Abstract

The zoning system is a new perspective that has been established by the government in supporting the acceptance of new students. However, the system turned out to be one of the obstacles in education. Because it was still not standardized and the school found it difficult to explain to the community. Seeing the existing problems, researchers try to provide a solution to combat the problems in the acceptance of new students. the solution is to make an online zoning system design. The method used in this research is the Zachman framework. The results obtained defines the entity to the system to be built, including student entities, register entities, UN entities, account entities and school entities. Furthermore, several processes that become the main processes in the online registration application include account creation, registration, announcement, registration validation, account management, and reports. Whereas in network analysis there is a topology update to make students able to access online registration applications wherever and whenever. The results of this study hopefully can be used as a reference for similar research.

Abstract

Kelanjutan kegiatan operasional di sektor teknologi informasi di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas memiliki beberapa kendala, yaitu tidak ada perlindungan dan analisis untuk data softcopy dan hardcopy, kontrol manajemen sumber daya manusia yang belum disesuaikan dengan kinerja sistem, dan beberapa lainnya. kegiatan yang merugikan ini perlu diidentifikasi dan diberikan penilaian kondisi saat ini dibandingkan dengan target yang diinginkan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas. Untuk melakukan ini, domain DSS pada Cobit 5 adalah kerangka kerja yang cocok untuk digunakan sebagai pedoman untuk menilai tata kelola teknologi informasi di berbagai jenis organisasi, termasuk Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas . Hasil yang diperoleh ada 3 proses dalam domain DSS yang belum memenuhi target di domain DSS01, DSS03, dan DSS06 dengan level pencapaian level 2 yang memiliki selisih 1 dari target 3 yang diinginkan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas.

Abstract

The Regional Archives and Libraries Office of Banyumas Regency as a provider of archives and libraries is often demanded to provide fast, precise, and accurate information services. In order to fulfill this case, the Purwokerto Regional Library has implemented an information system on a daily basis. With the use of this information system, it will pose a threat and if it is not known precisely, it can cause harm to the Purwokerto Regional Library. The purpose of this research is to measure the risk in the information system in the Purwokerto Regional Library. For this reason, NIST SP 800-30 Rev 1 is used, which is a risk assessment model issued by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The results of this study were in the form of an assessment of the 13 identified threats found in the Purwokerto regional library.

Abstract

Governance and planning for aligning business strategies with strategies in managing Information systems (SI) is the main key in winning business competition in each organization. Ananda Purwokerto General Hospital as a business organization engaged in health cannot be separated from this, but the problem of governance and the lack of alignment between the current business strategy and the SI strategy make the Ananda General Hospital Purwokerto less in terms of service issues. For this reason, an evaluation of the existing SI governance is needed at Ananda Purwokerto General Hospital. COBIT 5 can be used to evaluate SI governance, because in COBIT 5 there are 5 domains consisting of 2 categories, namely the category of governance domain and management domain, for problems experienced by Ananda Purwokerto General Hospital can use the EDM and APO domains on COBIT 5. The results expected are in the form of measuring the level of governance implementation of SIR Ananda Purwokerto General Hospital in the EDM and APO domains, so that the best recommendations can be given based on the COBIT 5 framework.

Abstract

Coronavirus pandemic in Indonesia has not subsided yet. There are around 100,303 cases suspected to coronavirus during the five months outbreak. in order to deal with the epidemic, volunteers are needed to help media personnel to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 virus. it is done not only by distributing masks or spraying disinfectant but also by preventing the community from gathering at the public administration services. as a millennial volunteer who understands technology, we try to provide an understanding of the public regarding the administration of online documents. the purpose of this activity is to share knowledge to COVID-19 volunteers while taking care of population data such an e-KTP, birth certificates, and others because it can be done by accessing the DINDUKCAPIL Banyumas website. it is implemented by making presentations and exposure through video conferences via the Cisco Webex Meeting application. the result is the volunteers understand how to handle the population of the online document so that they can share it with their community.

Abstract

The importance of securing data is something that most Indonesian teachers ignore. In addition, their inability to secure data is also a factor supporting the failure to secure data. Allowing access to their personal computers to be known and the loss of data due to viruses is often experienced by teachers at SMPN 1 Karanglewas. For this reason, training is made that is packaged in a teaching data security webinar. This activity aims to grow the understanding and awareness of teachers in securing the teaching data they have. The implementation of this activity uses Google Meet technology, which can be accessed directly through the YouTube channel. The results obtained are the increasing understanding of the teachers seen from the difference in the results of the post-test and pre-test, which reaches 40-80%. In addition, there were also positive responses from the teachers participating in the webinar, which stated that 56% of the participants stated that it was good and 30% was sufficient, and 24% was excellent. The next activity that is expected to be carried out is live class making training and the manufacture of interactive teaching materials.

Abstract

Dengan mudahnya hoax menyebar dari satu orang ke orang lain menunjukkan lemahnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap bahaya hoax. Masyarakat desa Kedungwringin juga tidak lepas dari hoax tersebut. Berbagai macam berita, status, dan situs hoax dapat diakses dan didapat dengan mudah. Untuk itu perlu diberikan pengetahuan tentang bahaya hoax kepada masyarakat. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah agar masyarakat mampu mengetahui dan dapat melaporkan hoax yang mereka dapatkan. Jenis pendidikan yang dilakukan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pemberian, penyuluhan, dan pelatihan cara mengidentifikasi dan pelaporan hoax. Hasil yang didapat adalah berupa ketrampilan dalam mengetahui dan membedakan hoax dan dapat melaporkan hoax tersebut pada portal “turnbackhoax.id”.

Abstract

The assessment system to determine the best employees at the Yogi shop has not been systemized. It is still limited to the regular assessment assessing the best employees to get an annual bonus based on the owner and manager's assessment, so it seems less accurate and less targeted towards employees who will be given annual bonuses. This study aims to build a decision support system to determine the best employees using the TOPSIS method to make it easier for owners and managers to determine the best employees. The data processing method in this study is the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The criteria used in this research are attendance, work attitude, responsibility, discipline, cooperation and creativity. From the results of the tests, it concluded that the blackbox testing process was successful. The results of this study are a decision support system to determine the best employees at the Yogi Banyumas store.

Abstract

Graphic design is a rapidly growing field with plenty of career opportunities for those who have an interest and talent in this area. However, vocational high school students often face difficulties in developing graphic design skills and using graphic design software like Corel Draw. Therefore, this community engagement activity aims to provide solutions to the challenges faced by vocational high school students in learning graphic design. This community engagement activity consists of several stages, including observation, socialization with partners, creating a module for Corel Draw usage, content creation training, training evaluation, and overall engagement results evaluation. Through this initiative, it is hoped that vocational high school students will gain access and opportunities to attend graphic design training, receive clear guidance on applying graphic design software, stimulate their interest and enthusiasm for learning graphic design, and provide motivation and support for them to pursue a career as professional graphic designers. The results of this activity will enable participants to observe the improvement in graphic design skills among vocational high school students and help them prepare for entering the workforce or continuing their studies in graphic design. Therefore, this activity is expected to provide significant benefits for vocational high school students in developing graphic design skills and pursuing a career as skilled graphic designers.
