with the development of existing KB services it is increasingly ignored because people prefer things that are practical and do not like to follow complicated programs or services such as family planning services so that it causes more and more people who are lazy to attend family planning and have an impact on increasing numbers birth. Seeing from the phenomena above, the thought is formed that service information systems are really needed in the current era of development, especially to facilitate all the work that cannot be done in a short time. So from this the special information system design was made in the field of family planning services in the Pratama Clinic in the form of a journal. In this journal, it explains about how a family planning service can be accessed easily without wasting too much time so that the public wants to participate in the family planning service. One way that can be done is to establish an information system that can be used for family planning services with a system that is easily understood and accessed by the general public.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) terbukti mampu membuat perusahaan bersaing dalam era revolusi industri 4.0 dan bertahan ditengah pandemi COVID-19. TIK digunakan perusahaan untuk menjaga interaksi perusahaan dengan pelanggan, seperti di PT Klik DNA Mandiri (KlikDNA). Tujuan riset ini adalah untuk membuat desain model E-CRM untuk mengelola interaksi pelanggan di KlikDNA menggunakan aplikasi Zoho. Interaksi pelanggan di KlikDNA memiliki masalah terkait lamanya waktu tunggu dan waktu penanganan keluhan pelanggan. Pemodelan proses bisnis menggunakan aplikasi E-CRM, yaitu Zoho yang dihasilkan dalam riset diharapkan bisa menjadi solusi masalah interaksi perusahaan dan pelanggan di KlikDNA. Metode riset terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yaitu identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, analisis dan pengolahan data, dan yang terakhir adalah pemodelan E-CRM untuk KlikDNA. Aplikasi Zoho dapat mengintegrasikan media komunikasi KlikDNA dan pelanggan yang selama ini digunakan dalam satu paket agar data pelanggan dan keluhannya dapat dikelola dalam satu sistem terintegrasi. Pemodelan dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan fitur-fitur yang tersedia yaitu portal pengguna,live chat,ticket, didalam aplikasi Zoho. Hasil riset ini adalah terciptanya desain proses bisnis interaksi pelanggan yang dirancang berdasarkan proses bisnis yang ada di KlikDNA dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoho yang sudah diatur untuk terintegrasi dengan website KlikDNA.

Abstract

CV. Ribka Furniture is a company engaged in furniture. Because the development of Information Systems and Information Technology (IS / IT) to support business processes and fulfillment of the vision and mission, a good plan is needed. In this study, it focuses on the warehouse management system in which there is no good warehouse application in accordance with the exact conditions. Regarding the data method, this research is a qualitative descriptive study using the Ward and Peppard method. Which includes SWOT analysis, Value Chain analysis, PEST analysis, application mapping analysis using the McFarlan Strategic Grid approach and analysis of Information Systems Proposals. This study will produce a recommendation form a portfolio of business process development applications in the Warehouse section into a Web-based form where all the processes in it are integrated into one. So that the warehouse part business process can be done in an application which can support the use of paper and facilitate business processes in the warehouse.

Abstract

The lack of sophistication of schools utilizing information technology makes schools a little behind and less effective in lending services and book collection, because in service they still use a manual system, namely by writing in borrowed books, so an information system is needed that can assist in library services. The design of the library information system utilizes literature study analysis methods, observations, interviews and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) directly to students and librarians. RCA is also used as an analytical approach to a system design to understand an event in detail. This information system design documentation employs Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, namely use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams, it is hoped that the results of analysis and design can facilitate library services and increase the effectiveness of the lending process and book data collection.

Abstract

Peralatan transportasi telah menjadi salah satu prioritas masyarakat dalam melaksanakan setiap kegiatan perjalanan, baik individu maupun kelompok, sehingga TRAC telah memperhatikan kualitas layanan untuk terus meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap layanan, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas palanggan di PT. Serasi Autoraya . Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 50 responden dengan karakteristik responden aktif sewa lebih dari atau sama dengan 6 bulan. Ada 5 variabel untuk menilai kualitas layanan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu x1 (bukti fisik), x2 (keandalan), x3 (responsif), x4 (jaminan) dan x5 (empati).
