Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the application of integrated historical learning models Kalwedo culture. Kalwedo culture is one of the local wisdom of the people of Southwest Maluku who have noble values ​​such as cooperation, mutual cooperation, mutual respect, and social care. The research method used is Research and Development, by collecting data through literature studies, interviews, surveys, pre-post test tests and questionnaires. Data is processed using SPSS to determine the level of effectiveness of the application of the learning model. The results of the study indicate that this learning model is effectively used. This can be seen in the statistical results of achievement abilities and attitude scores between the experimental class and the control class that have a significant difference. This is shown by the acquisition of the experimental posttest grade value of 99.96 and the control class posttest of 93.68. While the value for the T test was obtained at 2.785 with a significance level of 0.007. Significance level of 0.007 <0.025. Then Ho is rejected or there is a difference in average between the experimental class and the control class. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant increase in the class using the historical learning model integrated Kalwedo cultural values ​​through PBL. From the results obtained can be concluded that the model developed is effective if used in learning, especially learning history.

Abstract

Sejak paradigma perencanaan spasial berubah, dimana perencana bertindak sebagai fasilitator dan mediator bagi kepentingan pemegang kepentingan. Panduan perencanaan partisipatif berkembang dengan berbagai macam pola pendekatan, penelitian ini menggunakan sepuluh ide partisipatif sebagai panduan untuk mempelajari best practice dalam pengembangan proyek perumahan masyarakat di Kuba, Malawi dan Senegal. Membandingkan faktor-faktor kelemahan dan keandalan dari setiap proyek penelitian ini dapat mengambil kesimpulan bahwa keberhasilan perencanaan partisipatif adalah inisiasi dan kemitraan yang baik; metode yang baik; dialog antara masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah yang elegan juga termasuk keaktifan partisipasi dari kedua pihak dalam seluruh tingkatan kebijakan

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan : Denyut nadi yang terlalu tinggi atau rendah bisa menunjukkan adanya masalah kesehatan Metode : Metode penelitian  yang digunakan dalam  penelitian ini adalah Pra-eksperimental menggunakan rancangan One-Group Pra-Post Test Design menggunakan uji analisis T-test. Populasi seluruh wanita yang berusia 20-50 tahun yang mengikuti latihan kebugaran jasmani sebanyak 35 orang.sampel yang digunakan menggunakan total sampling.Hasil : Jadi harga t hitung =18.083 ≥ harga ttabel = 2.032 dan dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000 ≤  0.05   Artinya ada pengaruh kebugaran jasmani dengan denyut nadi  di desa sentul kecamtan tembelang kabupaten jombang.Pembahasan : Perubahan terjadi karena adanya respon adaptasi kardiovaskuler terhadap latihan kebugaran jasmani yang diberikan secara teratur. Latihan secara teratur akan mencapai tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang baik dan denyut nadi dalam batas normal.Kata kunci : kebugaran jasmani,denyut nadi,frekuensi

Abstract

The background of this research are: 1) student achievement under Criteria Complete Minimal, 2) The results of test scores of children is low, so it does not match the expectations of parents 3) School achievement is low in the academic race, 4) Not achieving the quality of schools maximum as in the vision, mission and objectives of the school that has been set.The objectives of this study are to know the complete learning management and quality management in schools, so that an upgrading in the quality of teaching and learning activities for teachers and school quality improvement of services for parents met.The results showed that: 1) Planning study completed jointly planned at the beginning of the school year at a school meeting. Extra hours of lessons, teacher consultation with headmaster and teachers plan learning activities prepared for mastery learning successfully. 2) Organizing the responsibility of headmaster with the assignment of guiding low grade and high grade guidance. 3) Learning thoroughly carried out in a systematic and planned starting from the preparation of lesson plans, learning activities, assessment, repairment and enrichment. Student involvement in the implementation of high mastery learning, and specifically the sixth grade required for implementation of the study completed two years using the zero hour of learning. 4) Monitoring by the headmaster include oversight of program implementation and supervision of organizing programs consistently. 5) The quality of school graduates performed with competence development, content standards, process standards, educators and education personnel, school facilities and infrastructure, management standards, and implementation of the assessment system.Based on the research results suggested: 1) The headmaster is able to draw up a work program of the school and the ability to provide service quality to parents, 2) Teachers can improve the quality of teaching and learning activities in the classroom and improve the quality of the use of school infrastructure

Abstract

This paper aims to explain the implementation of public services today from a humanistic perspective/paradigm. Public policy innovation as a necessity in principle and substantively will provide reinforcement in responding to and resolving public policy problems that take place in the community. The method used is descriptive method, which describes several studies, public service policies from various literatures. The results of the literature review show that character education and the inculcation of humanistic values to service providers (government/political elites, bureaucratic apparatus) are very important and must be carried out so that the public service process can be of higher quality and provide optimal satisfaction for service recipients. The result to be achieved in this research is the existence of public policy innovation efforts with the dimensions of novelty and usefulness so that it is expected to have an impact on more concrete efforts and build sustainable community participation. Innovation is applied not only at the evaluation stage of public policies but is applied from the beginning of public policy planning, implementation and evaluation of public policies.
