Abstract

Kebutuhan mendapatkan informasi secara cepat dan akurat menuntut semua aspek untuk melakukan pengembangan dalam bidang teknologi informasi agar dapat bersaing. Kampus STMIK Mahakarya yang merupakan salah satu pendukung perkembangan kehidupan dalam aspek pendidikan harus berkembang agar bertahan dan bersaing dengan perguruan tinggi lainnya. Salah satu teknologi yang berkembang pesat adalah teknologi seluler dan salah satu fitur yang mudah digunakan adalah text messaging atau yang sering kita sebut dengan SMS (Short Message Service). Mudahnya penggunaan SMS dan biaya yang murah menjadikan siapa saja dapat menggunakannya. Hal tersebut menjadi latar belakang penulis untuk melakukan pengemban sistem yang berbasis SMS Gateway di kampus STMIK Mahakarya guna meningkatkan layanan akademik. Pembuatan sistem SMS Gateway berbasis web ini dibangun untuk memberikan informasi mahasiswa dan calon mahasiswa. Pada sistem sebelumnya di kampus STMIK Mahakarya layanan pemberian informasi masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu tatap muk, sehingga dengan adanya sistem yang dibangun dapat mempermudah penyampaian informasi kepada mahasiswa dan calon mahasiswa. Pengujian terhadap sistem dilakukan menggunakan pengujian black box dengan hasil semua diterima dan dilakukan juga user acceptance test menggunakan skala likert untuk mengetahui penilaian sistem dari user secara langsung, dari hasil pengujian didapat nilai persentase adalah 89% dimana angka tersebut terdapat pada interval dengan pernyataan sangat setuju.Sistem Informasi, SMS (Short Message Service), SMS Gateway, Web, Informasi

Abstract

Berkembangnya bidang industri saat ini menyebabkan persaingan antar perusahaan menjadi semakin ketat dan kompetitif. PT. Domba Mas Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang distributor atau ritel lensa kacamata. Optik merupakan outlet yang menjadi pembeli produk dan pembelian dilakukan berulang kali. Perusahaan memberikan reward terhadap optik terbaik setiap bulannya dengan tujuan meningkatkan semangat optik dalam pembelian. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan suatu sistem informasi spesifik yang ditujukan untuk membantu manajemen dalam mengambil keputusan yang berkaitan dengan persoalan yang bersifat semi terstruktur. Dengan adanya sistem yang dibangun, PT. Domba Mas Indonesia menggunakan metode SAW dapat menenentukan optik terbaik dengan menggunakan recomendasi dari sistem. Dari hasil penghitungan terhadap lima alternatif dengan menggunakan lima kriteria didapat alternatif dengan nilai tertinggi 0,8916 yaitu Optik UD. Ginsa Primata. Sistem dibangun menggunakan Dreamweaver dan PHP My Admin. Proses pengambilan keputusan didasarkan pada kriteria-kriteria yang telah di tetapkan oleh PT. Domba Mas Indonesia.Penghitungan menentukan optik terbaik lebih akurat, data dan laporan penentuan optik terbaik dapat tersimpan secara baik didalam database. Sistem yang dibuat kemudian diuji menggunakan black box testing dengan hasil semua pengujian dapat diterima atau sesuai dengan yang direncanakan

Abstract

Lion Air is part of PT. Lion Group, which is a airline in Indonesia and a low-cost airline based in Jakarta, Lion Air throughout the year experienced an increase in its fleet and an increase in the number of flights, the greater the need for cabin crew, in addition to the recruitment process which must be selective, it is also necessary to monitor the crew. cabin crew so that cabin crew performance will continue to be well maintained so that several groups are formed called cabin crew monitoring groups, currently cabin crew clustering is carried out randomly so as to produce group members with different characteristics. Clustering should be computerized by utilizing data mining clustering, at the data processing stage by eliminating missing values and determining attributes, it produces 100 data, at the modeling stage the most optimum results obtained using the k-means algorithm are 4 clusters and 6 attributes are indicated by the Davies-value. The Bouldin Index (DBI) is 0.792, while the DBI value for the x-means algorithm is 0.812 and the k-medoids algorithm is 1.700 so that the k-means algorithm is the best algorithm in this study.

