Abstract

Penyakit demam berdarah dengue (DBD)  merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat  di Indonesia   dan sering menimbulkan suatu  kejadian luar biasa (KLB). Salah satu yang bisa dilakukan untuk merancang program pemberantasan dan pencegahan DBD yang lebih baik adalah dengan melakukan analisis spasial dengan menggunakan Geographic Informatioon System (GIS). GIS dapat memetakan penyakit berbasis alamat penderita bermanfaat dalam melihat sebaran penyakit sehingga mampu mengidentifikasi daerah yang berisiko tinggi. Selain itu, dilakukannya analisis spasial memungkinkan suatu penyakit untuk dilihat dari berbagai konteks sehingga diharapkan mampu dilakukan perencanaan yang lebih baik dalam memberantas dan mencegah suatu penyakit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh faktor  keberadaan kontainer air, sanitasi lingkungan  dan kepadatan  vektor terhadap  peningkatan kasus DBD di Kota Kediri. Perilaku masyarakat berpengaruh dalam upaya pencegahan dan pemberantasan DBD terhadap terhadap kejadian penyakit  DBD  di Kota Kediri. Hasil identifikasi tipe virus DHF dengan menggunakan PCR di daerah endemis DBD kota Kediri di dapatkan serotype negative untuk Den-1, Den-2, Den-3 dan Den-4. GIS berperan dalam evaluasi program pemberantasan kasus DBD di Kota Kediri dimana dapat menggambarkan peta daerah kasus endemis DBD di kota Kediri.Kata Kunci:  Demam berdarah, Geographic Informatioon System (GIS), tipe virus dengue

Abstract

Bullying behavior is an act of intimidation by a strong side against a weak side. Bullying behavior can be grouped into four categories: physical bullying, verbal bullying, social bullying and cyber bullying. Students are in the transition from adolescence to adult. The purpose of this study is to explore the behavior of bullying by healthstudents.The design of this research is qualitative with case study approach. Using the Snowball Sampling technique obtained samplemostly students of Nurse Education Program Studyof the number 4 informants. Data collection conductedindept interview, the result was analyzed using inductive thinking process.Data analyzedshowed four themes of knowledge deficits, bullying awareness, repetitive behavior, and self impact.The results showed that students know what is bullying behavior, but  bullying University still done by intimidating verbally and with physical strength

Abstract

Skizofrenia merupakan salah satu jenis gangguan jiwa psikotik yang sering mengalami kekambuhan. Sekitar 33% penderita skizofrenia mengalami kekambuhan dan sekitar 12,1% kembali mengalami rawat inap. Keluarga pasien skizofrenia merupakan variabel yang sangat berperan dalam  kekambuhan pasien skizofrenia.  Diduga faktor yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap  kekambuhan penderita skizofrenia adalah faktor keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas family psychoeducation therapy terhadap  kekambuhan pasien skizofrenia. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh keluarga pasien skizofrenia di Kota Kediri. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini diambil secara Purposive Sampling. Variabel independennya adalah pemberian family psychoeducatin therapy dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah  kekambuhan pasien skizofrenia. Data dikumpulkan dengan lembar observasi, kemudian dianalisa menggunakan uji Mc Nemar dengan tingkat kemaknaan a£ 0,05. Hasil penelitian kekambuhan penderita skizofrenia sebelum diberikan family psychoeducation dari 20 responden yang mengalami kekambuhan 20 responden (100%), sdangkan sesudah diberikann family psychoeducation yang mengalami yang tidak kambuh 17 (85%) yaang kambuh 3 (15%), dari hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji Mc Nemar didapatkan p value 0,000 < α 0,05 artinya ada pengaruh kekambuhan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan family psycoeducation. Pengetahuan dan kemampuan keluarga dalam menghadapi stresor selama merawat anggota keluarga dengan skizofrenia dapat mencinptakan lingkungan yang nyaman dan kondusif sehingga membantu memulihkan kondisi klien serta mengurangi dan mencegah kekambuhan penderita skizofrenia.Kata Kunci: Kekambuhan, family psychoeducation, skizofrenia

Abstract

Kenakalan remaja adalah kecenderungan remaja untuk melakukan tindakan yang melanggar aturan yang dapat mengakibatkan kerugian dan kerusakan baik terhadap dirinya sendiri maupun orang lain. Melalui keluarga psikoedukasi dapat dilaksanakan, psikoedukasi keluarga merupakan salah satu bentuk intervensi yang dapat diberikan kepada keluarga yang mempunyai anggota keluarga dengan masalah kesehatan fisik yang berdampak pada mental emosional keluarga hingga menimbulkan munculnnya masalah psikososial. Tujuan utama dari terapi psikoedukasi keluarga ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi tentang kesehatan mental. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa sesudah penyuluhan, para orang tua terutama ibu – ibu menjadi bertambah wawasannya kemudian mengerti akan kenakalan remaja mulai dari pengertian, tanda – tanda, hingga cara mengatasinya.

