Abstract

Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa (KTM) merupakan identitas bagi mahasiswa yang telah dinyatakan aktif pada universitas serta setiap mahasiswa yang telah terdaftar pada perguruan tinggi harus memiliki nomor induk. Identitas yang terdaftar antara lain nama lengkap, Nomor Induk Mahasiswa (NIM), program studi, dan nama universitas. Melalui kondisi yang ditemui mengenai Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa (KTM) dirasa belum optimal, antara lain permasalahan dirangkum sebagai berikut 1) mengenai absensi yang dimana masih menggunakan kertas 2) layanan parkiran kampus yang dimana masih menggunakan kartu parkir 3) perlu adanya terobosan baru mengenai Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa (KTM) yang terintegrasi pada fitur parkir dan absensi. Melalui ulasan sebelumnya maka penulis melakukan penelitian yang berjudul Perancangan UI/UX Aplikasi KTM Multifungsi Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking dengan tujuan ialah merancang design aplikasi dan prototype sebagai penentuan proses design yang telah dibuat serta melalui tahapan prototype penulis dapat mengetahui informasi feedback dari pengguna (mahasiswa) Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW). Metode yang digunakan dari penilitian ini adalah design thinking. Design thinking memiliki 5 tahapan, antara lain empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan testing sehingga awal dari penelitian ini penulis mencari permasalahan dari beberapa mahasiswa, selanjutnya yaitu penentuan topik permasalahan yang akan diangkat sehingga menjadi solusi guna merancang sebuah perancangan design interface serta diakhir perancangan adalah uji coba sistem sebagai tahapan akhir dari metode design thinking. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini penulis menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mengetahui hasil akhir rata-rata dari Perancangan UI/UX Aplikasi Multifungsi Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking yaitu 75,75 dengan demikian pengujian prototype berhasil atau terbilang baik “B”. Mengacu pada penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan maka perlu adanya penelitian lanjutan yang berfocus pada penerapan design aplikasi.

Abstract

Abstark Berkembangnya penggunaan Teknologi Informasi (TI) oleh organisasi pemerintahan maka IT Governance juga harus diterapkan pada Domain MEA (Monitor, Evaluate and Assess). Salah satu Tata kelola IT yang ada pada Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur yaitu diawasi dan dievaluasi oleh bagian sistem informasi dengan memanfaatkan media website. Permasalahan dari pemakaian teknologi informasi pada Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum saat ini adalah belum dilakukan audit sehingga belum diketahui efisiensi dan tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola teknologi informasi yang sudah ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan dari website yang dimiliki oleh Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur dengan mengevaluasi, mengukur, mengamati, dari kinerja, kesesuaian menggunakan COBIT 5 dengan domain MEA01 dan menggunakan metode penskalaan dimana metode penskalaan merupakan metode pemberian nilai kepada sebuah variabel yang telah disediakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Tingkat Maturity Model Framework yang dimiliki COBIT 5 yang berasal dari ISACA pada tahun 2013 untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan pada setiap domain. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini penulis Domain MEA01: Performance And Conformance (Kinerja dan Kesesuaian) tingkat kematangan berada di level 2 (Managed Process) dengan current maturity F dengan persentase 100% artinya website bawaslu memiliki kinerja dan kesesuaian yang sesuai dengan apa yang telah dijalankan. ABSTRACT The development of the use of Information Technology (IT) by government organizations, IT Governance must also be applied to the AEC (Monitor, Evaluate and Assess) Domain. One of the IT governance in the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Election Supervisory Agency is supervised and evaluated by the information system section by utilizing the website media. The problem with the use of information technology at the General Election Supervisory Agency is that no audit has been carried out so that the efficiency and level of capabilities of existing information technology governance are not yet known. This study uses a qualitative descriptive type of research with the aim of determining the maturity level of the website owned by the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Election Supervisory Agency by evaluating, measuring, observing, from performance, conformity using COBIT 5 with the MEA01 domain and using a scaling method where the scaling method is a method of assigning values to a variable that has been provided. This study used the Maturity Level Model Framework owned by COBIT 5 from ISACA in 2013 to measure the maturity level of each domain. The conclusion of this study is the author of Domain MEA01: Performance And Conformance (Performance and Conformance) maturity level is at level 2 (Managed Process) with current maturity F with a percentage of 100% meaning that the bawaslu website has performance and conformance in accordance with what has been carried

Abstract

Absensi merupakan hal penting untuk pegawai dalam melakukan absen di suatu instansi atau perusahaan. Dalam melakukan absensi masih menggunakan cara manual, sehingga mengakibatkan masalah seperti kehilangan data, rusaknya data kertas absensi, dan memakan waktu untuk mencari data absensi yang dibutuhkan. Sehubungan dengan permasalahan itu, maka diperlukan suatu sistem absensi online yang dapat mempermudah pegawai kantor Badan Pengelola Keuangan Aset Daerah melakukan absen secara efektif dan efisien setiap harinya. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode observasi dan wawancara. Perancangan sistem absensi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Bootstrap. Dengan ini penulis merancang sistem absensi online deteksi lokasi di kantor BPKAD berbasis web yang dapat diterapkan di kantor tersebut, dengan adanya absensi online berbasis web mempermudah pegawai kantor untuk melakukan absensi, merekap data laporan absensi, karena setiap absensi yang dilakukan tercatat di dalam database sistem.

