Abstract

This article discusses the Javanese tradition in the form of mitoni, the writing of this article aims to analyze the mitoni tradition carried out by people in Java, starting from the preparation before carrying out the mitoni tradition ceremony to the stage of implementing the mitoni tradition. The method used in writing this article is a literature study which is used as a source of data taken from journals and digital books, besides that the data collection technique also uses interview techniques conducted to actors who have carried out the mitoni tradition. The result of writing an article is in the form of a tradition which means that it is a habit that is carried out from the ancestors and then passed on from generation to generation from one generation to the next. In this article, we discuss the mitoni tradition. Mitoni is a tradition carried out by the Javanese people when a mother is pregnant with her first child at the age of seven months. This mitoni tradition usually includes the preparation of tools and materials before carrying out the mitoni tradition ritual, then doing the mitoni tradition starting from the bathing stage, splitting coconut ivory, changing seven kinds of cloth, selling dawet ice and rujak. Then when bathing, the dipper used is made of coconut shell. Furthermore, this article also discusses the meaning of the mitoni tradition which is also called tingkeban.

Abstract

The development in the era of globalization is so fast that the demands for human resources are increasing to face the progress of the times. This aspect of demands is due to problems that are difficult to predict quickly in terms of information technology and culture. This article aims to explain 1). The task of educational institutions or institutions is to create graduates who can compete and contribute globally, 2). Educational problems and educational strategies, 3). The role of teachers in the development of education. The method used in this article uses a literature approach by looking for relevant sources related to this theory. The results of several studies explain that the era of globalization has changed the way of thinking about education. The changes made were not just the way of teaching, but changes in the perspective of the concept of education itself. Development of current and future curricula must complement students' abilities in the pedagogic and life skills dimensions. In conclusion, the development of education in this era of globalization is very fast, so a professional teacher in the midst of advances in information technology in the learning process is still needed.

Abstract

This Study entitled “The Influence Of Vct (Value Clarification Technique) Learning Model Application For Students Affection Of History Lesson In X Class Senior High School 16 Palembang”. Problem in this research is there anything influence of VCT (Value Clarification Technique) Learning Model Application For Students Affection of History Lesson In X Class Senior High School 16 Palembang. This research has been carried out on Maret 03 until April 30, 2017. The sample in this research is class X IPA 1 and X IPA 3. Determination of classes taken by simple random sampling. Data collection technics using by data normality test, homogeneity test and Anava One Way. This questionnaire has more results for agreement alternative. By doing analysis data we got. 1) Fhitung = 3,95 > Ftabel = 2,49 so Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. 2) Fhitung = 2,70 > Ftabel = 4,10 so Ha was rejected and Ho was accepted. 3) Fhitung = 2,34 > Ftabel 2,31 so Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Because the level relation between those variable is strong, so the concluion is there are influence from VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model application for students affection of history lesson in X class Senior High School 16 Palembang.Key Words : Learning model, Value Clarification Technique, Student Affection

Abstract

 A research of “Development of Learning Module for Senior High School at Palembang. As Problem analyisis is how to develop historical and practical learning module at Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang. The purpose of this reasearch is to produce learning module on learning history for Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang. This research is a kind of development research that use the model of dick and carey. The validity of this learning media is assessed by three adept consist of material, language, and instructional design. Value obtained in the validation process are material: 3.80 languages: 3.90 and lesson design: 4.00 All is in valid category by using valid product it can be seen that obtained with pretest of 25,9% and posttest of 77,0% after a field, this indicates increasing of 51,1% with a value of N-Gain 0.68% so it can be concluded that module learning media history of five days five nights war for schools at Palembang valid and practical.Keywords: development, learning media, validity, dan practical

