Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence, personality, support supervisor on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. Respondents of this research consisted of 98 people PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. Data analysis used is the test of validity, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS software version 20.0 to test and prove the research hypothesis. The result of multiple linear regression test shows that Competence has positive and significant influence to employee performance, Personality has positive and significant influence to employee performance, Supervisor Support has positive and significant influence to employee performance. Abstract

This research to analyzed the effect of work conflict, work stress, and job satisfaction on performation. The sample technical used random sampling with 113 responden. Data analysed by multiple regression linier by spss. .The results of the study showed that simultaneously variable independent together influential dependent on variables. Parsial variable work conflict has not been affecting the employee performance, work stress have a positively effect significantly effect on of employee performance, job satisfaction have a positively effect significantly effect on employee performance. Password: work conflict, work stress, job satisfaction and employee performance .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of personality, compensation and transformational leadership style on the performance of employees of LPPNPI Public Corporation (AirNav Indonesia) Pratama Semarang branch. Respondents in this study consisted of 85 people of LPPNPI Public Corporation (AirNav Indonesia) Pratama Semarang branch. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 19. The results showed that simultaneously independent variables had an effect on the dependent variable. Partially, personality variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance, compensation variables have no effect on employee performance, transformational leadership style variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Recruitment Process, Selection Process and Competence on Employee Performance. The object of this research is the employees of the Election Supervisory Body of Central Java Province. The population in this study were all employees in the Bawaslu in Central Java Province. The sampling technique in this study used the census method, all populations were used in the sample. The sample is 50 respondents and this study uses a method of collecting data with a questionnaire. The data collected in this study was processed using SPSS, then analyzed using correlation coefficients for testing validity, cronbach alpha for reliability testing, and multiple linear regression analysis to test the magnitude of the influence of each related variable. The model used in this study is a linear regression equation. The results of the regression analysis show that recruitment has a negative and significant effect on performance, selection has a positive and significant effect on performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on performance

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of compensation, job characteristics, and motivation on teacher performance. The object of research in this writing is Vocational High School Pangudi Luhur Tarcisius 1 Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is using the census of 62 respondents as sample by using questionnaire (questionnaire) by way of spreading the list of questions to the respondent in order to get information. The purpose of the study was formulated to determine the effect of compensation, job characteristics, and motivation on teacher performance.The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of question items, cronbach alpha formula to test instrument reliability, regression to test the magnitude of partial influence of each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The results of his research are: (1) compensation has a negative effect on teacher performance. (2) job characteristics have a positive effect on teacher performance. (3) motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance. Key Words             : Work Compensation, Characteristics, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Empowerment to Self Efficacy, the effect of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) to Self Efficacy, the effect of Empowerment to Performance , the effect of Leader Member Exchange (LMX to Performance, the effect of Self Efficacy to Performance, the role of Self Efficacy as mediation variblethe effect of Empowerment to Performance and the role of Self Efficacy as mediation variblethe effect of LMX to Performance. This research was conducted with a sensus method with 100 respondent.Technical test data used in this study include validitas test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t test, and mediation test to verify and prove the hypothesis of the research. Based on data analysis shows that: 1) Empowerment positive effect on Self Efficacy. (2) Leader Member Exchange (LMX) positive effect on Self Efficacy. (3) Empowerment positive effect on employee performance. (4) Leader Member Exchange (LMX) positive effect on employee performance. and, (5) Self Efficacy positive effect on employee performance. (6) Self Efficacy as mediation variable the effect of empowerment on employee performance. (7) Self Efficacy as mediation variable the effect of the leader member exchange (LMX) on employee performance. Abstract

Performance of employees in LPMP Central Java has not been optimally marked by the presence of mentoring activities that should be done in each district / city in Central Java region in order to provide assistance to units and educational programs in the form of quality assurance activities in units and educational programs that have not met target. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of quality of work life and communication on performance with job satisfaction and organizational commitment as intervening variable. Technique sample using purposive sampling technique, with criterion of civil servant and working period more than 3 years, education minimum D3 counted 123 people. Instrument test is done by using factor analysis that is with the validity test and reliablilitas test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis. The results showed that quality of work life have positively significantly effect to job satisfaction, communication have positively significantly effect to job satisfaction, communication have positively significantly to organizational commitment, quality of work life have positively significantly to organizational commitment,job satisfaction has no effect to organizational commitment, quality of work life has no effect to performance, communication have positively significantly effect to performance, job satisfaction have negatively effect to performance, organizational commitment have positively significantly effect on performance, job satisfaction as mediating variable the effect of quality of work life to performance,job satisfaction as mediating variable the effect ofcommunication to performance, commitment organizationalas mediating variable the effect of quality of work life to performance, commitment organizationalis not a mediating variable the effect ofcommunication to performance, job satisfaction and commitment organizational is a mediating variable influence both quality of work life on performance and communication to performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of competencyand job characteristic on job satisfaction mediated by the work motivationat Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pati. This research was conducted with a sensus method and implemented in Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pati. Technical test data used in this study include validitas test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t test, and mediation test to verify and prove the hypothesis of the research. From the analysis and discussion show that competency does not influence on work motivation,job characteristic positively significanly influence on work motivation, competency does not influence on job satisfaction, job characteristicpositively significantly influence on job satisfaction and work motivationpositively significantly influence on job satisfaction. Motivation is not proven as a mediation variable of competence influence on job satisfaction while the influence of characteristic to job satisfaction motivation proved as mediation variableKeywords: Competency, Job characteritics, Motivation and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Competence and Person Organization Fit (PO-Fit) to performance through the mediation of Organizational Commitment on Agricultural Extension in the Department of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Pati Regency. The total sample of 179 respondents was conducted with a purposive sampling of Agricultural Extension Department of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Pati regency with sample criteria for Agriculture is an active work and tenure of more than five years. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, F Test, Tests of Hypotheses and Mediation. The results showed that Competency positive effect on Commitment Organizational, Person Organization Fit (PO-Fit) positive effect on Commitment Organizational. Competence positive effect on Performance, Person Organization Fit (PO-Fit) positive effect on Performance and Commitment Organizational positive effect on Performance, Organizational Commitment is not a variable that mediates influence of Competence to Performance, Competence direct effect on the Performance and Organizational Commitment is not a variable that mediates influence of Person Organization Fit (POFit) to Performance. Abstract

This research aimed to know the influence of motivation and self-efficacy on teacher performancemoderated by transformational leadership style to the teachers of State Junior High School in Bojong Sub Districtof Pekalongan Regency. This research used field research with quantitative approach. The Population in thisresearch was teachers who teach in State Junior High School in Bojong Sub District of Pekalongan Regency thatnumber106 people and take all the population. Based on the instrument test that was validity test & reliability testacquired valid & reliabel indicators for further analysis. Based on the F test showed that the model reasonable tofurther analysis. The R2 test showed the contribution independent variable to the dependent variable. Thehyphotesis test used t test by MRA. The result of the research showed that motivation has no influence on theteacher’s performance, self-efficacy influences positively on teacher’s performance, the transformationalleadership style influences positively on teacher performance, the transformational leadership style does notmoderate the influence of motivation on teacher performance and transformational leadership style has weaken theinfluence of self-efficacy on teacher performance.Keywords: motivation, self-efficacy, transformational leadership style, and teacher performance.
