Abstract

Pengabdian ini berawal dari saluran distribusi padi para petani kelompok tani Srimukti di Pangandaran yang hanya mengandalkan tengkulak. Harga jual ke tengkulak pada saat ini semakin merosot, yang biasanya 1 kwintal padi dihargai 600 ribu sekarang hanya di hargai 350 ribu. Para petani banyak yang mengeluh bahkan tidak mau lagi Bertani untuk musim berikutnya. Hal ini menjadi permasalahan yang cukup serius dalam memasarkan hasil tani nya. Sehingga perlu beberapa solusi untuk masalah pemasaran hasil tani Kelompok Tani Srimukti Desa Cibenda Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk mengaplikasikan teknologi tepat guna berbasis E- Commerce sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan kelompok tani saat pandemi covid-19 di Kabupaten Pangandaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini berupa sosialisasi,diskusi, praktik langsung di lapangan, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil diseminasi, 40% petani menghasilkan 1-3 ton/ha, 54% 3-5 ton/ha, dan 6% >5 ton/ha. Program ini bermaksud mengenalkan dan meningkatkan omset penjualan hasil tani kelompok tani Sri Mukti sehingga bisa meningkatkan kesejahteraan para anggota kelompok tani. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu dengan adanya bantuan pelatihan dan aplikasi e-commerce dapat meningkatkan motivasi bagi para anggota kelompok tani untuk melaksanakan pemasaran terhadap produknya supaya omsetnya meningkat, terlebih saat pandemi covid-19

Abstract

Penerapan sawah apung memiliki potensi untuk diterapkan pada lahan pertanian suboptimal Kabupaten Pangandaran guna meningkatkan produksi tanaman pangan sehingga terapai kemandirian pangan. Sawah apung ini juga dapat diterapkan sebagai upaya mitigasi bencana banjir pada sektor pertanian. Tujuan kegiatan PkM yakni mentransfer teknologi sawah apung yang dapat digunakan untuk mitigasi sekaligus mendukung penyediaan bahan pangan di lahan suboptimal Kabupaten Pangandaran. Metode yang digunakan antara lain sosialisasi dan penyuluhan, demo plot, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan PkM yang telah dilaksanakan bahwa penerapan sawah apung mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan masyarakat pada bidang produksi tanaman padi. Sebelumnya, lahan sawah yang berada di Desa Karangjaladri dengan luas 105 hektar tidak dimanfaatkan dan teknologi sawah apung juga belum pernah diterapkan pada lahan ini. Adanyapenerapan teknologi ini akan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat untuk dapatmengoptimalisasi lahan sawah tersebut agar menjadi produktif. Berdasarkan hasil survei diperoleh bahwa belum ada masyarakat yang pernah menerapkan teknologi sawah apung dan setelah adanya demo plot ini mayoritas masyarakat tertarik untuk menggunakan teknologi sawah apung. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan PkM yang sudah dilaksanakan, lahan pertanian suboptimal ini mampu dioptimalisasikan dengan penerapan teknologi sawah apung sehingga ketercapaian terhadap ketersediaan pangan dapat tercapai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price perception and product quality variables on purchasing decisions on consumers of rice shop CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey method with data obtained directly through a questionnaire to 100 respondents taken from the consumer rice shop CV Wirabuana. The technique used is multiple regression. Based on the results of this study, it is known that there is a simultaneous significant effect between Price Perception and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions. Price perception partially has no significant effect on Purchase Decisions and Product Quality Partially has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions rice shop CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment and work culture on the employee work discipline (a case study on the polyester section of PT. Bineatama Kayone Lestari). The type of data used in this study using primary data collection methods directly from the object of research. With a sample taken as many 53 employee. In this study using multiple linear regression. Data processing in this study used SPSS version 26. The results showed that: Partially, organizational commitment had no significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, work culture has a significant effect on employee work discipline, simultaneously, it is known that there is significant influence between organizational commitment and work culture on employee work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price perception and product quality on purchasing decisions (a survey of consumers of Erna Cake Pancatengah, Tasikmalaya Regency). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 consumers of Erna Cake Pancatengah, Tasikmalaya Regency. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the perception of price and product quality had a significant influence on purchasing decisions on Erna Cake Pancatengah, Tasikmalaya Regency. Partially, price perception has a significant influence on purchasing decisions on Erna Cake Pancatengah, Tasikmalaya Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine how to control the inventory of raw materials at the MR Tofu Factory. How is the application of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method in controlling raw material inventory at the MR Tofu Factory, Is there a difference between controlling raw material inventory at the MR Tofu Factory without using the EOQ method and using the EOQ method. The main raw material used in the MR Tofu Factory is soybeans. The method used in this research is Mixed Methods. Data analysis using EOQ, Safety Stock, Reorder Point, and Total Inventory Cost methods. In this study calculate the method of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Companies can find out the total cost of raw material inventory so that the purchase of raw materials is economical and minimizes inventory costs. After that, the results of the paired sample t-test were carried out that there was a significant difference from the data results without using the EOQ method and using the EOQ method.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial brand image and price perception on purchasing decisions at Kedai Kopi 104 Singaparna. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that brand image and price perception simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Coffee Shop 104 Singaparna. Brand image partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kedai Kopi 104 Sinagparna. Price perception partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kedai Kopi 104 Singaparna.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction Coffee Shop Fullhoper in Tasikmalaya simultaneously and partially. By using survey research method, the sample technique used is accidental sampling and taken as many as 100 people. The analytical tools used in this research are classical assumption test andregression multiple. The results showed that the effect of product quality and service quality simultaneously had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality and service quality partially significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and predict the optimal amount of production the must be carried out by the company by predicting the data on the amount of production owned by the Aliya Hijab Collection for the period January to December 2021. The data collection method ini this study was by direct observation on the Aliya Hijab Collection, using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The Analytical tools used are forecasting method such as moving average and exponential smoothing. The results of the forecasting analysis show that the 3- month moving average method is better for companies because the forecasting error is smaller. The company should follow the calculation of the 3-month moving average forecasting method so as to be able to predict and determine the optimal amount of production.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial of Purchase Decisions in terms of brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorcycles in Tasikmalya city. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population studied were 100 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study using Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS version 26 software. The results showed that brand image and product quality simultaneously influenced the purchase decision of Honda Beat motorcycles in the city of Tasikmalya. Brand image partially influences the purchase decision of Honda Beat motorcycles in the city of Tasikmalya. Product quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorcycles in the city of Tasikmalya. Product quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorcycles in the city of Tasikmalaya.