Abstract

Putra darmawan travel is a company engaged in transportation services, located on Jalan Diponegoro No 64, Sidorejo, Salatiga City, Central Java. This company provides travel services, tours, car loans, and express packages. However, in carrying out its business business, this company has not yet applied SI / IT in its company operations, so he recommends to carry out strategic planning of information systems, aiming to assist in the preparation of information systems so that later they can have benefits and be in line with the goals and business processes that exist in the company. The preparation of the strategic design of this information system uses the ward and peppard method, with this method will be carried out several analyzes on the sons of travel darmawan in order to assist in the preparation of information system designs such as SWOT analysis, Value Chain, Five Porter's, Mc Farlan Strategic Grid whose output is in the form of proposed application portfolio recommendations in the form of Making SI Web travel, SI Promotion, SI Cashier, Asset Sim, which can be used as a reference for the putra darmawan travel company to be applied within the next 2-5 years

Abstract

UMKM Bened is one of the UMKM engaged in the culinary field. During the COVID-19 pandemic, economic activity in Indonesia decreased, this was a negative impact for UMKM. Advances in infomation technology can be utilized so that business activities can continue during the COVID-19 pandemic. Strategic planning of information systems is needed so that UMKM Bened can implement the righy IS/IT. This study uses the ward and peppard method in data collection and the preparation of strategic planning for information systems. The tools usesd are SWOT analysis, and portofolio application by applying the McFarlan Strategic Grid and then there is a proposed information system. The results of the IS/IT strategic planning research on UMKM Bened is a UMKM Bened website/ Where this website can later improve business processes so that they are more effective and efficient. So that UMKM Bened can remain competitive during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

SD Negeri Samirono adalah lembaga pendidikan formal di Republik Indonesia yang bekerja di bawah pengawasan langsung Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Di era ini organisasi dan perusahaan harus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi baru untuk tumbuh dan tetap kompetitif. SD Negeri Samirono telah menggunakan teknologi dalam operasionalnya, namun belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi. Perencanaan strategis sangat penting untuk sistem informasi agar lebih berhasil dalam penerapannya dan berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan dan visi/misi mereka. Pendekatan Ward dan Peppard telah digunakan selama beberapa dekade sebagai strategi perencanaan strategis untuk sistem informasi. Metode ini mencakup analisis atau kajian lingkungan teknologi informasi internal dan eksternal, serta lingkungan bisnis internal dan eksternal, yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT dan analisis Value Chain. Output yang dihasilkan dari pendekatan perencanaan strategis ini menghasilkan pembuatan portofolio aplikasi, yang selanjutnya dipetakan menggunakan McFarlan Strategic Grid. Temuan akhir studi ini mencakup rekomendasi untuk pembuatan dan perbaikan aplikasi atau sistem untuk dikembangkan dan diimplementasikan. Antara lain sistem informasi PPDB, sistem informasi akademik, sistem informasi sarana prasarana, website company profile sekolah, e-absensi dan e-learning. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah supaya output yang direkomendasikan dapat dijadikan acuan untuk pengembangan dan implementasi sistem informasi pada SD Negeri Samirono. Sehingga melalui acuan tersebut dapat membantu SD Negeri Samirono lebih unggul, kompetitif dan lebih berprestasi.

Abstract

Salatiga City is a town located in the province of Central Java. In this town, there can be found many cultural heritage buildings that were built in the mid-18th century to 1940. Potential visitors would increase easier if a geographic information system is built. Tourists who visit can access the website to select or search for cultural heritage that they want to visit, therefore the availability of a geographic information system that provides information and data on the location of cultural heritage in digital maps is needed. The system must also consider aspects of the cultural heritage rating, the price of admission, and the condition of the cultural heritage to provide recommendations on which cultural heritage to be visited. Therefore the geographic information system of cultural heritage recommendations uses the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method which can calculate multi- criteria, multi alternatives, and provides cultural heritage recommendations. This system combines geographic information system as a provider of cultural heritage information and AHP decision support system to assist tourists in choosing cultural heritage.

Abstract

Letters archiving is the process of receiving, collecting, maintaining letters in a structured manner by an agency, however, the process of filing letters at the Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Satuan Pendidikan Non Formal (SPNF) Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Salatiga still has problems such as recording letter archive data that still uses a letter agenda book which sometimes occurs errors in recording, archival document storage which is physically stored on a mailing cabinet which is prone to being lost, scattered, or damaged and the large number of existing documents causes employees to need extra time and effort to look for them. With the Letter Archive Information System designed using the prototype method, it allows employees to take part in the design of this system by providing opinions and suggestions on system design so that the results will be more optimal, maximum and can be a solution to the problems that exist in the Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Satuan Pendidikan Non Formal (SPNF) Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Salatiga.

Abstract

The product and transaction management section's business process in the Sepatu Kaki Kaki has not maximized the existing system application. This makes the business processes carried out by the store less effective. The method used in this study uses one of the agile software development models, namely Scrum. Which has advantages, including flexible requirements, speed up application production time, and require fewer team members. This research aims to produce application development that can manage products effectively and help staff analyze in accordance with the expected targets in the future. The application development uses the Kotlin programming language - Android Native, with BaaS (Backend as a Service) Firebase. The results of this research are an android application to speed up and simplify product management, the latest product stock can be known, and minimize manual recording errors.