Abstract

Entitle of this study is “The Influence of Brainstorming Teaching Approaches to The Students’ Critical Thinking Skills in The  History Subject of Tenth Graders of Senior High School Number 10 Palembang”. Kind of this study is Experimental Design. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Brainstorming Teaching Approaches to The Students’ Critical Thinking Skills. The study had been conducted on February 28th until March 27th, 2017 on four times. This study used one class and the sample of this study were X MIA 1 class as an experimental class. Population of this study is all of students of tenth graders of senior high school number 10 Palembang. Purposive Sampling technique was used to select experimental class as samples of this study. The data of this study were collected by usig test. The statistics which was used to analyze he data in proving the hypothesis was  Regresion Test with the real level 0,05. Based on the data analysis of hypothesis testing on the hypothesis  Fcount> Ftable, or 12,78 > 4,13. If Fcount> Ftable so reffuse H0.   Because Fcount bigger than Ftable, so reffuse H0 and accept Ha. It can be concluded that there was an influence of Brainstorming teaching approaches to the students’ critical thinking skills in the history subject of tenth graders of senior high school number 10 Palembang.Keywords        : influence, Brainstorming teaching approaches, critical thinking.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Menggunakan Program Video Scribe Sparkol pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Kelas XI di Sekolah Menengah Atas” memuat data mengenai peninggalan Islam di kota Palembang, Masjid Agung Palembang. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengembangkan media pembelajaranVideo Scribe Sparkol pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas XI di Sekolah Menengah Atas yang valid dan memiliki dampak efektifitas. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang valid dan memiliki dampak efektifitas. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model pengembangan Hannafin dan Peck. Langkah-langkah pengembangannya adalah sebagai berikut  (1) Analisis Kebutuhan, (2) Tahapan Desain, dan (3) Tahapan Pengembangan dan Implementasi. Kevalidan media pembelajaran dinilai oleh tiga tim ahli, yaitu ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli desain pembelajaran. Kevalidan materi memiliki nilai sebesar 4,13 dengan kategori valid, kevalidan media sebesar 4,30 dengan kategori sangat valid, dan kevalidan desain pembelajaran sebesar 4,53 dengan kategori sangat valid.Penelitian pengembangan ini telah dilakukan dan diterapkan di kelas XI.3 SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu. Efek potensial penggunaan media terlihat dari hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah menggunaan media pembelajaranVideo Scribe Sparkol pada tahap uji coba lapangan dengan hasil rata-rata pretest yaitu 44,3 dengan kategori sangat rendah dan kemudian rata-rata postest yaitu 89,6 dengan kategori baik. Terjadi peningkatan sebesar 45,3% dan nilai ngain 0,81 jika 0,81 ? 0,7 maka termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hal ini menunjukan media pembelajaran menggunakan program Video Scribe Sparkol pada materi Masjid Agung Palembang telah berhasil diterapkan dan memiliki nilai validdan memiliki dampak efektifitas. Kata Kunci : Video Scribe Sparkol, Media pembelajaran, pengembangan, Hannafin and Peck, validitas, dan efektifitas.

Abstract

Proses masuk dan Islamisasi serta penyebaran Islam di Indonesia sering menarik perhatian untuk dipelajari dan diteliti. Terutama di kalangan umat muslim yang berada dalam dunia akademisi. Hal ini terkait dengan beberapa pertanyaan yang sering muncul, pertanyaan itu terkait tentang kapan agama Islam sebenarnya datang? Siapa sebenarnya yang menyebarkan Islam ke Indonesia. Terkait dengan pertanyaan tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui teori masuknya Islam dan proses Islamisasi di Indonesia. Metode yang dipakai yaitu metode penelitian kepustakaan. Kesimpulannya bahwa Islami di Indonesia berjalan secara damai. Adapun teori masuknya Islam di Indonesia adalah teori Gujarat, teori Arab, teori Persia, teori Cina. Untuk proses Islamisasi dan penyebaran Islam di Indonesia dilakukan dengan jalur perdagangan, perkawinan, pendidikan, tasawuf, politik, serta seni dan budaya.

Abstract

Education is not limited by time and space. Education continues to develop as the times go by which aims to improve the quality of education itself. One of the important organs in education is the curriculum. The curriculum in education has a very big role in determining the progress of education in a country. Writing scientific articles aims to better understand the development of the curriculum in Indonesia from time to time which has undergone changes starting from the 1947 curriculum to the 2013 curriculum. The curriculum is always changing to meet the needs of society and adapt to the times. In writing scientific articles, the writer uses historical research methods. In the historical research method, the writer uses many reference sources in the form of relevant journals and books that support the writing of these scientific articles. The results of this discussion indicate that the curriculum in Indonesia has been developed 10 times, namely in 1947, 1952, 1964, 1968, 1975, 1984, 1994, 2004, 2006 and 2013 which are still in use today.

Abstract

AbstrakMasuknya islam di daerah Sulawesi selatan tepatnya Makasar terbilang sangatlah terlambat dari daerah lain untuk seluruh wilayah indonesia masuknya islam di daerah ini di awali dengan datangnya para datuk yang berasal dari minangkabau seseorang yang pertama kali memeluk islam di Sulawesi selatan ini yang bernama I Malingkang Daeng Manyonri, setelah dia masuk islam dan berganti nama sultan Alaudin Al-Awwal yang merupakan raja dari kerajaan gowa di Sulawesi selatan, metode penelitian di awali dengan metode heuristic, setelah itu melakukan verifikasi data, dilanjutkan dengan interpretasi data dan penulisan sejarah, terdapat kesimpulannya yaitu islam masuk ke daerah ini pada tahun 1605 yang merupakan awal dari perkembangan islam di daerah tersebut pada tahun 1605 sampai dengan tahun 1611 merupakan proses islamisasi besar besaran terhadap wilayah Sulawesi selatan yang di lakukan oleh sultan Alaudin Al-Awwal banyak cara yang di lakukan untuk mengembangkan agama islam ini baik itu menjadikan agama islam sebagai agama utama di daerah kerajaan tersebut dan menaklukan keraajaan tetangga dan mengislamkan masyarakatnya itu terbukti dengan pesatnya perkembangan islam di daerah tersebut dan menjadikan daerah goa dari raja nya sultan Alaudin Al-Awwal sebagai pusat penyebaran islam di daerah makasar.
