Abstract

Abstrak Penggunaan review produk sebagai suatu sumber untuk mendapatkan informasi dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengoptimalkan pemasaran suatu produk. Situs belanja online merupakan salah satu sumber yang dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan review produk. Analisa terhadap produk dapat dilakukan dengan membandingkan antara dua buah produk berbeda berdasarkan fitur produk tersebut. Fitur dari suatu produk didapatkan melalui ekstraksi fitur dengan metode double propagation. Fitur yang terdapat dalam sebuah review sangat banyak serta terdapat beberapa kata yang memiliki arti yang sama yang mewakili suatu fitur tertentu, sehingga diperlukan suatu pengelompokan terhadap fitur tersebut. Pengelompokan suatu fitur produk dapat dilakukan secara otomatis tanpa memperhatikan kamus kata, yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik clustering. Hierarchical clustering merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk pengelompokan terhadap fitur produk. Pengujian dengan metode hierarchical clustering untuk pengelompokan fitur menunjukkan bahwa metode average linkage memiliki nilai recall dan f-measure yang paling tinggi. Sementara untuk pengujian pelabelan menunjukkan bahwa semantic similarity antar fitur lebih berpengaruh dari pada kemunculan fitur di dokumen. Kata kunci: clustering, fitur produk, pelabelan Abstract Product review can be used as a source for acquire information and to optimize the marketing of product. Online shopping sites are one of source that can be used to get product reviews. Analysis of the product can be done by comparing two different products based on product’s features. Features of a product can be obtained through extraction of features with double propagation method. In the product review there are many feature that can be found, and there are some words that have the same meaning which represents a particular feature, so we need a grouping on the feature. Hierarchical clustering is one method that can be used for grouping the features of the product. Based on testing, hierarchical clustering method for grouping feature indicate that the average linkage method has the highest recall and f-measure. As for testing in labeling indicates that the semantic similarity between features is more influential than the appearance of features in the document. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PGSD FIP Unimed dengan tujuan untuk meningkakan Higher Order Thinking Skills mahasiswa PGSD FIP Unimed. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh, pada kelas kontrol denganmenggunakanmetodeceramahdiperoleh data dengan rata-rata hasil belajar 79.08 sedangkandenganmodel pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dengan Pendekatan Saintifikdiperoleh data rata-rata hasil belajar adalah 83.03.Berdasarkanperhitungandiperoleh data Fhitung> Ftabel yaitu 6,53 > 2.67 maka Ho ditolak dan dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan implementasi model problem- based learning dengan Pendekatan Saintifik dalam meningkatkan Higher Order Thinking Skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of professional competence on the performance of economic teachers, professional competence on the performance of economic teachers through work motivation, work environment on teacher economic performance, work environment on teacher economic performance through work motivation, and work motivation on teacher economic performance. Analytical techniques used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of professional competence on teacher economic performance of 17.8%. Professional competence on teacher economy performance through work motivation is 28%. Working environment on teacher economics performance amounted to 41.2%. Work environment on teacher economy performance through work motivation of 77.7%. Motivation of work on teacher economic performance equal to 48,2%. The conclusion of this study is the teacher performance is getting better when the professional competence of a teacher is better, the total value is greater than the direct influence of professional competence to the economic teachers performance, the better working environment makes the better teacher economic performance, the total value is greater than the direct influence of the work environment to the economic teacher performance, and the more economic teachers have a high work motivation, the better their performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effectiveness of learning using a Task-Based Approach (Opinion-Gap Activity) in order to enhance student’s interaction and communication ability in Business English (Speaking Skills). This research analyzed 20 Bilingual Class students of Economics Education Department, Office Administration Education Study Program, Economics Faculty of Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). This research was a class action research and implemented two cycles. The data collection technique used primary data and secondary data. The implementation of a Task-Based Approach (Opinion Gap Activity) in Business English learning is very effective for students in order to enhance the student’s interaction and communication ability in Business English. Then, this model of learning also increases students’ self-confidence when they communicate in English. In other words, student’s speaking skills in English is improved. In addition, it also enhances lecturer’s ability to manage Business English learning and enhances student’s activities and attention during learning process.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to carry out a movement to cultivate reading activities for students in the early grades of elementary school (SD). Early class learning emphasizes reading and writing learning skills, followed by learning basic skills and how to use them when learning to read and write and learn strategies to become smooth readers and writers. Then in class 3 and above, students use these skills to learn Subject Information, which is reading to study. So it is necessary to do a movement to cultivate reading in early elementary school students summarized through, 1) Making clear rules governing reading culture activities, 2) Socializing the importance of reading to all parties involved in student education, 3) Applying habit of reading in various interesting activities and 4) Cultivating reading activities consistently and continuously.Keywords: Movement, Reading Culture, Elementary School Students

