Abstract

The purpose of this research is to knowing the effect of employee empowerment and organization culture on commitment organization employee of Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru with motivation as intervening variable. In this research consist of two dependent variables and two independent variables. These variables are commitment organization (Y2), Motivation (Y1), Employee Empowerment (X1) and Organization Culture (X1). The research used 124 respondents as samples whom taken from 11 department of Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru. The research used descriptive method which gave questionnaire to respondents. From analyze data used path analyze with SPSS (Service for Product and Statistic Solution). The result of the research show that partially employee empowerment (X1) with value t hitung 3,510 , organization culture (X2) with value t hitung 7,783 positively and significantly took effect to commitment organization (Y1). Partially also concluded that motivation (Y1) with value t hitung 2,814 took effect positively and significantly to commitment organization (Y2). The effect of employee empowerment to commitment organization through motivation is 7,161. The effect of organization culture to commitment organization through motivation is 8,932. So that concluded employee empowerment (X1) and organization culture (X2) took effect positively and significantly to commitment organization (Y2) of Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru employee through motivation (Y1) as intervening variable.   Keywords: commitment organization, motivation, employee empowerment, organizational culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effects of financial compensation variable, Spirit of Worked and working environment simultaneously and partially on employee job satisfaction processing section PT. Industry and Trade Bangkinang. In this study, the study population were employees of the processing Pt. Industry and Trade Bangkinang totaling 104 people. The sampling method used was convenience sampling, which means sampling was done by members of the population were met by chance and were willing to become respondents. Analysis of the data used was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis of multiple linear regression with SPSS for Windows version 18.00. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regersi test (Test-F) shows that financial compensation, spirit of work and working environment simultas effect on job satisfaction. The result of partial test (t-test) showed that financial compensation variable, spirit of work and working environment significantly influence job satisfaction.Keywords : Compensation, Spirit of Work and Work Environment On The Processing of Employee Satisfaction

Abstract

This research held in PLN Pekanbaru Area. This research held in order to analyze the effect of reward, organizational culture and organizational structure to organizational effectiveness. Population are all employees, consist of 62 people. Considering the number limitation so sampling method used is census that covers all employee as the respondents.Variables used are reward, organizational culture and organizational structure as independent and organizational effectiveness as dependent. Data analyzed by using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS 19 for windows.Result of this study shows that reward, organizational culture and organizational structure significantly effect on organizational effectiveness. Partially, reward and organizational structure shows positive and significant effect on organizational effectiveness, while organizational culture gives no significant effect.It is recommended to company to adjust the normative incentives with the inflation growth and provide additional tools for each division. The culture of effective and efficient process and enhance the public service motivation and accountability need to be overcome. It is also recommended to place the right man in the position and expand the human resource division.Keywords: Reward, Organizational Culture, Structure, and Effectiveness

Abstract

Low labor productivity was a problem that was often faced by a company in its efforts to increase the benefits to be achieved. The purpose of this study was to look at the effect of leadership, compensation and organizational commitment to employee productivity marketing at PT. Asuransi Bumi Putra. Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Multisarana Agro Lestari Pekanbaru. The study is quantitative descriptive type kolerasional. The sample in this study are numbered as many as 51 people. Data collection techniques with interviewand questionnaire. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version. The regression test Partially that each independent variables studied (leadership, work environment and climate organization) has an influence on the dependent variable (morale) it was shown by the results that the leadership variablesignificant effect on employee morale, workplace environment variable significant effect on employee morale, while the organizational climate variables significant effect on employee morale PT. Multisarana Agro Lestari Pekanbaru. And whilethe simultaneous regression test showed that the independent variables studied (leadership, work environment and climate organization) has an influence on the dependent variable (morale). The magnitude of the effect caused by the threeindependent variables namely 56.9% while the remaining 43.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, Organizational Climate and Employee Morale

