Abstract

This study aims to (1) know the activeness of student learning in akidah akhlak aubject in Madrasah Manba’ul Sidorejo Falah Pamotan-Rembang, (2) knowthe teacher evaluation system in akidah akhlak subject in Madrasah Manba’ul Sidorejo Falah Pamotan-Rembang, (3)see the main effects and the impact of the implementation of the evaluation system accompanied to student achievement in akidah akhlak Education in Madrasah Manba’ul Sidorejo Falah PamotanRembang.This study is a qualitative research with naturalistic models and phenomenology approach. This approach carried out two phases: descriptive and evaluative stage. Descriptive stage is to explore the idea of IntegratedIslamic Education System, while the evaluative stage is descriptive-analytic approach, followed by comparison. The findings of this study are; Theactiveness of study at Madrasah Manba’ul Sidorejo Falah Pamotan-Rembang appear on the dimensions of the students subject: (1) lack of expression,thought, feeling, desire and courage to participate, (2) existence of effort and creativity, a sense of airy, and free to do anything. Akidah akhlak learningactiveness in Madrasah Manba’ul Sidorejo Falah Pamotan-Rembang which looks at the dimension of teachers are:(1) the efforts to foster and encourage the subject of students in increasing excitement and active student participation, (2) ability to carry out the functions and role of the teacher as an innovatorand motivator, (3) giving the opportunity to the students which essentially have individual differences, (4) ability to use a variety of teaching and learningstrategies as well as multimedia approach. On the dimension of the program: (1) the instructional objectives and concepts as well as the subject’s abilitylearners, (2) program that allows the development of the concept as well as the activity of the students subject, (3) a program that is not rigid in determiningthe methods and media are easily understood. On the dimensions of teaching and learning situation, such as (1) the teaching-learning situations that leadto social interaction and communication teacher-student in warmth and pleasant, (2) the excitement and joy of learning of the students subject.

Abstract

Paparan makalah ini akan mengungkapkan: (1) ide-ide konseptual danideologi empiris instruktif budaya dan agama yang mendasari pengembangandalam Sistem Pendidikan Terpadu di Indonesia, (2) kepribadian modelpengembangan melalui Sistem Pendidikan agama budaya-edukatif ideologiTerpadu, dan (3) membangun sistem pendidikan yang terintegrasi aspek yangmemberikan prioritas untuk mengembangkan karakter dan manusia yangberkepribadian. Abstract

Furthermore, the datacollection techniques are observation (for event data sources),interviews (for respondent data sources), and documentation(for document data source). Data analysis technique is Spreadleymodel qualitative data analysis technique. By using is domainanalysis. Abstract

Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara mendalam tentang bagaimana model  pengembangan  karakter siswa pada Pendidikan Terpadu Insantama Bogor. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif  yaitu mengkaji perilaku  manusia dalam setting alamiah dengan fokus interpretasi budaya terhadap perilaku siswa. Nilai kegunaan atau urgensi dari penelitian ini diharapkan mempunyai implikasi  untuk membantu menyumbangkan pemikiran yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan, dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan Pendidikan Nasional dalam Sistem Pendidikan Nasional sehingga dapat menambah khasanah ilmu pendidikan khususnya dalam rangka membentuk manusia Indonesia seutuhnya.   Membantu  memberikan sebuah  konsep  sistem pendidikan yang dapat digunakan untuk menciptakan manusia cerdas sekaligus berakhlaq mulia yang mampu mengatasi berbagai macam problem yang sedang melanda manusia Indonesia yang sedang membangun.Kata Kunci: model, karakter, pendidikan ,terpadu.Abstract CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT MODEL THROUGH INTE- GRATED EDUCATION SYSTEM OF INSANTAMA BOGOR. This study aims to learn in depth about how the character development model works in students of the Integrated Education Insantama Bogor. This study uses qualitative  approach which examines human  behavior in a natural  setting with a focus on cultural interpretation to such behavior. The urgency of this research is expected to have implications for helping contribute ideas related to education, in order to achieve the National  Education Goals in the national  education system so as to increase the repertoire of science education,  especially in order to form a good Indonesian. Abstract

