Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini menguji pengaruh dukungan akademik sebagai variabel moderasi hubungan kepribadian proaktif terhadap niat kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Sampel diambil dari sepuluh perguruan tinggi di Semarang sebanyak 200 mahasiswa, dengan teknik quota sampling. Hasil menunjukkan kepribadian proaktif secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap niat kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Dukungan akademik secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap niat kewirausahaan mahasiswa, sekaligus memoderasi hubungan kepribadian proaktif dan niat kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Implikasi teoritis atas hasil penelitian mendukung teori maupun penelitian yang sudah ada, sedangkan implikasi manajerial menyarankan pada perguruan tinggi untuk mempertimbangkan dukungan akademik sebagai faktor yang cukup penting dalam mendorong mahasiswa proaktif agar makin memiliki niat berwirausaha.Kata Kunci : Kepribadian Proaktif, Niat Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa, Dukungan Akademik. AbstractThis study examines the effect of academic support as a moderating variable of proactive personality relationships to student entrepreneurial intentions. Using sample 200 undergraduates students at ten universities in Semarang by quota sampling technique. The results show proactive personality positively and significantly influence to student entrepreneurial intention. Academic support significantly influence the entrepreneurial intentions, as well as moderate the relationship proactive personality and entrepreneurial intentions. The theoretical implications of research results support existing theories and studies, while managerial implications suggest that universities consider academic support as an important factor in encouraging proactive students to have more entrepreneurial intentions.Keywords: Proactive Personality, Student Entrepreneurship Intention, Academic Support.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini mencoba untuk menguji pengaruh komponen pembentuk ekuitas merek terhadap pembelian wingko babad merek/cap “Kereta Api” sebagai oleh-oleh khas kota Semarang.Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non Random Sampling dengan metode Accidental Sampling dengan data primer. Populasi penelitian ini sebesar 500pembeli wingko babad  “Kereta Api” dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 125 pembeli. Data diolah dengan metode analisis regresi berganda melalui program SPSS versi 17. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwapengaruh yang signifikan antara kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas merek dan loyalitas merek terhadap intensitas pembelian, artinya semakin tinggi kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas merek dan loyalitas merek maka semakin tinggi pula intensitas pembelian.Besarnya angka Koefisien determinasi 0,550 atau sama dengan 55%. Angka tersebut berarti bahwa sebesar 55% intensitas pembelian yang terjadi dapat dijelaskan dengan menggunakan variabel kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas merek dan loyalitas merek.Sedangkan sisanya 45% (100% - 55%) mendapat kontribusi dari faktor-faktor penyebab lainnya. Kata kunci: Ekuitas Merek, kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas merek,loyalitas merek, intensitas pembelian AbstractThis study attempts to examine the effect of forming components of brand equity to purchase the Chronicle wingko brand / label of "Train" as souvenirs typical town Semarang.Teknik sampling in this study using the technique of non-random sampling by accidental sampling method with the primary data. This study population of 500pembeli wingko chronicle "Train" to sample as many as 125 buyers. Data processed by the method of multiple regression analysis by SPSS version 17. The analysis showed that the significant influence of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality of the brand and brand loyalty to the intensity of the purchase, meaning that the higher the brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality of the brand and brand loyalty, the higher the intensity of the purchase. The coefficient of determination large numbers 0,550 or equal to 55%. This figure means that the intensity of 55% of purchases made can be explained by using a variable of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality of the brand and brand loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education and academic support on entrepreneurial intentions of college students. Data from 68 students STIEPARI Semarang is used to test the hypothesized model. Research using saturation sampling techniques and data was collected by questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that entrepreneurship education and academic support in a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions of college students. Theoretical implications of the results of research supports the theory and existing research. In addition, managerial implications of the results of research suggest the educational institutions to consider entrepreneurship education and academic support as a factor that is important enough to encourage student interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kepribadian proaktif terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa dengan pendidikan kewirausahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Menggunakan teknik quota sampling, diambil sampel penelitian sejumlah 200 mahasiswa pada sepuluh perguruan tinggi di Semarang. Hasil menunjukkan kepribadian proaktif secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Pendidikan kewirausahaan secara signifikan juga berpengaruh terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa, sekaligus memoderasi hubungan kepribadian proaktif dan intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Temuan ini konsisten dengan teori kepribadian kewirausahaan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan bagi penyelenggara pendidikan tinggi dalam mendesain pola pendidikan kewirausahaan yang tepat dalam menumbuhkan intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswanya.

