Abstract

Financial performance is an overview of how a company's financial condition is. To assess financial performance is used with a benchmark commonly called financial ratios. Financial ratios used are usually such as profitability ratio, liquidity ratio and solvency ratio. in addition to using financial ratios, the company can also use the Altman Z-Score method to assess the level of the company's bankruptcy prediction. This research aims to find out the financial performance of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk as well as the company's future bankruptcy predictions. the research method used is quantitative analysis based on secondary data taken from the Financial Statements of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk for the period 2014 to 2019. The results of the study are measurements of the company's financial ratio showing sufficient value while measurements using the company's Altman Z-Score method show healthy value which means it does not go into bankruptcy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the Analysis of Corporate Financial Performance (Case Study PT. ACE HARDWARE Indonesia, Tbk). This study aims to determine how the financial performance of the company PT. As seen from the Liquidity ratio of Ace Hardware Indonesia in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2019 period? 2) How is the financial performance of PT. Seeing the solvency ratio for Ace Hardware Indonesia on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2019 period? 3) How is the financial performance of PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia on the Indonesia Stock Exchange seen in the Rentability Ratio in the 2014-2019 period? The results of the study are based on the results of the liquidity ratio consisting of the current ratio and the quick ratio as a whole in the company PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia for the 2014-2019 period shows a liquid company condition where liquidity is used maximally by the company to generate revenue. Solvency ratios consist of Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity as a whole in the company PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia shows a solvable company condition. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the analysis of the influence of work discipline and work motivation of Jambi employees (CV. Adeeva Construction Study) simultaneously and partially this type of research used in this research is associative research which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The variables referred to in this study are variable X1 (Work Motivation), variable X2 (Work Discipline) and Y (Performance). The results of the study based on the results of multiple linear regressions proved that the variables of Performance, Discipline, and Motivation had a significant effect on Employee Performance (CV. Adeeva Construction Study). Based on the research results that are expected to be input, PT Adeeva should make performance performance a major part of the company so that the company's activities can run even better. And the need for motivation to all employees to work better in the future by giving rewards to employees who excel in order to motivate all employees to work better.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze investment credit by economic sector in Indonesia through a simple linear regression model through the Least Squares (NLS and ARMA) approach. The findings show that the effect of interest rates on investment credit is not significant 0.334 with a R2 value of 1.06%. Meanwhile, the effect of inflation on investment credit is very significant 0.0021 with R2 of 10.31 %%. Then for the effect of investment credit on economic growth is not significant 0.654 or with an R2 value of 0.0023. Meanwhile, the effect of investment credit on formal employment is very significant 0.0033 with a R2 value of 9.5%. The results of the research findings recommend an evaluation of monetary policy carried out by the government, especially the stability of interest rates on investment credit and economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the biggest problems faced by all countries, especially developing countries like Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze what factors influence poverty. The purpose of this study was to determine the development and influence of Population, Economic Growth and Inflation on Poverty in Jambi Province based on 2011-2020 data. This research is a quantitative research because the data that is processed is quantitative data such as data on population, economic growth, inflation and poverty. Sources of data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in the form of secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with IBM SPSS statistics and time series. The results show the results of the first hypothesis that the effect of population (X1) on poverty (Y) has a positive and insignificant effect with a probability value of 0.589, the effect of economic growth (X2) on poverty (Y) on a negative and insignificant effect with a probability value of 0.847, the effect of inflation (X3) on poverty (Y) there is a positive and insignificant effect with a probability value of 0.738. Simultaneously, it is found that population (X1), economic growth (X2) and inflation (X3) have a negative and insignificant effect on poverty (Y) in Jambi Province for the period 2011-2020.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Image Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mobil Merek Toyota Avanza Pada PT Agung Toyota Sipin Jambi dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variable-variabel tersebut baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer dan data skunder yang diperoleh langsung dari masyarakat kota Jambi yang menjadi konsumen mobil Toyota Avanza dari hasil menyebarkan daftar pernyataan dalam bentuk kuisioner yang berkenaan dengan Brand Image dan prilaku konsumen terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan masing-masing indikator yang mempengaruhi sikap konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian mobil merek Toyota Avanza serta data-data pendukung lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka ditemukan besarnya pengaruh variabel Brand Image secara simultan terhadap peningkatan Keputusan Pembelian yaitu sebesar 63,3 % sementara sisanya yakni sebesar 36,7 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian.
