Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh yang diberikan oleh disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja CV. Welas Asih Kota Tasikmalaya. Tipe penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 responden menggunakan teknik non probality sampling pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, koefisien korelasi (R), uji regresi, koefisien determinasi (R2), signifikasi uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dua variabel telah diuji secara bertahap maupun bersama – sama menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja secara simultan memiliki hubungan yang kuat terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Besarnya sumbangan yang dimiliki oleh pengalaman kerja lebih besar dari besaran sumbangan yang dimiliki oleh variabel disiplin kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price perception and product quality variables on purchasing decisions on consumers of rice shop CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey method with data obtained directly through a questionnaire to 100 respondents taken from the consumer rice shop CV Wirabuana. The technique used is multiple regression. Based on the results of this study, it is known that there is a simultaneous significant effect between Price Perception and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions. Price perception partially has no significant effect on Purchase Decisions and Product Quality Partially has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions rice shop CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment and work culture on the employee work discipline (a case study on the polyester section of PT. Bineatama Kayone Lestari). The type of data used in this study using primary data collection methods directly from the object of research. With a sample taken as many 53 employee. In this study using multiple linear regression. Data processing in this study used SPSS version 26. The results showed that: Partially, organizational commitment had no significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, work culture has a significant effect on employee work discipline, simultaneously, it is known that there is significant influence between organizational commitment and work culture on employee work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price perception and product quality on purchasing decisions (a survey of consumers of Erna Cake Pancatengah, Tasikmalaya Regency). Abstract

This study aims to determine how to control the inventory of raw materials at the MR Tofu Factory. How is the application of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method in controlling raw material inventory at the MR Tofu Factory, Is there a difference between controlling raw material inventory at the MR Tofu Factory without using the EOQ method and using the EOQ method. The main raw material used in the MR Tofu Factory is soybeans. The method used in this research is Mixed Methods. Data analysis using EOQ, Safety Stock, Reorder Point, and Total Inventory Cost methods. In this study calculate the method of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Companies can find out the total cost of raw material inventory so that the purchase of raw materials is economical and minimizes inventory costs. After that, the results of the paired sample t-test were carried out that there was a significant difference from the data results without using the EOQ method and using the EOQ method.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial brand image and price perception on purchasing decisions at Kedai Kopi 104 Singaparna. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that brand image and price perception simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Coffee Shop 104 Singaparna. Brand image partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kedai Kopi 104 Sinagparna. Price perception partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kedai Kopi 104 Singaparna.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on performance (a survey of elementary school teachers at Al- Mutaqqin Foundation, Tasikmalaya City). The method used in this study is causality through a census approach. With a research sample of 68 elementary school teachers, Al-Mutaqqin Foundation, Tasikmalaya City. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that compensation has a very good assessment classification, the work environment has a very good assessment classification, while employee performance has a good classification for elementary school teachers at Al-Mutaqqin Foundation, Tasikmalaya City. Taken together, compensation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at the Al-Mutaqqin Foundation Elementary School Teacher, Tasikmalaya City. Partially, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Al-Mutaqqin Foundation Elementary School Teacher, Tasikmalaya City. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine, firstly the description of work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of employees at BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya, secondly the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously on organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya, thirdly the influence of work motivation partially on commitment. organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya, and the fourth effect of job satisfaction partially on organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The results showed that work motivation was in the very good category, job satisfaction was in the good category, and the organizational commitment of the employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya was in the very good category. There is a simultaneous significant effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya. There is a partially significant effect of work motivation on organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya. There is a partially significant effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment of employees of BPR Nusamba Singaparna Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction Coffee Shop Fullhoper in Tasikmalaya simultaneously and partially. By using survey research method, the sample technique used is accidental sampling and taken as many as 100 people. The analytical tools used in this research are classical assumption test andregression multiple. The results showed that the effect of product quality and service quality simultaneously had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality and service quality partially significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work loyalty and employee performance on employee performance of Ichi Bento in Banjar City. The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 30 employees of the Ichi Bento company, Banjar City. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Job Loyalty has a very good assessment classification, Employee Performance has a very good rating classification, while Employee Performance has a very good classification for employees of Ichi Bento company Banjar City. Together, work loyalty and employee performance have a significant influence on employee performance at Ichi Bento's employees, Banjar City.