Abstract

This study attempts to make a little contribution to the sustainable development of tourism by examining the residents’ perceptions and support on the impact of the development of the Rainbow Village area as a tourist attraction in Semarang. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire. Based on 100 respondents surveyed, the findings show that the majority of respondents were male, aged between 36-45 years, were a native, who were born and lived in Wonosari village for more than 15 years. Overall, respondents viewed tourism positively and would support this development, because they consider the development of rainbow Village to contribute economically as well as socio-culture in Kampung Wonosari Semarang. They were generally in favor of development of rainbow Village that contributes economically and socio-culturally to Wonosari village. They were, however, slightly ambivalent to environmental impacts of tourism. Implications, policy recommendations and limitations of study are presented in the conclusion. Abstract

ABSTRAKDesa Branjang sedang merintis pengembangan desa wisata. Kekayaan alam, keberagaman budaya dan ekonomi kreatif desa Branjang menjadi salah satu potensi andalan untuk dikembangkan menjadi atraksi wisata unik di desa ini. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah kurangnya kemampuan SDM dalam mengemas potensi-potensi tersebut untuk dijadikan sebuah atraksi wisata yang menarik, terutama untuk menyelengggarakan sebuah even sebagai ajang promosi dan popularitas desa wisata Branjang. Pengabdian ini bertujuan mendampingi penyelenggaraan even gelar budaya desa wisata Branjang. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi: FGD,  pelatihan, pendampingan lapangan praktik manajemen even. Hasil kegiatan adalah susunan panitia unsur Streering Commitee dan Organization Committee, serta partisipasi SDM dari berbagai elemen masyarakat dalam kelompok–kelompok kesenian maupun kelompok kepanitiaan. Kelompok-kelompok ini juga sudah dapat membuktikan kesiapan serta keberhasilan dalam menyelenggarakan even Gelar Budaya Branjangan 2021. Kata kunci: manajemen SDM; gelar budaya; desa wisata ABSTRACTBranjang Village is currently being developed as a tourist village. The natural wealth, cultural diversity and creative economy of Branjang village are one of the mainstay potentials to be developed into a unique tourist attraction in this village. The problem that arises is the lack of human resource capacity in packaging this potential to become an attractive tourist attraction, especially to organize a promotional event and the popularity of the Branjang tourist village. This service aims to assist in organizing and even holding the cultural title of the Branjang tourism village. The implementation methods include: FGD, training, field assistance in the practice of event management. The results of the activity are the Steering Committee and Organization Committee elements, as well as the participation of human resources from various elements of society in arts groups and committee groups. These groups have also been able to prove their readiness and successfully hold the 2021 Branjangan Cultural Degree. Keywords: HR management; cultural performance; tourist village

Abstract

This study examines the effect of proactive personality, emotional intelligence, and work environment on employee performance creativity using data 200 employees of star hotels in Semarang. The results showed that proactive personality, emotional intelligence, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance creativity. The theoretical implications of the research results support existing theories and research, while managerial implications suggest that organizations / hotels consider proactive personality, emotional intelligence, and work environment as important factors that encourage employees to work creatively in order to improve their performance.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of proactive personality, competence, and organizational culture on employee performance using data 200 employees of four-star hotels in Semarang. The results show that proactive personality, competence, and organizational culture positively and significantly influence employee performance. The theoretical implications of the research results support both existing theories and research, while managerial implications suggest that organizations / hotels consider proactive personality, competence, and organizational culture as important factors to encourage employees to work effectively to improve their performance.

Abstract

Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa Barat memiliki target menumbuhkan 25 desa wisata, dan salah satu yang sedang dirintis adalah desa wisata Cikaso Desa Kramatmulya. Dalam pembentukan desa wisata membutuhkan organisasi kelembagaan yang akan mengelola pariwisata di desa tersebut. Meskipun pemerintah telah menetapkan kelembagaan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) di desa wisata namun dalam perjalanannya pengelola masih memiliki ketidakmampuan dalam mengelola. Masalah lain adalah tidak adanya hubungan harmonis dan tumpang tindih tupoksi antara Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) dengan Pokdarwis dalam pengelolaan rintisan desa wisata. Pokdarwis membutuhkan pendampingan bagaimana tata organisasi dapat berjalan, tupoksi masing-masing, apa saja permasalahan yang ada dalam pengembangan destinasi dan bagaimana mendapatkan dukungan dari masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memperkuat kerjasama antara Bumdes dan Pokdarwis dalam rintisan suatu desa wisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi ceramah, Focus Group Discussion, simulasi, dan role play lapangan.

Abstract

Central Java is one of the tourism destinations in Indonesia that offers a variety of amazing tourist attractions. However, the current tourism attraction business managers are still facing problems including: the problem of structuring, managing, and developing tourist attraction that is still not in accordance with established standards. Therefore, in the dedication of  the Community Activities, the executor of dedication implementer conducts socialization and coaching to increase understanding and ability in managing tourist attraction businesses, to comply with specified standards, as well as understanding procedures to obtain tourism business certification. The activities include: 1) Presentation of material about Tourism Business, 2) Presentation of material about Standards for Management of Tourism Attractions and how to obtain certification, 3) Discussion.