Abstract

Human Resources is very important in an organization, because the effectiveness and success of an organization depends on the quality and performance of existing human resources in the organization. Performance of human resources (members) which will encourage the emergence of employee commitment. Some aspects required and also can determine the level of employee commitment levels PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru is Organizational Culture, Leadership Style. This study aimed to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Leadership Styleof Employee Commitment PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The population used is the number of employees of PT. Telkomsel with 134 people. The amount of sample used as many as 100 people. The results showed that there is a positive and significant impact between Organizational Culture, Leadership Styleof Employee Commitment Value coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is equal to 0.546%, or 54.6% mean variation influenced variable changes Employee Commitment Organizational Culture, Leadership Style and Supervision by 54.6% and the remaining 45.4% is influenced by other factors.Keywords : Organizational Culture, Stylesof Leadership, and Employee Commitmen

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Indofood Makmur Tbk Pekanbaru branch with the purpose to determine the effect on variable Work Environment Physical and Cultural Organization simultaneously the Employee Performance PT. Indofood Makmur Tbk Pekanbaru branch. This study uses primary data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees of PT. Indofood Makmur Tbk Pekanbaru branch. Secondary data were obtained relating to the object and the organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees who were 75 people and sampled. The analytical method used in this study is the linear regression method multiple. From results of testing that was done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) indicates that the variable Work Environment Physical and Cultural Organization simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the partial test (t-test) showed that the variables of Physical Work Environment and Cultural Organization significant effect on employee performance. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is approximately 0.583, or by 58.3%, which means, the variable Work Environment Physical and Cultural Organization jointly influence on employee performance, while the remaining 41.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.Keywords : Physical Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Perception Organizational Justice and Empowerment on Employee Satisfaction of Bank Syariah Mandiri Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Sudirman branch. Total number of employees is 58 people. Given the limited number of population, the authors conducted a census sampling technique, ie to the entire population of 58 people. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis known that organizational justice and empowerment simultaneously affect the job satisfaction of employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Pekanbaru. Justice organizational partially influence on employee job satisfaction Bank Syariah Mandiri Pekanbaru. Empowerment partially influence on employee job satisfaction Bank Syariah Mandiri Pekanbaru. It is expected to head of the company in order to educate employees so easy to get along with fellow employees in the company (improve cooperation). For example by suggesting employees to greet each other in the company so that a sense of community arises in the employees so that they are easy to get along with each other employees who have been working and the employees who have performed above average or very maximum.Keyword : Justice organization, Empowerment, and Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment, motivation, and incentive partially or simultaneously on the job satisfaction employees at PT. surya agrolika reksa singing hilir. The population in this study were all employees totaling 121 employees and 93 employees were sampled by using the formula slovin, using instrumental testing the validity, reliability and classic assumption test. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21 for windows. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultane ous regression test (F-test) showed that the variables of organizational commitment, motivation and incentive simultaneously significant effecton job satisfaction employees. And the results of the partial test (t test) showed that the variables of organizational commitment, motivation and incentive partially significant effect on job satisfaction employees. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0,273, which means, organizational commitment, motivation, and incentive affect the job satisfaction employees amounted to 27,3%, while the remaining 72.7% is influenced by other variables that no tex amined in this study.Keywords : Organizational Commitmen, Motivation, Incentive, and Job Satisfaction Employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication, bureaucratic structure, implementing attitude, environmental conditions and the size and objectives of the policy on the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation policy in 20 villages in the Central Kuantan Subdistrict of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study were all villages located in Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, while the respondents consisted of 6 people, namely the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, LPMD, BPD, and Community Leaders, so that the population was 120 people. The sampling method used in this study is saturated sampling method or census method, namely the overall population method. Thus, the number of sampling taken is all members of the population as many as 120 people as respondents. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires to respondents. The statistical method used to test the research hypothesis is multiple regression method with software assistance (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 22.0. The results of the study prove that communication, bureaucratic structure, implementing attitudes, environmental conditions and policy measures and objectives influence the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation policy
