Abstract

Based on the observations of researchers on September 23, 2020, there was a new enforcement in passenger check-in due to the covid 19 pandemic. The covid 19 pandemic resulted in the use of this application machine completely unusable. Passenger services use a new route, namely through 2 stages. Manual counters (Covid 19 health mail check counters and airline counters for boarding passes). The purpose of this study was to analyze and develop a self check-in application information system which during the Covid-19 pandemic had not been used optimally by passengers from airlines operating at the domestic terminal of Halim Perdanakusuma Airport. The approach method in developing this self-check-in application information system is the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, namely the development team to create a fully functional system in a very short period of time. The results of the development of the information system for the self check in application are that it can develop an information system for passengers about basic knowledge of covid 19 and validation of covid 19 free health letters to be displayed in the self check in application at the domestic terminal at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport. Keywords: Development of System Informations, Self Check In, Domestic Terminal, Pandemi Covid 19, Halim Perdanakusuma Airport

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe use of information system technology becomes very useful for companies that need an accurate, reliable, fast, relevant and detailed information flow. Information System inventory of Good can increase productivity and good performance for the company. Based on the description above, it is very important to provide an inventory information system so that the company's performance is getting better.Inventory recording at PT. ABC currently using a computer with software Ms.Excel for data processing but in the process sometimes found mistake like data redundancy, incompatibility of stock items with records and providing long reports because data validation is needed first. Inventory Information System Design is built based on the website with the Prototype method. The design of the information system uses PHP and HTML and MySQL as the database. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic had a extraordinary impact on various aspects of life, including aspects of health, humanity, economy, social and education. Therefore, to reduce the impact of the spread of Covid-19 evenly and quickly, health protocols and policies for restricting mobility between regions and between countries are strictly implemented. The world of higher education has changed lectures, thesis guidance and other academic activities that initially used the face-to-face method (offline), now need to be changed to distance learning methods. At Dirgantara Marshal Suryadarma University is required to change the face-to-face learning system to an online system (E-Class) as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, based on the observations of previous researchers, several obstacles were found in the current PJJ system process which is still not effective and efficient as a substitute for formal or face-to-face education. The main purpose of this paper is to further analyze the direct and indirect impacts that have occurred and been caused by the Covid-19 pandemic on distance learning on student satisfaction in higher education, especially at the Industrial Technology Faculty, Dirgantara Marshal Suryadarma University in the academic year. 2020/2021 Even. This study uses quantitative descriptive research methods. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the impact of the pandemic on the distance learning process so far 57.47% of students already have devices, but on the other hand students feel they cannot study independently by 8.14%, and there is an ineffectiveness of PJJ that is felt by students in receiving material learning by 6.79%. This ineffectiveness is caused by several dominant obstacles, among others: constrained by unfavorable environmental conditions (33%), and constrained by unstable internet network (29.9%). The results of this study are expected to assist in the preparation of effective and efficient learning methods, so that students can obtain optimal education in a conducive environment and supported by a stable internet network. For this reason, universities need to review current distance learning methods, and also need to strengthen digital literacy for both students and lecturers.

Abstract

Tercapainya tujuan perusahaan tidak hanya tergantung pada teknologi, tetapi tergantung pada manusia yang melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Kemampuan karyawan memberikan hasil kerja yang baik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan organisasi secara keseluruhan merupakan kontribusi dari kinerja karyawan. Kinerja dapat diketahui dan diukur melalui individu ataupun sekelompok karyawan yang telah mempunyai kriteria atau standar keberhasilan sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan adanya kenaikan jabatan. Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) merupakan penerapan informasi yang ditujukan hanya sebagai alat bantu manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk pembobotan kriteria. Hasil dari sistem berupa perangkingan dari hasil perhitungan bobot pada kriteria. Hasil dari pengambilan keputusan dari Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini dapat mempermudah dalam menentukan karyawan yang akan di promosikan untuk kenaikan jabatan.

Abstract

AbstrakKoperasi merupakan organisasi bisnis dan dioperasikan oleh orang-orang  demi kepentingan bersama. Koperasi Karyawan Air Timur Jakarta (KOPKAR-ATJ) dibentuk paguyuban karyawan PT. Aetra dengan pendirian awal bisnis simpan pinjam, beberapa tahun kemudian koperasi memulai bisnis outsorching sebanyak 526 karyawan dengan memegang beberapa projek penyaluran tenaga kerja dengan target yang berbeda-beda. Sistem Penggajian di koperasi pada dasarnya belum terkomputerisasi secara baik, sehingga masih terjadi adanya informasi yang tidak akurat dan memerlukan biaya dan waktu dalam proses cetak slip gaji untuk karyawan yang ditempatkan dilapangan. Berdasarkan hal diatas, maka diperlukan adanya suatu program aplikasi penggajian yang dapat mengolah data secara cepat dan dapat diakses dimana saja. Dengan menggunakan metode User Centered Design untuk menyesuaikan antara kebutuhan organisasi dan pengguna, sehingga mempermudah karyawan koperasi yang memiliki otoritas dalam mengolah data penggajian dan mempermudah karyawan yang di tempatkan di lapangan untuk mencetak e-slip gaji. Kata Kunci : Koperasi,Karyawan,User Centered Design, Gaji AbstractCooperatives are business organizations and are operated by people for the common good. Koperasi Karyawan Air Timur Jakarta (KOPKAR-ATJ) was formed by an association of employees of PT. Aetra with the initial establishment of a savings and loan business, a few years later the cooperative started an outsourcing business of 526 employees by holding several manpower distribution projects with different targets. The payroll system in cooperatives is basically not computerized properly, so there is still inaccurate information that requires money and time in the process of printing payslips for employees placed in the field. Based on the above, it is necessary to have a payroll application program that can process data quickly and can be accessed anywhere. By using the User Centered Design method to match organizational and user needs, making it easier for cooperative employees who have authority to process payroll data and make it easier for employees placed in the field to print payroll e-slips. Keywords : Cooperatives, Employees, User Centered Design, Salary

