Abstract

Forest fires are mostly caused by land preparation activities for various forms of agriculture and forestry business (ranging from small scale such as shifting cultivation to large scale such as the development of Industrial Plantation Forest or HTI as well as oil palm, rubber plantations, etc.) which consequently often exacerbated by extreme climatic conditions such as a long dry season Law enforcement against forest and land burning actors is able to provide a deterrent effect for the perpetrators as well as to compensate for any losses arising from forest and land burning. Correct knowledge through systematic steps This type of research is classified into normative legal research or library research, providing boundaries through applicable laws and regulations in order to minimize all forms of threats and ri risk of pollution and environmental destruction for the preservation of life and ecosystems, an area exposed to extensive haze disasters to exceed national borders certainly requires a concrete effort to end the haze disaster caused by burning land and forests. The strategy to ensnare perpetrators of forest and land burning, both corporations and individuals, the State of Indonesia, ensnaring the law through a criminal law approach actually provides an alternative to uphold justice. Moreover, the impact of forest and land fires is not small. The Corruption Law Approach can be used as a new option to ensnare perpetrators of forest and land burning.

Abstract

Para pendiri bangsa telah menyepakati dengan menetapkan model susunan negara Indonesia adalah Susunan Negara Kesatuan, sehingga pembagian wilyah Negara tersusun atas Pemerintahan Daerah Provinsi, Pemerintahan Daerah Kabupaten/ Kota, dan Pemerintahan Desa. Tahun 2014 pemerintah menetapkan undang-undang yang mengatur desa secara mandiri dimana sebelumnya pengaturan desa hanya bagian dari undang-undang yang berhubungan dengan pemerintahan daerah yaitu lahirnya Undang Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa. Adapun dalam undang-undang tersebut mengatur secara jelas bagaimana tahapan mengenai pelantikan kepala kepala desa, namun ada sebagian pemerintah daerah masih elum melaksanakan secara maksimal terhadap tahapan mekanisme pelantikan kepala desa terpilih.

Abstract

Abuse of Narcotics and / or psychotropic substances can cause various adverse health effects and can even lead to death. But there is Narcotics and Psychotropic abuse that is rife in various countries including Indonesia. Whereas Regarding the Abuse of Narcotics and / or Psychotropics, it does not only come from adults but also from teenagers. There are also people who don't really understand what Narcotics, Psychotropics are, what bad effects can be caused by the abuse of Narcotics and / or Psychotropics and what legal sanctions they can face if they consume Narcotics and / or Psychotropics without rights or against the law. Such people are vulnerable to being targeted by drug dealers. Therefore, the implementation of this legal counseling work program is expected to increase public knowledge regarding the legal rules regarding Narcotics, Psychotropics and penalties for adolescents who commit crimes so that the community, especially teenagers, obey the applicable legal rules..

Abstract

Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Darah (DPRD) ialah merupakan salahsatu unsur terhadap penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah, salah satu fungsi DPRD ialah mempunyai fungsi legislasi yaitu fungsi membentuk Peraturan Daerah. Dimasa pandemi ini fungsi legislasi DPRD dapat di implementasikan untuk pencegahan mewabahnya pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) dengan cara membentuk peraturan daerah berkaitan dengan pencegahan penularan COVID-19 sebagai sarana mengatur masyarakat. Namun fungsi legislasi ini belum terlaksana dengan maksimal di DPRD Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, hal ini belum adanya peraturan daerah yang ditetapkan oleh DPRD Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir yang berhubungan dengan pengaturan Pencegahan penularan COVID-19.

Abstract

This service aims to improve the ability of farmers and members of the APKASINDO DPW in Riau and Banten to understand and practice journalistic problems, especially writing news articles. The method used in this service is in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers, simulation of news article writing, and evaluation. The target of this service is training participants consisting of DPW APKASINDO members and farmers. The results of this service activity show that they get good scores in the simulation of article / news manuscripts. 90% have met the completeness criteria and passed 10% are still in the sufficient domain and need more practice in writing article scripts.

Abstract

Regional and village funds are one of the sources of village funding based on regional funds as regulated in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. Anticipations that the corruption of regional and village funds in Indragiri Hilir Regency does not continue to develop depends on how the implementation of law enforcement itself not only involves natural humans but can also be easily found in corruption cases involving legal entities. Metode community service by direct means of sources of information that are adjusted to the results of observations, because this approach in community service is carried out using a field approach. Criminal liability in corruption cases is broader than the general criminal law because perpetrators in corruption crimes are still held accountable for their actions even though the perpetrator has died but are only limited to deprivation of confiscated goods.

Abstract

The Village Head is elected directly by and from Village residents who are citizens of the Republic of Indonesia who meet the requirements for a term of office of 6 (six) years from the date of inauguration. The stages for selecting a village head are the nomination stage, the voting stage, and the determination stage. Villages are carried out by the Village Head Election Committee. One of the most crucial matters regarding the implementation of the village head election stages is the stage of determining the elected village head which is possible to cause village head election disputes, and what is the mechanism for village head election dispute settlement, so that village head election settlement can be resolved through the applicable legal mechanism. Kepala Desa dipilih secara langsung oleh dan dari penduduk Desa warganegara Republik Indonesia yang memenuhi persyaratan dengan masa jabatan 6 (enam) tahun terhitung sejak tanggal pelantikan.Adapaun tahapan pemilihan kepala desa ialah tahap pencalonan, tahap pemungutan suara dan tahapan penetapan.Tahapan-tahapan Pemilihan Kepala Desa dilaksanakan oleh Panitia Pemilihan Kepala Desa.Salah satu yang sangat krusial menyangut pelaksanaan tahapan-tahapan pemilihan kepala desa ialah tahap penetapan kepala desa terpilih yang dimungkinkan bisa menimbulkan sengketa pemilihan kepala desa, dan bagaimana mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa pemilihan kepala desa, sehingga penyelesaian pemilihan kepala desa tersebut dapat diselesaikan secara mekanisme hukum yang berlaku.
