Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether compliance, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and service facilities have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at BPR Syariah Bhakti Sumekar Jember. Quantitative descriptive is used as an approach in this research. The population and sample in this study were all customers of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Jember, totaling 2083. The sample was taken using simple random sampling and the sample used was 100 respondents. The regression test results show that the variables of compliance, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and service facilities partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of BPR Syariah Bhakti Sumekar Jember. The order of each variable that has the most influence is the service facility variable which has a coefficient of 0.228, then responsiveness 0.197, empathy 0.186, reliability 0.179, assurance 0.157, and the lowest variable is the compliance variable with a regression coefficient of 0.156. Thus, compliance needs to be increased in service delivery, so that if the quality of service provided is getting better, it will make customers loyal.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of Islamic service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Jember Branch. The analytical technique used in this study is path analysis using SPSS 25 to determine the effect of Islamic service quality variables on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Jember Branch. The sample used in this study were 140 respondents. Where data acquisition is done through the distribution of questionnaires to customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Jember Branch. The results of this study indicate that the quality of Islamic services has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty and the quality of Islamic services has a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Jember Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of productive zakat mustahik on increasing mustahik's income in BAZNAZ Banyuwangi Regency. This research is a research that uses a quantitative approach that was carried out at BAZNAS Banyuwangi Regency in 2021 using multiple linear regression analysis method with a sample of 50 respondents. Sources of data was obtained through primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires distributed to mustahik. The questionnaire given relates to the target variable for zakat distribution and the guidance given to mustahik. While secondary data is obtained from reading sources and various sources of reports, notes, documents and literature studies obtained from the results of previous research. As for the results of the t-test that has been carried out, the researchers found that the utilization of productive zakat funds had a positive and significant effect on the income level of mustahik.

Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogik merupakan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran. Berkaitan dengan pengelolaan Pembelajaran Tematik fakta di sekolah menunjukkan banyak guru belum sepenuhnya mampu mengimplementasikan pembelajaran yang memiliki prinsip mengintegrasikan banyak materi. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan guru: 1) Memahami peserta didik dalam melaksanakan Pembelajaran Tematik di MI Miftahul Hidayah Tegalsari Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. 2) Merencanakan pembelajaran dalam melaksanakan Pembelajaran Tematik di MI Miftahul Hidayah Tegalsari Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. 3) Melaksanakan pembelajaran pada Pembelajaran Tematik di MI Miftahul Hidayah Tegalsari Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. 4) Mengevaluasi hasil belajar dalam melaksanakan Pembelajaran Tematik di MI Miftahul Hidayah Tegalsari Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kemampuan guru memahami peserta didik sudah sesuai indikator kompetensi pedagogik. 2) Kemampuan guru merencanakan pembelajaran sudah sesuai dengan indikator kompetensi pedagogik. 3) Kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran ada satu indikator yang perlu diperbaiki. 4) Kemampuan dalam mengevaluasi hasil belajar sudah sesuai dengan indikator kompetensi pedagogik.

Abstract

Abstrak Artikel ini mencoba mengeksplorasi konsepsi kepemimpinan kiai di pondok pesantren dalam konteks kekuasaan (power) dan otoritas (authority) dalam lingkungan yang multikultural (multicultural environment). Kepemimpinan merupakan seni memengaruhi (the art of influence) agar orang melakukan sesuai dengan tujuan yang diinginkan. Kekuasaan (power) adalah kesempatan bagi manusia atau sekelompok manusia untuk menyadarkan individu atau kelompokindividulainnya terhadap kemauan yang diinginkan. Kekuasaan menjelma dalam ragam bentuk, seperti: pengaruh, persuasi, manipulasi, kekuatan (force), dan koersi. Sedangkan otoritas merupakan wewenang yang diberikan kepada seseorang atau kelompok atau instansi secara sah agar patuh terhadapnya karena didukung oleh norma dan peraturan yang dibuat. Jadi, kekuasaan terkait erat dengan kemampuan; sedangkan otoritas merupakan hak untuk mengambil tindakan yang diperlukan agar tugas dan tanggungjawab dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif dan efisien. Produktivitas kekuasaan dan otoritas selalu berjalan dinamis di dalam lingkungan multikultural. Konsepsi kepemimpinan dalam konteks lingkungan multikultural inilah yang dipraktekkan oleh founding fathers bangsa kita dulu. Kata Kunci: kekuasaan, kepemimpinan kiai, lingkungan multikultural, otoritas, pondok pesantren Abstract The article is trying to explore the concept of leadership of kiai in pesantren (Islamic boarding school) in the context of power and authority on multicultural environment. Leadership is the art of influence in order to be acted by others in accordance with what he or she wants others do. Power is an opportunity for human being or community to make individual or others aware to the willingness of what he wants. Power incarnates to various forms, for instance: influence, persuasion, manipulation, force as well as coercion. On the other hand, the authority is a right given to someone or community or institution legally in order to obey because of the rules and norms as well that made. So, power is related to capability; the authority is a right to make decision as needed so that the task or assignment as well as responsibility can be carried out effectively and efficiently. The productivity of power and authority is on the tract dynamically in the context of multicultural environment. This concept of leadership in the context of multicultural environment had been practiced by our founding fathers.
