<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kerjasama, akomodasi, persaingan dan konflik antar siswa berbagai etnik di kelas XI IPA2 SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Ambawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan mendeskripsikan mengenai pola interaksi antar siswa berbagai etnik di kelas XI IPA2.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama berjalan dengan baik, tetapi belum terlaksanakan secara maksimal dikarenakanterdapat beberapa siswa membentuk kelompok dari etniknya sendiri. Akomodasidilihat dengan adanya toleransi dan kompromi, sikap saling menghormati dan menghargai, sedangkan kompromi sudah mendukung kearah yang harmonis. Persaingansehat berlangsung secara positif terjadi dalam merebutkan prestasi, persaingan tidak sehat yaitu menghalalkan segala cara untuk mendapatkan prestasi seperti menyontek. Konflik terjadi disebabkan karena saling mengejek, bergurau secara berlebihan, cenderung memilih kelompok dari etniknya sendiri. Kata kunci : Interaksi, siswa, etnik Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe the cooperation,acomodation, competition, and conflict among the students in many kinds of ethnic in XI IPA 2 at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Ambawang. This research method using descriptif about how to the students interacting in many kinds of ethnic in XI IPA 2. The result of the research refers to the cooperation goes well, but it doesnt work optimally because some students make a group based on their ethnic. Acomodation can be found with tolerance and discussion, respect and appreciate, meanwhile the discussion has support to the harmonization. The fair competition that has happened positively consist on compete for the achievement, and the unfair competition is allow all the way to get achievement such as cheating.
