Abstract

Mata pelajaran Ekonomi sangat penting bagi para siswa SMA, namun kenyataannya banyak siswa yang tidak termotivasi untuk belajar yang berakibat pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah model pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bartujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi dengan menerapkan pembelajaran cooperative script. Jenis Penelitian adalah PTK dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran coopertive script  terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik  pada mata pelajaran ekonomi materi ajar perilaku konsumen dan produsen kelas X di SMAK Tarvid Ende. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi materi ajar perilaku konsumen dan produsen dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran cooperative script dapat ditingkatkan dimana pada siklus I nilai rata-rata di kelas adalah 77,14 dengan presentase ketuntasan 80,95% dan nilai rata-rata kelas pada siklus II adalah 79,04 dengan presentase ketuntasan 100%. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan contoh praktik baik penerapan model pembelajaran cooperative Script  pembelajaran mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA sehingga dapat dijadikan contoh bagi guru dan sekolah lain jika mengalami masalah yang serupa

Abstract

The purpose of this study, namely to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of ledger class XA Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Ende through the application of blended learning. This type of research used in this research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjecs of this research were 32 students of class XA SMK Negeri 1 Ende. At the same time, the data collection techniques used in this study were: (1) testing, (2) observation, (3) documentation. The research data obtained were analyzed descriptively using simple descriptive statistics. Based on the findings of researchers that learning Basic Accounting, Ledger teaching materials have been done well. In the cognitive domain, it was 18.64% from cycle I to cycle II. In the affective domain, it was 58.90% from cycle I to cycle II. Meanwhile, the psychomotor domain was 27.72% from cycle I to cycle II.

Abstract

The implementation of this community service activity is motivated by a global issue that is currently developing, namely the spread of the COVID 19 virus. The spread of the virus, which also occurs in Ende district, has awakened various parties to implement a clean lifestyle, make efforts to prevent and break the chain of spread of the COVID 19 virus. One of these efforts is realized through this community service activity, namely by cleaning, socializing and spraying disinfectants in public areas. One of the areas that became the target of this dedication was the Jami At'Taqwa Onekore Ende Mosque. To achieve the goal of this Community Service activity is carried out through several approaches, including; 1) Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Model which emphasizes community involvement in all activities starting from planning, implementing and evaluating activity programs, 2) Participatory Technological Development Model which utilizes appropriate technology based on local knowledge and wisdom, 3) Model Community development is an approach that involves the community directly as the subject and object of implementation of community service activities, 4) Persuasive, namely an approach that is appeal and support without coercion for the community to take an active role in this activity, 5) Educative, namely the socialization, training and mentoring as a means of transferring knowledge and education. The results of the Social Service Activities for cleaning the environment of the Jami 'At-Taqwa Onekore Mosque can run well in accordance with the activity plan, namely cleaning the mosque environment, cleaning irrigation ditches, transporting garbage and spraying disinfectants. This is shown from the following conclusions; 1) All residents become enthusiastic training participants and have a good commitment to all the programs discussed before the activity for the sake of creating a sense of security and peace in worship in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, 2) There has been an increased understanding of the knowledge of the Covid 19 outbreak and how to maintain security self in minimizing outbreaks. Namely by means of 3M (Keeping Distance, Washing Hands and Wearing Masks), 3) A place of worship that is clean, safe and comfortable and has a safe distance limit mark in worship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the welfare of committee teachers on the enthusiasm of teaching high school teachers in the Komba City sub-district, East Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. This type of research is quantitative research that emphasizes the analysis of numerical data (numbers) obtained by statistical methods with the independent variable being the welfare of the teacher and the dependent variable is the spirit of teaching. The sample was 25 high school teachers spread in 8 city schools in Komba by completing the questionnaire in full. Data collection techniques using Field Research. Data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment and obtained r table and correlation coefficient of "r" product moment with degrees of freedom (df) = n-2 and real level (α) = 0.05. The results of this research are known r-count of 0.456, and r-table of 0.413 is also known at a significant level of 5% (0.05). Thus r-count> r-table, 0.456> 0.413. Conclusion, there is a significant influence between the level of welfare of the committee of teachers on the enthusiasm of teaching teachers. Keywords: Teacher Welfare, Spirit of Teaching

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether financial compensation and non-financial compensation affect the performance of employees at PT. Inti Harum Sentosa Ruteng Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT). The type of research used is associative quantitative. The result of the study indicate that there is simultaneously the influence of financial and non-financial compensation variabels on employee performance at PT. Inti Harum Sentosa Ruteng. But partially the financial compensation variable does not affect the performance of employees while non-financial compensation affects the performance of empleyees of PT. Inti Harum Sentosa Ruteng.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase the knowledge and competence of high school teachers in one of the 3T areas in compiling classroom action research (CAR) reports. This service method used training with stages, namely assistance in making proposals, choosing the right model in implementing classroom action research and designing learning activities and tools. These service partners were junior and senior high school teachers in Nangapanda Ende District, NTT. The instrument for evaluating this activity used a pretest, and the posttest was analyzed descriptively. This service showed that the teachers' insight increased in preparing class action research reports, and they better understood the stages in the CAR implementation process. These namely teachers were able to understand knowledge about CAR from the four indicators that were the focus of this training, including the steps for implementing CAR, the systematics of writing/composing CAR, success indicators, data analysis, and CAR implementation instruments. Implementing this training activity provides a good understanding of teachers' understanding and professional competence regarding the importance of carrying out CAR.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengarahkan guru dan memberikan pendampingan saat guru melaksanakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan merampungkannya dalam artikel ilmiah yang terpublikasi. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan pelatihan dengan tahapan yakni pendampingan dalam pembuatan proposal, membantu merancang kegiatan serta perangkat pembelajaran, pendampingan pelaksanaan PTK, hingga mempublikasikannya sebagai publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal nasional Ber ISSN. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian pendampingan ini menunjukkan bahwa bertambahnya wawasan dan motivasi para guru dalam pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas serta lebih memahami tahapan-tahapan dalam proses pelaksanaan PTK. Guru juga mampu menghasilkan Karya ilmiah hasil PTK serta publikasi pada jurnal nasional ber ISSN yang dapat digunakan sebagai syarat kenaikan jabatan fungsional. Kegiatan pengabdian pendampingan pelaksanaan PTK dan penulisan publikasi ilmiah mampu menjadi motivasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan kompetensi guru.

Abstract

Basic literacy is an ability that children must have from an early age, especially with increasingly developing technological developments; children must have good basic literacy skills. This mentoring activity aims to overcome the existing problem, namely that some children still need to be more active in reading and writing even though they have joined the Reading Park. The assistance provided is not only limited to reading and writing literacy but also numeracy literacy, scientific literacy, digital literacy, financial literacy and cultural literacy. It is done so that children in reading gardens do not feel bored with reading and writing with the same activities but are also allowed to learn other things. Apart from that, companions also provide educational games that can help motivate and entertain children. Educational games themselves cannot be separated from literacy activities. The implementation method is to apply the PALS (participatory action learning system) method. Some of the activities carried out in this mentoring provide very good benefits for the children. The children feel very motivated to continue moving forward and improve themselves to become better. The conclusion from this assistance is that children feel increasingly motivated and have quite a high interest in learning basic literacy and other forms of basic literacy as part of this assistance.
