Abstract

Bank Indonesia (BI) as the central bank in Indonesia has launched a movement to use non-cash instruments in conducting transactions on economic activities. The majority of Indonesian people are increasingly ready to trade without cash or cashless society. The country's economic policy factors, the availability of various non-cash payments, and online sales and purchases, encourage the tendency to use non-cash transactions (e-payment). One way to find out these trends is to use a model. Models can help understand and explain real phenomena more easily and efficiently than directly observing. One model that can be used is Agent Based Modeling and Simulation (ABMS). By using ABMS, the development of models with complex behaviors, dependencies, and interactions can be developed more easily. ABMS is able to describe processes, phenomena, and situations. In this study, the factors that influence the tendency to use e-payment are obtained from various references. From these factors, then created a scenario as a sub-purpose of this model. In simulations using ABMS, detailed descriptions explained based on ODD Protocol elements can be more easily understood and complete. ODD systematically evaluates a model. The advantage is that ODD can improve the accuracy of model formulas and make the theoretical basis more visible.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all aspects of life, including teaching and learning activities. Therefore, the entire community must be ready to do online learning, which will have different processes and results from normal learning. This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction in online learning during the pandemic. This study uses attributes on Webqual 4.0 and processed using the integration of IPA and Kano. Based on the results of research conducted on 194 respondents, it was found that attributes US1 and IT4 were in the Beginning jewelry category, IT7 attributes were in the Defenseless Strategy point category, IT2 attributes were in the Fatal category, attributes IF1, IF2, IT3 was in the Major weapon category, attributes IF4, IF5 are included in the precious treasure category, and other attributes are included in the removed category because they have the Kano Indifferent category.

Abstract

In carrying out the production process, the company must pay attention to the health and safety of the workforce to support labor productivity. However, K3 at PT XYZ, especially in the production process, is still not going well according to the law, one of which is the use of PPE is considered not important by the workforce. This study aims to analyze the risks and controls in the production process. This research was conducted by identifying potential hazards by categorizing them into risk levels and determining the control of potential hazards in the production process using the HIRADC method. The results of this study indicate that there are 9 risks in the production division, with the grouping of 5 risks classified as high risk (high) which includes high risks such as bandsaw regarding sawdust, assembly, 1 moderate risk (moderate) risk, namely the raw material part, and 3 the risk is classified as low risk (low) which includes low risk such as band saw machines for chop saws. Based on the results of the risk assessment, most machines are classified as high risk, so it is necessary to improve the implementation of K3 and improve the source of danger. Of all the hazards and risks in the production division of PT XYZ, an analysis of potential hazards and their control is carried out using the HIRADC method. The recommendations given include completing PPE, carrying out engineering for example, carrying out eliminations such as using dust powder covers and using push sticks.
