Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to analyze the reasons why a person joins a diecast fan group, to analyze the activities of diecast fan youth groups in Jakarta, to analyze the impact of following diecast fan groups. Data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis that is, data reduction, presentation (display) data and data verification. The results obtained from the research that the authors do, the authors see there are various reasons behind the Barokah Garage members to join the group of diecast fan teens. Barokah Garage activity is not only gathered, but Barokah Garage routinely performs photography activities diecast toys, social service, hunting together, therefore the impact is not only the body to be healthy because hunting together, the social sense of the teenagers is increasing due to social activities which is routinely implemented.

Abstract

This research reveals as well as examines the relationship between the acceptability of Covid-19 vaccine information on health awareness in the tourism industry sector in the city of Bandung. This city is one of the tourist destinations that must rise from adversity due to Covid-19. The vaccine program was launched by the government to attract tourists again. The approach to answering this research uses a positivistic paradigm with quantitative research techniques. The validity and reliability test using SPSS was carried out on 85 respondents from a population of 300. A strong relationship was found between the acceptability of the Covid 19 vaccine information and the health awareness of tourism sector business actors in the city of Bandung. They were positive to receive information about the Covid vaccine to run their business. This study also found that respondents received vaccine information based on the purpose so that their business could run. It was also revealed that respondents were not sure with certainty that they could carry out the vaccine process. Furthermore, significant data were found that respondents were less active in seeking information about health.

Abstract

Penyakit Coronavirus Disease 2019 dapat menyebabkan infeksi sistemik yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi respon imun dan kondisi hemostasis. Pemeriksaan hematologi merupakan salah satu pemeriksaaan penunjang dalam diagnostik untuk menilai tingkat keparahan penyakit dan memprediksi risiko pada pasien Coronavirus Disease 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pemeriksaan trombosit, leukosit, dan jenis leukosit pada pasien terkonfirmasi positif Coronavirus Disease 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional, dengan desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 107 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Pengumpulan data pasien dilakukan di Instalasi Rekam Medik RSUD Kabupaten Buton selama bulan Mei sampai Juni 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasien terkonfirmasi positif Coronavirus Disease 2019 lebih banyak berjenis kelamin pria (60,7%) dan berusia dewasa antara 20-60 tahun (62,6%) dengan ditemukan jumlah total trombosit normal (83,2%), menurun (13,1%), dan meningkat (3,7%). Sedangkan jumlah leukosit normal (53,3%), menurun (9,3%), dan meningkat (37,4%). Untuk hitung jenis leukosit ditemukan hasil yang bervariasi yaitu neutrofil normal (40,2%), menurun (3,7%), meningkat (56,1%), eosinofil normal (29,0%), menurun (60,7%), meningkat (10,3%), basofil normal (97,2%), menurun (0%), meningkat (2,8%), monosit normal (75,7%), menurun (3,7%), meningkat (20,6%), limfosit normal (29,0%), menurun (67,3%), meningkat (3,7%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada pasien terkonfirmasi positif Coronavirus Disease 2019 memiliki hasil pemeriksaan hematologi yang bervariasi, hal ini disebabkan oleh berat ringannya infeksi dan inflamasi yang dialami penderita.Kata Kunci : Coronavirus Disease 2019, Trombosit, Leukosit, dan Jenis Leukosit

Abstract

Glukosa adalah komponen penting dalam tubuh karena menyediakan energi untuk melakukan aktivitas, beraktivitas dengan teratur membuat insulin dapat dimanfaatkan lebih baik oleh sel dalam tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perbandingan kadar glukosa darah sebelum dan sesudah melakukan olahraga bola basket. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pra eksperimen dan dianalisis dengan uji statistik Wilcoxon. Penelitian ini dilakukan di GOR Sinar Kota Makassar. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Total Sampling dengan jumlah 30 responden. Responden melakukan olahraga dalam waktu yang sama yaitu 2 jam. Kadar Glukosa darah diukur sebelum dan sesudah melakukan olahraga dengan menggunakan alat glucometer merk Accu-Check. Hasil penelitian ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kadar glukosa darah sebelum dan sesudah melakukan olahraga bola basket. Nilai p 0,000 (p < 0,05).Kunci : Glukosa, Bola basket, Makassar