Abstract

The rapid advance of global economy and the increasing diversity financial product and service types force every individuals to have a good financial literacy in order to achieve prosperous live. The purpose of this study is to identify student engagement contributions as a form of learning process for the development of financial literacy. Academic challenges, active learning, student-staff interaction, enriching education experiences, and supportive learning environments are used to measure student engagement in financial learning (SEFL). While financial knowledge, financial attitudes and financial behavior are used to measure financial literacy (FL). This study uses quantitative assessors. The population is 241 students while the sample size is 150 students. The number of samples is determined by using the Slovin formula, while the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The data collection techniques used are tests and questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation, canonical correlation and regression. The results of the Pearson correlation analysis show that all SEFL factors possitive correlate with FL factors. Then the results of canonical correlation analysis show that the covariate of SEFL factors has a correlation with the canonical variable (FL). Furthermore, the results of the regression test (t-test) show that most of the SEFL factors have a significant contribution in developing students’ financial literacy.

Abstract

KUD (Village Cooperative Unit) becomes the main pillar of rural community’s economy which is a forum for the development of various rural community activities organized by and for the community itself. Therefore, support from various parties is needed to improve the progress of the KUD especially for its members to always be loyal to each of its business unit. The objective of the study is to analyze and identify the loyalty of members of the Rukun Tani Village Cooperative Unit who were influenced by the quality of service through satisfaction, trust and corporate image. The research method used is quantitative approach. The study population is 365 members and the sample is 191 members. The sampling technique used is proportional sampling. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of path analysis showed that service quality has a direct effect on satisfaction, trust, corporate image, and loyalty. The service quality influences loyalty indirectly through satisfaction. The quality of service influences loyalty indirectly through trust. The quality of service influences loyalty indirectly through corporate image.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pupuk organik cair limbah bag log pada peningkatan produksi tanaman Sawi Liman (Brassica Juncea L). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk percobaan lapangan yang dilakukan di Kampus Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang. Waktu pelaksanaan dimulai pada bulan November 2014 sampai Januari 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Tunggal dengan 6 (enam) Level perlakuan, yaitu C0 = Kontrol, C1 = 5 ml.l-1 air, C2 = 10 ml.l-1 air, C3 = 15 ml.l-1 air, C4 = 20 ml.l-1 air dan C5 = 25 ml.l-1 air dan diulang sebanyak 4 kali (empat), masing-masing perlakuan terdiri dari 5 polybag, sehingga secara keseluruhan jumlah populasi terdapat 120 tanaman. Variabel yang diamati adalah: Tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot basah tanaman dan bobot kering Tanaman, bobot basah akar dan bobot kering akar tanaman yang akan diambil pada saat panen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik adalah perlakuan C2 = 10 ml pupuk organik cair limbah bag log yang dicampurkan dengan 1 liter air menghasilkan bobot segar lebih tinggi yaitu (55,99 g) dan yang rendah adalah pada perlakuan C1 = 5 ml dengan hasil rerata (35,16 g).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial compensation, job stress, and job promotion through job satisfaction at PT. MNC Vision in Central Java. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using path analysis. The total population in this study is 198 employees at PT. MNC Vision in Central Java which is located in 12 branch offices spreaded in Central Java. The results obtained in this study are financial compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, job promotion has a significance effect on job satisfaction, and job promotion has a significance effect on financial compensation. In addition, from this study also obtained results that job satisfaction and promotion do not have a significance effect on employee performance, while financial compensation and job stress also do not have a significance effect on job satisfaction. Besides, the result shows us that financial compensation and promotion do not have a significance effect on job stress.
