Abstract

Abstract. West Java Provincial Health Office still faces difficulties in managing information, especially in medical records. Recording and reporting of malnutrition are still done in some stages starting from collecting data from village midwives, puskesmas, Regency/City Health Office then Provincial Health Office and forwarded to the the central office. It is necessary to manage information through service system by utilizing Cloud Computing based on information technology. This research uses The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) approach in Architecture Development Method (ADM), from Architecture Capability Iteration to  Architecture Development Iteration. Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E) are two integrated activities in the context of controlling a program. The results of this research are planning a medical record information system architecture and monitoring malnutrition based on Cloud Computing with the name of M2Rec (Medical Record and Monitoring) in the form of integrated recommendation and development between current information system and proposed information system architecture.Keywords: togaf adm, medical record and monitoring, cloud computing Abstrak. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perencanaan arsitektur sistem informasi rekam medis dan monitoring gizi buruk berbasis Cloud Computing dengan nama M2Rec (Medical Record and Monitoring) yang berupa rekomendasi integrasi dan pengembangan antara sistem informasi berjalan saat ini dengan arsitektur sistem informasi yang diusulkan.Kata kunci: togaf adm, medical record and monitoring, cloud computing.

Abstract

[Id]Dinas Kesehatan Propinsi Jawa Barat masih mengalami kesulitan dalam pengelolaan informasi yang baik, terutama pada proses rekam medis, pencatatan dan pelaporan gizi buruk masih dilakukan secara bertingkat mulai pengumpulan data dari bidan desa, puskesmas, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten/Kota kemudian Dinas Kesehatan Propinsi dan diteruskan ke pusat. Sehingga perlu diupayakan pengelolaan informasi melalui sistem pelayanan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi berbasis Cloud Computing.Penelitian ini membahas mengenai tiga iterasi dari seluruh fase yang ada di The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM), yaitu iterasi ke satu pada Architecture Capability Iteration, iterasi ke dua pada Architecture Development Iteration dan iterasi ke tiga pada Transition Planning Iteration. Dan Monitoring dan Evaluasi (M&E) merupakan dua kegiatan terpadu dalam rangka pengendalian suatu program. This study discusses the three iterations of all phases in The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM), the iteration of the Architecture Capability Iteration, iterations to two on Architecture Development Iteration and iteration to three on Transition Planning iteration. And Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E) is an integrated two activities to prevent and control program. Results from this study is the architectural planning of medical record information system and monitoring of malnutrition based Cloud Computing with M2Rec name (Medical Record and Monitoring) in the form of recommendations and the development of integration between information systems currently running with the proposed information system architecture.

Abstract

[Id] Indonesia adalah negara yang memiliki kekayaan alam nomor satu di dunia, yang sebenarnya memiliki potensi untuk menjadi negara maju, tapi sayangnya banyak hambatan-hambatan yang menghalangi kemajuan tersebut. Salah satu faktornya adalah kondisi keuangan yang sampai saat ini menjadi masalah yang sangat serius. Perbankan sendiri merupakan perantara keuangan dari dua pihak, yakni pihak yang kelebihan dana dan pihak yang kekurangan dana. Hal tersebut tercermin pada UU RI no. 10 tahun 1998, tanggal 10 November 1998 yang menjelaskan mengenai Perbankan. Menurut? UU RI no. 10 tahun 1998 yang dimaksud dengan BANK adalah adan usaha yang menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk simpanan dan menyalurkan dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk kredit atau bentuk-bentuk lainnya dalam rangka? meningkatkan taraf hidup rakyat banyak Seperti pada pengertiannya, yang pada intinya perbankan merupakan badan usaha yang menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dan menyalurkannya kembali ke masyarakat. Dalam upaya menekan dan mengelola resiko pada perbankan, maka perlu adanya usulan konsep paradigma framework manajemen resiko yaitu framework National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) yang harus diselaraskan dengan 6 pilar Arsitektur Perbankan Indonesia (API). Hal ini bertujuan untuk menjadikan sistem perbankan yang sehat, kuat dan efisien guna menciptakan kestabilan sistem keuangan dalam rangka membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. [En] Indonesia is a country that has the world's number one natural wealth, which actually has the potential to become a developed country, but unfortunately many of the obstacles that hinder the progress. One of the factors is the financial condition which until now became a very serious problem. Banking itself is a financial intermediary of two parties, namely the excess funds and the lack of funds. This is reflected in the RI Law no. 10 of 1998, dated November 10, 1998 which describes Banking. According to RI Law no. 10 year 1998 referred to BANK is "a business entity that collects funds from the public in the form of deposits and channel funds from the community in the form of credit or other forms in order to improve the standard of living of many people". As in the sense, in essence banks are business entities that raise funds from the community and channel it back into society. In an effort to suppress and manage risk in banking, it is necessary to propose the concept of a risk management framework paradigm that is the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) framework that must be aligned with the 6 pillars of the Indonesian Banking Architecture (API). It aims to make the banking system healthy, strong and efficient in order to create financial system stability in order to help the growth of national economy.

Abstract

Education is a necessity that must be possessed by every human being, regardless of whether normal or disabled, especially for the disabled. This research aims to improve the quality of education for the disabled by providing confidence and the ability to receive lessons to be more interesting and interactive about what is conveyed by the teacher. The application of information technology in interactive learning systems is very helpful in the learning process for people with disabilities. The latest technology used in the delivery of information is the technology of Augmented Reality (AR). AR is a technology that combines three-dimensional (3D) virtual objects into a real three-dimensional environment at the same time. The 3-dimensional model is commonly used as a teaching aid to make students better understand the material provided. AR provides a more realistic interaction and is a progress of a promising technology method that can motivate users to engage in a more active learning system. Augmented Reality can be built using the help of Vuforia and Unity 3D software. In this study explains the basic concepts of making AR applications, with the Marker Based Tracking method. While the development model used is the waterfall model which consists of five phases, namely analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The results of this study are interactive learning media applications with Augmented Reality that will be used by the disabled, especially in the city of Bandung and in general in all schools in Indonesia, through their supervisors, and the results of this study serve as a comparison for other researchers in the selection of topics, studies, the method to be applied
