Abstract

The objectives of the research are to find out and explain about the reasons why violence happen, the kinds of violence which are happened during relationship, the effects of violence, victims’ perspectives and the solution of the problem. The research uses case-study method with qualitative research. The determination the informant uses purposive sampling in which the informants are chosen intentionally based on the criteria and uses another people as key person or mediator in order the researcher can know and communicate with the informant. The techniques of data collection are deep interview, observation, and documentation. The findings of the research show that violence which are happened during relationship are caused by unfair gender culture, patriarchy culture, and relation of authority which is not equal and has developed and become entrenched of a society.Keywords: Dating violence

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the Community Forestry Program in the Forest Preserve and explain the impact of the program on the community forestry living around the forest, the method used is qualitative research, informants in this study were three people from the community forestry and 2 people from the forest service. Data were collected by way of interviews with community forestry that participated in the activities of Community Forestry Program. The research was conducted in the village district Tribudisyukur source victorious western province of Lampung Lampung regency. Data analysis techniques in the study through three stages, namely data reduction, Stage Presentation of Data and Conclusions Phase. Research results indicate that the Community Forestry Program has managed to preserve the welfare of society and the forest, which can be viewed at the focus of this research is successful in approximately Welfare Forest (economic, employment, daily necessities), Success in Community Participation for preserve and rehabilitate forests (Planning Phase Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation Implementation, Maintenance and Development of forests), and success in securing forest disturbance illegal logging, forest encroachment, poaching of wildlife, forest fires and wildlife disorders.Keywords: Community forestry program, forest preserve

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the pattern of Coaching Children in Orphanages Arrohman Indonesian. The methods used in this research is qualitative method. The technique of determining the informant with a purposive sampling technique, key informants in this study is the head of the branch, the head of the dormitory, builder and foster care. The process of collecting data with interviews, documentation, observation. Techniques of data analysis and data presentation, data reduction and withdrawal of the conclusion. The results of this research show that carried out a concerted pattern of authoritarian and democratic development that put more emphasis on Physical training, coaching, mentoring, coaching and Intellectual professions. Physical training is getting used to the child to follow the activities of sports such as gymnastics and healthy way in order to have a healthy and fit body. Construction of the religion that is the construction of the study about the system that regulates the faith (belief) and praying to the Almighty God and the rules relating to the guidelines for human beings and human beings and the environment. Construction of the intellect more leads to the childs academic ability meant that children can use in dealing with life issues intellect faced. Construction work and profession aims to provide economic security and youth labor candidates who are motivated, qualified ,skilled, creative and responsible.Keywords: Pattern, coaching

Abstract

Government of Bandar Lampung in creating urban environmental hygiene makes a policy on waste disposal time at 22:00 to 5:30 pm. To achieve Government policy seeks Bandar Lampung socialize, socialization directly by the Government of Bandar Lampung is coordinated by the Department of Hygiene and Bandar Lampung, the implementation involves district and village officials, while media socialization through the installation of banners in the streets of the protocol . Regarding the results of socialization is not yet effective in fostering cleanliness of Bandar Lampung. It can be seen from the number of people who do not comply with the policy, resulting in still garbage strewn morning. Keywords:  effectiveness, socialization, garbage disposal, environmental cleanliness

Abstract

Mangrove is groups of plants growing along the coast and mangrove has a high adaptation ability to salinity of brackish water where it has to live in this environment. Mangrove forest functions to protect mainland from sea water abrasion, to provide living for people, to be environment for sea fish breeding. People have their reasons for inhabiting and using mangrove forest; not only for mangrove potential, but also their social background to live there. People control to mangrove forest is conducted by processes and from one season to another. People are aware of what they are doing as destructing mangrove forest. However, they do not have other options because their family members need food and their children have to go to school. Stopping mangrove forest destruction can be done by means of some stages. First, people should be aware of environment potentials when it is in good and destructed conditions, second village government should be consistent about their job descriptions and coordinate with its people to preserve environment, and finally, the Forestry Office should be routinely monitoring mangrove forest register.

Abstract

This study  aims to explain  the efforts  Pahawang  Island  villagers  to conserve mangrove  forests by strengthening social capital . Data were collected by  in-depth interviews,  observation  and  documentation.  The results found  that the strengthening of  social capital   is very influential   in the management  and conservation of mangrove forests. The main constraint is the physical condition of the island  that are less  economically valuable.  In addition,  there has been no serious effort of  local communities, the private sector and the commitment of the local government.Keywords: Social capital, sustainability, mangrove, ecotourism, Pahawang

Abstract

Creative industries can create a positive business climate in the context of people who want to change and improve lives. Besides, creative indusries can also build the image and national identity based on a renewable resource. Therefore, to create innovation and creativity based on local wisdom is a competitive excellence of  a nation. Efforts of developing creative industries based on local wisdom would give a positive social impact in which they would be able to  improve the quality of life. Moreover the increase and improvement in quality of life can certainly establish national character bulding based on the cultural creativity. Integrating cultural content in the products of creative industries is a breakthrough that will make the product unique and competitive as well as will preserve the noble values of the national culture.The method used in this activity is the dissemination of creative industries, local wisdom and product development withindigenous content. This activity also used simulation methods to give participants practical experience of  designing and manufacturing  creatively industrial products creative with content of local wisdom.After having held the dissemination of cultural creative industry development efforts based on local wisdom in South Pringsewu Sub District Pringsewu Regency, the understanding of the creative industries increased by 21.99%, the  understanding of local wisdom by 17.88% and the understanding of the development of products with the indigenous content by 44.14%. In addition all participants could also perform simulations corresponding stages of the process being simulated. Thus, this dissemination provides an enhance of the knowledge and skills of the trainee. In future, to further enhance the skills of the creative industries in designing products with local wisdom, the dissemination can be more focused on practices of  design and quality of the products.  Keywords : Culture, creative industries, local wisdom