Abstract

Introduction: Living in the prison can causing anxiety to the prisoner. The major factor of anxiety is feeling worry their society won’t accept them again a lot of people stay away from ex-prisoner. logotherapy paradoxical intention session 1 can effect anxiety prisoner in LAPAS Kediri.  The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of paradoxical intention session 1 on the anxiety in LAPAS Kediri.Methods: The design of this study was pre-experimental with a one-group pretest posttest design approach. The population studied were detainees who were in LAPAS Kediri, totalling 109 people, with a random sampling technique obtained by a sample of 78 people. The independent variable paradoxical intention logotherapy session 1 with dependent variable anxiety. Collected data using questionnaire. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test at α = 0.05.Results: The results of the study before logotherapy showed that the majority of respondents in a panic situation were 33 respondents (42.3%) and after logotherapy showed that the fraction in severe anxiety were 18 respondents (23.1%). The results of the analysis, p-value (0.000) < (0.05), it means there is an effect of paradoxical intention session 1 on the anxiety of prisoner in LAPAS Kediri.Conclusion: Anxiety was not significant caused of age, education, length of detention, and logotherapi given as session 1, lenght of administration, and provider of logotherapy.

Abstract

Background: Dextromethorphan is often misused with excessive doses so that it gives a euphoric effect, a sense of calm, visual and auditory hallucinations. In fact, if taken in the recommended dosage, these pills are useful for suppressing coughs (antitussive) and phlegm-busting. However, it is often misused as a drug pill, because if you take too much, at least 10 pills at a time, it can cause nervous system depression that can become addictive. This study aimed to explore the abuse of the dextromethorphan class of drugs on adolescent learning concentration. Method: the researcher used a literature review design. The method used in the literature review is through a systematic approach to analyze data in a simplified approach. The keywords in this study are dextromethorphan drug abuse and concentration in learning. Results: Dextromethorphan is often misused with excessive doses so that it gives a euphoric effect, a sense of calm, visual and auditory hallucinations. Dextromethorphan intoxication or overdose can cause hyperexcitability, fatigue, sweating, slurred speech, hypertension, and can cause respiratory depression. Conclusion: Dextromethorphan drug abuse is associated with tolerance, addiction or addiction problems which can then develop into drug dependence (drug dependence). Students who experience deviant behavior in the form of drug abuse of the dextromethorphan class will experience impaired concentration while studying.

Abstract

The role of parents in raising and nurturing a child is not an easy thing, it requires energy, cohesiveness and patience in guiding children according to the character, especially the child's discipline in learning. The purpose of to analyze the influence of parenting patterns on the psychosocial development the digital era in Bendorejo Village, Pogalan District, Trenggalek. The study was conducted with a obsrvasional analytic approach using questionnaire. Data were analyzed using logisti regression in the form of frequency distribution.The results showed that most of the respondents had a permissive parenting category as many as 31 respondents (57.4%). Most of the respondents experienced less psychosocial development as many as 30 respondents (56.6%). The results of research concluded there is an influence of parenting patterns on the psychosocial development of elementary school children aged 7-9 years in the digital era in Bendorejo Village, Pogalan, Trenggalek.

ABSTRACT THE EFFECTIVENESS OF FAMILY PSYCHOEDUCATION (FPE) ON DRUG SUBSTITUTION OF SKIZOFRENIA PATIENTS IN THE CITY OF KEDIRI Dhita Kurnia Sari 1, Lingga Kusuma Wardani 2 STIKes Surya Mitra Husada Kediri deeniasari88@gmail.com Schizophrenia is one type of psychotic disorders that often experience relapse. About 33% of people with schizophrenia experience recurrence and about 12.1% re-experienced hospitalization. Discontinuation of drugs is a major cause of recurrence of schizophrenic patients. The family of schizophrenic patients is a very important variable in the recurrence of schizophrenic patients. Allegedly the biggest factor in its effect on adherence to taking the drug of schizophrenia is family factor. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of family psychoeducation therapy on adherence to taking the drug of schizophrenia patients. The design used in this research is pre-experiment. The population in the study were all families of schizophrenic patients in Kediri. Sampling technique in this research is taken by Purposive Sampling. The independent variable is the provision of family psychoeducatin therapy and the dependent variable in this study is the adherence to taking the drug of schizophrenic patients. Data were collected by observation sheet, then analyzed using Mc Nemar test with significance level a£ 0,05. The results of the study of adherence to the treatment of schizophrenic patients before given the family psychoeducation of 20 respondents who did not obey 20 respondents (100%), whereas after given the family psychoeducation obedient 17 (85%) and disobedient 3 (15%), from the results of statistical tests with using Mc Nemar test obtained p value 0,000 <α 0.05 means there is influence of adherence to medication before and after given family psycoeducation. Family knowledge and ability to cope with stressors while caring for family members with schizophrenia can create a comfortable and conducive environment that helps restore the client's condition and reduce and prevent noncompliance with schizophrenia medication.