Abstract

Yayasan Darussalam Depok merupakan yayasan yang bergerak dalam bidang sosial seperti pembiayaan permakanan sampai dengan pendidikan bagi anak yatim piatu, yayasan menyelenggarakan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan anak asuh agar memiliki bekal keterampilan untuk terjun ke masyarakat. Perkembangan desain grafis khususnya di Indonesia cukup pesat, hal ini terbukti dengan banyaknya perusahaan ataupun industri yang menggunakan desain grafis untuk memperkenalkan produknya kepada masyarakat. Kemudahan mendesain saat ini ditawarkan oleh platform desain melalui website maupun aplikasi yaitu Canva, Canva didesain dengan kelengkapan fitur dan template yang memudahkan seseorang mendesain seperti poster, kartu ucapan, brosur, dll. Pada kegiatan ini dalam rangka untuk membantu mewujudkan program yayasan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan anak asuh tentang desain grafis menggunakan aplikasi canva, maka diselenggarakan kegiatan dalam bentuk pengabdian masyarakat. Dilaksanakan One-Day Training (ODT) dengan metode latihan berstruktur, proses pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demonstarasi dan tanya jawab. Pada tahap akhir pelatihan, peserta diberikan angket kuesioner untuk mengetahui respons dari peserta dan tingkat keberhasilan kegiatan, dan dapat diketahui persentase PUAS adalah 149/170 x 100% = 87,65% dan presentase TIDAK PUAS adalah 21/170 x 100%=12,35%. Dengan demikian kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berjalan dengan lancar dan para anak asuh selaku peserta pelatihan dapat memahami materi dengan baik yang diukur dari hasil kuesioner.

Abstract

Covid-19 was declared a pandemic by WHO on March 11, 2020, and President Joko Widodo through the Head of BNPB declared the COVID-19 outbreak a National Disaster. To limit people's mobility, the government issued a Regulation of the Minister of Transportation concerning Transportation Control in which operators of transportation facilities are obliged to supervise and ensure the implementation of physical distancing. One of the sectors affected by the COVID-19 pandemic is transportation, the government is looking for a solution to minimize this impact by providing incentive stimulus to airlines and also reducing the Air Passenger Service tariff by 20% to reducing aviation fuel prices by 10%, but the government's efforts have not succeeded. . The implementation of PPKM together with the Circular Letter of the Ministry of Transportation Number SE 88 of 2021 has reduced the interest of airplane passengers. This situation made the Lion Air airline reduce 8000 employees to pilots. However, pilots are applied to fly alternately by dividing into several groups. By using the k-means algorithm which is one of the clustering methods in data mining, the division of groups can be done by partitioning the data into several clusters. so that data with the same characteristics will be grouped into one cluster. The results of processing 730 lion air pilot data with three clusters resulted in 431 cluster 1 data, 200 data cluster 2 and 99 data cluster 3, from the three clusters dominated by the age of 20-35 years with a working period of 6-11 years but with an average different average flying hours and working hours.

Abstract

At the time of the corona virus outbreak that hit Indonesia and the world which had an impact on various sectors including transportation, optimistically that the Indonesian domestic flight market was still open with strong demand, a new airline, Super Air Jet (SAJ) was created in March 2021. In an effort to improve SAJ services screening qualified human resources, including the process of screening candidates for initial cabin crew. To support this process, it is necessary to have a method used to classify candidates for initial cabin crew at the administrative stage. K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) which is one method for classifying is expected to provide a solution to the problems discussed. This study uses 10 training data that have 8 criteria to predict categories in 6 test data. From the calculation results using a value of k=5, the same results as the label on the initial test data resulted, which resulted in 2 data with the Stop prediction class and 4 data with the Advanced prediction class. To measure the performance of the KNN method, a test was conducted using a confusion matrix which resulted in a 100% accuracy value, a 100% precision value and a 100% recall value.