Abstract

AbstractThe application of the manual method for managing leave application data has several obstacles that result in less efficiency and effectiveness at work, so based on these conditions a system is needed that can assist the activity of managing employee leave requests, so that a system development life cycle is needed or commonly called SDLC (System Development Life). Cycle) in managing computerized leave requests starting from the activity of submitting leave to the approval process which can be done online. The results of the questionnaire tabulation carried out by the author produced a fairly high level of satisfaction, which was calculated using a scale of 5 values Performance = 3.96, Information and data = 3.68, Economic = 3.80, Control and Security = 3.84, Efficiency = 4.14, and Service = 3.89. Keywords: Leave Information System, CodeIgniter, SDLC

Abstract

AbstrakMengembangkan pengetahuan sejak Sekolah Dasar (SD) sangatlah penting dalam kehidupan anak selanjutnya termasuk dalam persiapan anak memasuki pendidikan selanjutnya. Dengan mengembangkan pengetahuan sejarah khusus nya tentang tokoh - tokoh pahlawan nasional Indonesia diharapkan anak-anak dapat menjadi anak-anak yang lebih mencintai negara Indonesia dan memperkuat rasa nasionalisme. Terdapat suatu hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam menentukan metode pembelajaran untuk memotivasi siswa belajar dengan efektif serta menyenangkan diperlukan sumber belajar atau alat peraga yang menarik dan menyenangkan. Pemilihan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media animasi interaktif (multimedia) yang berisi gambar bergerak, suara serta tulisan, merupakan salah satu media alternatif pembelajaran yang dapat dipergunakan sebagai alat bantu bantu belajar siwa dalam pembelajaran. Multimedia dirancang secara sistematis dan menyenangkan untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa agar kualitas belajarnya semakin meningkat dan memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih menyenangkan dan  dapat meningkatkan kualitas hasil belajarnya nantinya. Kata Kunci : pahlawan nasional, metode pembelajaran, multimedia

Abstract

Developing reading skills from an early age ( kindergarten ) is very important in a child's life , including the preparation of subsequent children entering further education . With the expected reading ability of children to new vocabulary and can read well will thus be able to socialize well and can develop creative thinking in children .There are some things that need to be considered in determining the learning methods to motivate students to learn effectively and learning resources needed fun or interesting props and fun . The selection of instructional media using interactive animation media ( multimedia ) that contains moving pictures , sound and text, is one of the alternative media that can be used as a learning tool in the learning study aids Siwa . In this study the authors tried to make Applications Improve Student Reading Ability . Implementation and validation results showed that the application has been made fit for use as learning to improve reading skills . The use of interactive media such as computer -aided simulation and is able to provide immediate feedback so that potentially attract attention and motivate children to learn .

Abstract

Dalam Peraturan Menteri Riset, Teknologi, Dan Pendidikan Tinggi Republik Indonesia Nomor 51 Tahun 2017 tentang Sertifikasi Pendidik.pada pasal 4 ayat (1), yaitu sertifikasi dosen dilaksanakan melalui uji kompetensi dalam bentuk penilaian portfolio untuk memperoleh sertifikat pendidik. TKDA (Tes Kemampuan Dasar Akademik) dan TKBI (Tes Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris) merupakan dua jenis tes yang menjadi syarat untuk dosen mengajukan diri mengikuti proses sertifikasi. Aktualnya selain berhasil, banyak juga yang gagal. Karena harus memenuhi skor minimal sesuai dengan ketentuan passing grade yang telah ditentukan. Supaya memiliki kesiapan yang cukup dalam mengerjakan tes, perlu dilakukannya persiapan yaitu, dengan membiasakan diri mengerjakan soal-soal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design Sprint dan algoritma Fisher-Yates Shuffle merupakan sebuah algoritma yang menghasilkan permutasi acak dari suatu himpunan terhingga, dengan kata lain mengacak suatu himpunan tersebut. Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dosen dalam melatih menjawab soal untuk tes TKDA dan TKBI nantinya.  Kata Kunci : Tes, Design Sprint, Fisher-Yates Shuffle

Abstract

PT. Jastipman Jakarta to Anambas Islands in Riau is a company engaged in the delivery service industry. The use of manual recording systems in the delivery process has a significant impact on the company's performance and customer satisfaction. As a company providing delivery services, all activities must always be timely and there should be no delays in the services provided, especially in the delivery process. The research method used in creating this proposal report is through observation directly at the research site, and the Waterfall method is a basic process that involves specification, development, validation, solution, and represents it as different process phases such as specification requirements, software design, implementation, and testing. The system design will be explained in the proposed system procedures, the proposed system procedures will be implemented using UML, the database design, the proposed system interface design, the proposed system configuration, the proposed implementation, and blackbox testing. The implementation of an information system for delivery services can improve the company's performance by making the delivery process easier to process and making it easier for customers to obtain information about their shipment through the tracking feature using the provided tracking number.  Keyword: System, Information System, Shipping Information System.