Learning social sciences, including about economics should be necessary to study the most fundamental ideas that gave birth to the science and economic system. If we examine more deeply about economic policy built on the idea of capitalist economic system, then we can know the depravity of the system and contradiction with Islam. We can see clearly the thoughts of Islamic economics. Islamic economic thought that this could provide a solution to the problems existing economic life with appropriate solutions and make a distinctive life style, as opposed to capitalist life, both related to the subjects and aspects details.According to Islamic law, the vision, mission, and goals of the business management should explain the orientation of Islamic law. His vision is to make the business as a vehicle for business managers to achieve profits shaded pleasure of God. Mission and goals that integration is not to realize the existence of the Human Resources professional who has the maturity of personality (syakhsiyyah) Islam, through the mindset and attitude of Islamic patterns. Maturity will be reflected in the business orientation and activity of every Muslim Human Resources. On the basis of the law anyway, strategic step for every Muslim activities of the Human Resources is the law itself. It is as a rule of usul, which states, "Al-aslu fil-af al at-taqayyadu bil-hukmisy-Sharie" legal origin bound action on five rules of Islam (ie mandatory, sunnah, permissible, makruh, or unlawful) .There are 3 formulation of the problem that can offer a solution to the Efforts in the economic prosperity of the people, (1) How can Muslims unresolved issues of sufficiency economy, (2) How do we attempt to move mentally Muslims in entrepreneurship so as to rise from the hegemony of economic system of capitalism, (3) tips and solutions what can we build to foster an entrepreneurial spirit for Muslims to Become prosperous life.Keywords: entrepreneurship for MuslimsBelajar ilmu sosial, termasuk tentang ekonomi harus diperlukan untuk mempelajari ide-ide yang paling mendasar yang melahirkan ilmu dan sistem ekonomi. Jika kita mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai kebijakan ekonomi yang dibangun di atas gagasan sistem ekonomi kapitalis, maka kita dapat mengetahui kebobrokan sistem dan bertentangan dengan Islam. Kita bisa melihat dengan jelas pikiran ekonomi Islam. Pemikiran ekonomi Islam bahwa hal ini dapat memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang ada kehidupan ekonomi dengan solusi yang tepat dan membuat gaya hidup yang khas, sebagai lawan kehidupan kapitalis, baik terkait dengan mata pelajaran dan rincian aspek. Menurut hukum Islam, visi, misi, dan tujuan dari manajemen bisnis harus menjelaskan orientasi hukum Islam. Visinya adalah untuk membuat bisnis sebagai kendaraan untuk manajer bisnis untuk mencapai keuntungan berbayang kesenangan Allah. Misi dan tujuan integrasi yang tidak menyadari keberadaan SDM profesional yang memiliki kematangan kepribadian (syakhsiyyah) Islam, melalui pola pikir dan sikap pola Islam. Kematangan akan tercermin dalam orientasi bisnis dan aktivitas setiap Muslim Sumber Daya Manusia. Atas dasar hukum pula, langkah strategis untuk setiap kegiatan Muslim Sumber Daya Manusia adalah hukum itu sendiri. Hal ini sebagai aturan ushul, yang menyatakan, "Al-aslu fil-af al at-taqayyadu bil-hukmisy-syari" hukum asal terikat tindakan pada lima aturan Islam (yaitu wajib, sunnah, mubah, makruh, atau melanggar hukum).Ada 3 rumusan masalah yang dapat menawarkan solusi untuk Upaya kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat, (1) Bagaimana Muslim masalah yang belum terselesaikan ekonomi kecukupan, (2) Bagaimana kita mencoba untuk bergerak mental umat Islam dalam kewirausahaan sehingga bangkit dari hegemoni sistem ekonomi kapitalisme, (3) tips dan solusi apa yang bisa kita membangun untuk menumbuhkan semangat kewirausahaan bagi umat Islam untuk menjadi kehidupan yang sejahtera.Kata kunci: kewirausahaan bagi umat Islam

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the business management model Lasem batik industry in the district Pancur based on historically and economically and culturally. The method used in this study is a qualitative model and approach naturalistic phenomenology. Through this approach carried out a two-stage study is descriptive and evaluative. The results show that the model of business management batik Lasem still conventional and weak, there is no system of good administration and bookkeeping let alone use modern accounting system. In addition, the batik production business is still a business that is profitable with a margin range of between 14-57%. The level of wages, at least equal to the minimum wage standard of the District, but a good wage is less felt by the workers because of the working system and the wage system based on wholesale. Business network there is a traditional network since the procurement of raw materials to market and product sales.Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk memaparkan model manajemen bisnis industri batik tulis Lasem di kecamatan Pancur secara historis maupun secara ekonomi dan budaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah kualitatif dengan model naturalistik dan  pendekatan  phenomenology.  Melalui  pendekatan  tersebut dilakukan dua tahap kajian yaitu deskriptif dan evaluatif. hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa model menejemen bisnis batik tulis Lasem masih bersifat konvensional dan lemah, tidak ada sistem administrasi dan pembukuan yang baik apalagi memakai sistem akuntansi modern. Selain itu, usaha produksi batik masih merupakan usaha yang profitable dengan kisaran margin antara 14-57 %. Tingkat upah buruh, minimal sama dengan standar Upah Minimum Kabupaten, namun besaran upah yang baik ini kurang dapat dirasakan oleh para pekerja karena sistem kerja dan sistem pengupahan berdasarkan borongan. Jaringan bisnis yang ada merupakan jaringan tradisional sejak pengadaan bahan baku hingga pasar dan juga penjualan produknya.
