Abstract

Indonesia as a multicultural country, has a diversity consisting cultural, ethnic and language. To observe, Yogyakarta is the one of Indonesian province displayed that diversity. Thus Yogyakarta often called as ‘Indonesian miniature’, while the diversity can lead to horizontal conflicts in Yogyakarta. IKPMDI-Y established as a communicative forum to reduce horizontal conflicts. Therefore, in this research, the author observe the role of IKPMDI-Y involved in Yogyakarta Government Policies for building spirit of multiculturalism.The author uses quantitative method case study which use descriptive approach and theory as a research tool. While unit analize is IKPMDI-Y organization, and the research scope in Yogyakarta city.The researcher found the IKPMDI-Y involved in Yogyakarta Government Policie which delivering the spirit of multiculturalism. Where IKPMDI-Y is forum which unify the students/ regional organization from various ethnic groups and languages in Yogyakarta. Therfore IKPMDI-Y leads the active role in realizing the spirit of multiculturalism in Yogyakarta city.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the political power of the Tribal Customary Council in providing support to regional head candidates in the 2017 Simultaneous Regional Head Elections in Jayapura Regency. This type of qualitative research with ethnographic type. Determination of informants is done purposively. Data was collected through interviews and literature review. The developed data describes, describes, and analyzes in detail the culture and customs based on the research objectives. The results showed that the nine Tribal Customary Councils in Jayapura Regency supported the candidate for Regent Mathius Awaitouw for the 2017-2022 period. The Tribal Customary Council (DAS) has a strong influence on the lives of local people, so that in the election of regional heads, the watershed is often the place where candidates for regional heads ask for permission and blessing.

Abstract

Desa Pamboborang memiliki potensi wisata yang dapat memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat desa dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Untuk mendorong pencapaian tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan pendampingan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah yang dapat menghambat terwujudnya desa wisata. Adapun beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan pada  kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu : 1) pelaksanaan workshop dengan aparat desa, karang taruna serta perwakilan masyarakat desa; 2) melakukan focus group discussion untuk mengidentifikasi masalah ; 3) menyusun laporan hasil analisis. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terkait pendampingan analisa desa wisata dilakukan baik secara daring maupun luring dengan tetap menerapkan protocol kesehatan. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa banyak sumber daya wisata yang bisa dimanfaatkan dan dikelola seperti sumber daya alam, sumber daya budaya local dan sumber daya ekonomi kreatif.

Abstract

The discussion between the relationship between religion and the state never stops being debated and it is difficult to find points of common ground, because each considers the conception offered to be correct and very appropriate for every condition of the times. Islam in general. This is because almost all the figures and scholars who are used as references with their various arguments are inseparable from the three models of state that currently exist in the Islamic world, namely: Islamic, Secular, and Muslim. Even though there are differences between the three, this substantially boils down to one of these state models. In principle, the relationship between religion and the state in general can be polarized into two parts. both. Second, the theocentrism (fundamentalism) group which considers religion and the state cannot be separated, in fact there is not even a single space in this world, including the state which is allowed to be free from religious constraints. However, the development of both (religion and state) is very much determined by human belief.Based on the description above, the writer is interested in studying the relationship between religion and the state. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki fokus utama pada Perilaku Birokrasi yang berkaitan dengan tabiat atau sifat yang dimiliki oleh penyelenggara pemerintahan dalam menjalankan fungsinya. Perilaku Birokrasi merupakan fungsi  dari interaksi antara individu dalam hal ini kapasitas aparat Birokrasi dengan Lingkungannya. Etnis sebagai sebuah bidang kajian dapat menjadi bagian dari individu dan lingkungan tersebut. Maka dari itulah etnis juga dapat dikatakan sebagai  satu hal yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku birokrasi karena sifat primordialisme masyarakat dan juga pemerintah yang masih sangat kental. Polewali Mandar sebagai suatu kabupaten yang memilki masyarakat yang heterogen dari sisi etnis tentulah punya perilaku birokrasi yang berbeda. Namun hanya 3  Etnis  mayoritas yakni  etnis mandar,etnis bugis dan etnis jawa. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bagaimana perilaku birokrasi yang di pengaruhi oleh etnis Mayoritas di kabupaten polewali mandar. Pengaruh etnis sangat terlihat pada aspek perilaku individu Kewibaan, Keramahan, Kedisiplinan dan Keterbukaan. Sementara dari segi aspek lingkungan yang meliputi pendidikan dan budaya lokal juga memiliki pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter aparat birokrasi. Kata kunci : Birokrasi, Etnis, Perilaku Birokrasi
