Abstract

Abstract

Stunting is a cumulative process and is caused by insufficient intake of nutrients or recurrent infectious diseases or both. Stunting can also occur before birth and is caused by very poor nutritional intake during pregnancy, eating patterns that are very lacking, low quality of food in line with the frequency of infectious diseases so that it can inhibit growth (UNICEF, 2012). This type of research was descriptive analytic. The study design was cross-sectional consisting of 58 samples of toddlers 24-59 months in the work area of Sumber Urip Health Center Rejang Lebong Regency in 2018. Data were collected in the form of nutritional status data TB/U using microtoice tools, energy intake, macro and micronutrients using questionnaires 2x24 hour recall. Toddlers 24-59 months who experienced stunting were 17 people (29.3%) and normal ones were 41 people (70.7%). The incidence of stunts was largely due to a lack of energy intake, and zinc. The results of this study indicate that there was a significant relationship between energy intake, macronutrients, and zinc with the incidence of stunting in infants.

Abstract

Abstract. Adaptive Difficulty Level on Android of Indonesian Endemic Plants and Animals with Fuzzy Logic. The education of protecting endemic plants and animals in Indonesia requires the raising public awareness. One attempt is to develop an interactive digital games application. However, not all games are interesting to play. High boredom and frustration zones are also caused by the game content and level repetition that are not suitable for children's playing level. In this study, an Android-based educational game with theme Indonesian endemic plants and animals has been created with an adaptive level of difficulty according to the player's ability. The game mechanism is card gameslike with artificial intelligence using Sugeno Fuzzy logic which can automatically estimate the game level by drawing the card type at the game according to the player's ability. The results show that Sugeno Fuzzy made 35 correct decisions and 15 false decisions from 50 trials. Keywords: animals and plants, game, adaptive difficulty, fuzzy, testing Abstrak. Abstract

The problem of malnutrition is caused by the low comsumption of caloriesand proteins contained in daily food, andcaused by certain deseases. Food comsumption effects Nutritional status. Good Nutritonal status or optimal nutritional status. Children under five in poor families are prone to malnutrion due to their diet and quantity that do not fulfill their nutritional needs. Stunting is a long-lasting deficiency that can even occur since a child is still in the womb. Stunting is an indicator of chronic malnutrition that describes a long history of childhood nutrition. The purpose of this study was to analyze factor related to stunting children in fishing families in the work area of teluk segara subdistrict, Bengkulu city in 2018. This study uses quantitative with cross sectional design, sampling tecniques with purposive sampling data analysis by univariate and bivariate by correlation test. The result showed that there was a significant relationship between energy intake and stunting toddlers. This is indicated by P value 0.031 (<0.05) and there is a significant relationship between protein intake and stunting toddlers with P value 0.048 (<0.05)and there is no relationship between birth weight, initiation of early breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding with toddlers stunting family of fisherman. Based on the result of the pearson correlation test the result of the relationships were meaningful and showed the value of r produced – 0.395 and – 0.364 with a negative pattern. This shows a relationship with a low correlation. So that the results of this study can be used as information for puskesmas for program planning in overcoming stunting problems.