Abstract

In a house or building that has a lot of room, of course there are also lots of electronic devices, electronic devices have several different switch locations that make someone have to approach the location to turn on or turn off the electronic device. The human forgetting factor is also a problem in this case. In order to support work efficiency, time and electrical resources, the author conducted research on controlling home electronic devices using wireless using Arduino. This tool serves as a substitute for a conventional switch. Control circuit that can be connected to wifi to turn on and off electronic devices such as lights, air conditioners, fans, dispensers, water pumps and so on. Through the design of this tool, a person can turn on or turn off an electronic device through a smartphone or computer from anywhere as long as it is still connected to the same wifi network as the controller.

Abstract

In multi-criteria decision making, choosing the preferred alternative from among numerous alternatives is a classic challenge; approaches are required to provide decisions that are impartial. In this study, the Average Report Card Value (C1), Attitude Scores (C2), Attendance Scores (C3), Achievements (C4), and Extracurriculars (C5) were used to address the issue of outstanding student. To find the best alternative decisions for pupils who excel, 5 additional samples of students were chosen. For the purpose of resolving complicated mathematical issues arising from several opposing criteria qualities, the Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basic of Ratio Analysist (MOORA) method was selected. The results showed that alternative A4, which had a score of 0.49024595 and was the best alternative for excellent students, had the alternative ranking of outstanding students with the highest score.

Abstract

Data presentation techniques in the development of information technology are essential in processing data and producing information. The process of processing data into information can be one of the considerations in determining decisions. Time series data containing data with detailed time sequence frequencies within a certain period can be processed into information showing changes in a data variable within a specific period that can be analyzed according to needs, for example, on data on domestic tourist visits in an area. If the data can be adequately visualized, it can provide easy to digest information. Data analysis is carried out on the Google Data Studio interface because combining visualization methods can help people quickly understand the data. This study uses Google Data Studio for data analysis and visualization through scoreboards, line graphs, and pie charts. The results of the research are in the form of data visualization, which shows a decrease in the number of domestic tourist visits to Bali from 2019-2021, which is around 500 thousand domestic tourists from 2019 to 2020, and a decrease of about 30 thousand domestic tourists from 2020 to 2021. In addition, visualization data with pie charts show a decrease in domestic tourist arrivals of 54.2% in 2019. The percentage decreased to 23.6% in 2020 and 22.1% of visits in 2021.

Abstract

Prestasi belajar merupakan tolak ukur maksimal yang telah dicapai peserta didik dalam melakukan proses belajar. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar adalah keaktifan belajar. Keaktifan belajar mahasiswa ditunjukkan dengan penilaian yang dilakukan dosen pada proses belajar mengajar berlangsung. Terdapat penilaian keaktifan mahasiswa yang didasarkan pada setiap kemampuan individual mahasiswa, setiap dosen pengajar memiliki kriteria masing-masing dalam menentukan nilai keaktifan setiap mahasiswa yang diajar di setiap mata kuliah. Kriteria ini sangat menentukan dalam penentuan keputusan khususnya dalam pemberian nilai keaktifan mahasiswa. Tentu bukan hal yang mudah untuk membuat suatu standar multi kriteria dalam penentuan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini mengusulkan rancangan model penentuan keputusan multi kriteria dalam penilaian keaktifan mahasiswa dengan model hirarki keputusan. Penentuan atribut penilaian pada setiap kriteria dengan skoring nilai 0-100. Metode pendukung keputusan yang digunakan yaitu metode ORESTE dengan teknik pengurutan alternatif berdasarkan kriteria sesuai dengan tingkat kepentingan setiap kriteria serta penggunaan Besson-Rank dalam membuat skala prioritas dari setiap indikator kriteria. Dari hasil perhitungan terhadap 5 alternatif mahasiswa diperoleh  nilai distance score sebesar 11,706149 untuk alternatif terbaik dengan pengurutan nilai dari nilai terkecil  ke terbesar.
