Abstract

The existence of human resources in an organization has an important role. The progress of an organization can be seen from the performance of its human resources. Good performance of its human resources can lead the organization to achieve the goals set. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and compensation through motivation on the performance of the employees of Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDITKI) Wilayah VII Surabaya. This research uses quantitative research approach. Samples taken in this study amounted to 68 people including all administrative staff of LLDIKTI Wilayah VII Surabaya. The independent variables in this study are Work Environment (LK) and Compensation (KM). The dependent variable in this study is Employee Performance (KP) and the intervening variable is Motivation (MV). The result showed that Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Motivation, Compensation had a positive and significant effect on Motivation, Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Compensation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. While the sobel test result indicate that Motivation can mediate Work Environment and Employee Performance and Motivation can mediate Compensation and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important aspect of overall company performance. Hospitals as a complex organization require effective and efficient employee performance in providing services to the community. This study aims to analyze the effect of SIMRS quality and non-physical work environment on person-organization fit and employee performance at RSI Jemursari Surabaya. The sample of this study was permanent employees who were SIMRS users at Jemursari Hospital as many as 85 respondents. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale modification and uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method that is run with SmartPLS 3.0 software to analyze the data. The results showed that the quality of SIMRS had a positive and significant effect on person-organization fit, non-physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on person-organization fit, the quality of SIMRS had a positive effect on employee performance but not significantly, non-physical work environment had a positive influence on performance employees but not significant, and person-organization fit has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence that good Talent Management will improve employee performance to be optimal, consistent employee retention, consistent employee retention will increase optimal employee performance, and consistent employee retention will increase optimal employee performance at PT. Panahmas Ekatama Distrindo Malang. The research approach is explanatory research. Data were collected with a survey method that uses questionnaires. The population of the research was counted as 96 person result of the research showed that (1) good talent management will produce optimum employee performance; (2) good talent management will deliver consistent employee retention; (3) consistent employee retention will engender optimum. Employee performance; and (4) good talent management can produce employee performance through consistent employee retention. Theoretically, the usefulness of this research is to contribute to the fields of Human Resource Management, Talent Management, Employee Retention, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Auto Regression Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) or the combination model of Auto Regression with moving average, is a linier model which is able to represent the stationary time series or non stationary time series. The purpose of this research is to forecast the inflation rate in November 2010 with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) by using ARIMA. The inflation indicator is very important to anticipate in making the Government’s policy and decision as well as for the citizen is for the information to determine what to do in related with savings and investment. By looking at the existing criteria, it is determined that the best model is ARIMA (1,1,0) or AR (1). Model ARIMA (1,1,0), the coefficient value AR (1) is significant,which has the most minimum value of Akaike Info Criterion (AIC) and Schwars Criterion (SC) compare toARIMA (0,1,1) or MA (1) and ARIMA (1,1,1) or AR (1) MA (1). In summarize, the ARIMA model used to forecast the valueof IHK is ARIMA (1,1,0).

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate and analyze the effect of delegating leadership style, work motivation, work environment on employee performance mediated by self-efficacy in SNVT Provision of Housing in East Java Province (PNP). The population of this study was all employees of SNVT PNP. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The data analysis technique was s the path analysis model. As the path analysis test results, this study indicated that (1) the delegative leadership style had an effect on employee performance; (2) the work motivation had an effect on employee performance; and (3) the work environment had an effect on employee performance. Moreover, this study used the Sobel test to present the effect of mediation. The results showed that (1) self-efficacy could mediate delegating leadership style to employee performance; (2) self-efficacy could mediate work motivation on employee performance; (3) self-efficacy could mediate the work environment on employee performance. Furthermore, this study concluded that the variables of delegating leadership style, work motivation, and work environment affect employee performance and could be mediated by the self-efficacy variable.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify and analyze the effect of leadership and spirituality styles on organizational commitment and performance of Balai Yasa Surabaya. The population were all staff in the production unit that were determined using non-random sampling. The technique sampling was saturated sampling; and the samples were 155 respondents. While the analysis technique applied SEM (Structural Equation Model). As the results, this study indicated that the leadership style had a significant effect on organizational commitment, that the spirituality had a sigificant effect on organizational commitment, that the organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance, that the leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance, and that the spirituality had a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the organizational commitment mediated the effect of  leadership style on employee performance; and the organizational commitment mediated the effect of spirituality on employee performance.              Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan spiritualitas terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kinerja karyawan Balai Yasa Surabaya Gubeng. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh, semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel yakni sebanyak 155 responden. Populasi penelitian ini menggunakan penentuan non random sampling dimana respondennya merupakan karyawan bagian unit produksi dan unit penunjangnya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SEM (Structural Equation Model). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, spriritualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan spiritualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh spiritualitas terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Akuntansi biaya adalah metode kuantitatif yang mengakumulasi, mengklasifikasi, meringkas, dan menafsirkan informasi untuk tiga tujuan utama yaitu: perencanaan dan pengendalian operasional, keputusan khusus dan keputusan produk. Akuntansi biaya sangat dibutuhkan oleh pelaku bisnis untuk kelancaran bisnis. Petani lele merupakan salah satu pelaku bisnis yang membutuhkan akuntansi biaya. Akuntansi biaya dapat digunakan salah satunya untuk penentuan harga jual. Berdasakan kebutuhan terhadap akuntansi biaya untuk menentukan harga jual, maka pengabdian ini dilakukan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) pembudidaya lele dalam menentukan biaya produksi lele per kilogram. Permasalahan klasik yang dihadapi oleh pembudidaya lele adalah terkait dengan penentuan harga jual. Oleh karena itu, mitra mengalami kesulitan dalam menghitung keuntungan dari kegiatan mereka. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen yang diperlukan untuk menghitung biaya produksi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan biaya produksi ikan lele sebesar Rp. 16.998 per kilogram. Dengan diketahui biaya produksi lele maka akan memudahkan petani lele menetapkan harga jual lele di pasar.
