Abstract

Laboratorium Analisa Perancangan Sistem Kerja dan Ergonomi merupakan salah satu fasilitas yang dimiliki oleh Teknik Industri Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Salah satu kegiatan kerja yang dilakukan di fasilitas ini adalah kegiatan perakitan kursi model. Sebagaimana kita ketahui bersama, bahwa hasil dari setiap kegiatan/ pekerjaan pasti memiliki output, baik itu berupa jasa maupun produk manufaktur. Dalam setiap output yang dikeluarkan memiliki proses-prosesnya sendiri. Dari setiap proses yang ada pasti kita bisa mengamati cara kerja masing-masing proses, apakah termasuk produktif (termasuk dengan tingkat efektif dan efisien tinggi) atau tidak, apakah memiliki idle time atau tidak. Dari hal tersebut, kita bisa mengamati proses kerja menggunakan metode Work Sampling atau dalam bahasa asingnya disebut Ratio Delay Study atau Random Observation Method. Metode ini adalah suatu teknik untuk mengadakan sejumlah besar pengamatan terhadap aktivitas kerja dari mesin, proses, atau pekerja/operator. Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini adalah belum adanya pengukuran kegiatan kerja pada operator perakitan kursi model selama pandemi covid 19 yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa peserta praktikum. Pada penelitian ini peneliti akan mencari nilai prosentase produktiv, rasio delay dan jumlah menit produktif. Adapun hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini adalah banyaknya jumlah pengamatan/ kunjungan berdasarkan penentuan satuan waktu sebanyak 23 kali, terdapat 19 kegiatan produktif dengan prosentase sebesar sebesar 83% dan 4 kegiatan non produktif dengan prosentase sebesar 17%. Nilai ratio delay sebesar 0,20 dan jumlah menit produktifnya sebesar 21,64 menit.

Abstract

This study presenting the result of forecasting sales of Hex Nuts between the Trend Linear Line (TLL) method and Monte Carlo Simulation. To determine the appropriate method, the Mean Average Percentage Error (MAPE) is used to evaluate theerror rate. We find that the Monte Carlo simulation outperforms the TTL method, where the MAPE value of the Monte Carlo simulation is 7,61%. Based on the result, the Monte Carlo simulation is the appropriate method to forecast the sales rate of Hex Nuts in the PT. KMS.

Abstract

Intense competition in today's industrial world requires companies to keep abreast of developments. The more years, higher the need for labor costs. To reduce high production costs, one step is to cut existing labor. By cutting the number of workers, the workload that will be borne by workers will also increase. PT. SPINDO, is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of the steel pipe industry. To expand market reach, a breakthrough was made to open a new depot located in the city of Samarinda. At the beginning of the opening along with the Covid-19 outbreak, market demand was minimal. The impact on the work load in the depot is also low. The Full Time Equivalent method is a calculation process that uses working time as a reference in determining workload. In this research, the workload value most of the employees at PT. SPINDO Depo Samarinda is included in the underload category. So that man power planning is needed by cutting the number of existing employees to balance work load and the number of manpower. After the manpower planning was carried out, the work load that was previously unbalanced was balanced because the workload had been distributed to the employees.

Abstract

As a follow-up step to the use of abundant solar energy sources. So efforts are made to make optimal use of solar energy. In a series of research conducted at the Electrical Power Engineering Laboratory, there are stages to realize a good Solar Power Plant. The installation of this solar power plant has its own characteristics, which at this time will be combined with PLN electricity. In the process of merging operations with PLN electricity, an automatic transfer system is needed, known as the Automatic Transfer Switch. In the Automatic Transfer Switch system, it combines the Alternating Current system as PLN electricity and in PLTS as an output inverter. This Automatic Transfer Switch has special characteristics that are able to perform the Switching process between PLN and PLTS electricity. There must be a delayed transfer time. Perfect contact and protection system. The measurement system that is displayed clearly on the system panel board becomes an important thing. It is hoped that this research will result in automatic transfer switches that are quite effective, reliable and safe in operation.

Abstract

Disposing of garbage in its place can also be part of protecting the environment, but awareness of this is still relatively low. In tourist attractions, awareness is needed to maintain cleanliness, one of which is by throwing garbage in its place, because this will affect the beauty of the tourist spot itself. The goal in making Appropriate Technology in the form of smart trash cans equipped with motion sensors is to increase public interest in disposing of waste in its place. Smart trash cans that are designed and assembled have their own added value because they can increase public interest in disposing of waste in its place. The sensor trash bin can also make it easier when you want to throw out trash because you don't need to touch it anymore and just be in front of it, it will automatically open. The method used in this journal is descriptive qualitative. The data collection method was carried out by observation and interviews with several communities in Sambibulu Village. The results we got after the creation of smart trash bins were completed, the villagers were interested and started to get used to throwing garbage not just anywhere.

Abstract

PT. DCN Indonesia is a paint distributor company. In the provision of paint and all devices including thinner often require a keepatan in its provider. This research is done to obtain thinner demand forecasting and determine the amount of stock that must be available in storage in order to at any time meet the impromptu demand that is one of the problems. ARIMA is a forecasting method that is suitable for such cases because it has advantages in the use of data with fluctuating patterns. The results achieved in this study got the ARIMA model (1, 0, 4) which means that the forecasting results are influenced by the results of observations one month ago san error four months ago. obtained the results of the sale of thinner of 8 liters and after going through the calculation of safety stock resulted in inventory planning calculations of 120 liters.

Abstract

Cooking oil is one of basic needed for food vendors especially crispy chicken (CC). The CC vendors will use a large amount of cooking oil. The frying oil are usually composed clean oil and flour slurry. The habit that often done by seller CC are reuse the frying oil which still clear, and throw the sediment (flour slurry) in the trash or river. Of course, that will be one caused damage of environment surrounding. Purpose this research are to identifying the management of waste fried oil and flour slurry. The investment cost of preventing environmental impact and the benefits which they were obtain, be the problem that have not been mitigation of environmental impact yet. In this research, applied the Green Productivity Method to provide mitigation environmental impact from waste cooking oil.

Abstract

Pandemic Covid 19 is a difficult moment for the whole of community. Where the word health and economy is experiencing a downturn that affects to the lower levels of society, not exception the people in Kramatjegu village. By the utilizing of existing land, and unused building goods they made some of fish ponds from a sheeting. With a little of cultivation knowledge they start farming close their homes. The problems emerged in the first month of cultivation started. There were a lot of Tilapia fish have died, and they had stopped their cultivation. The lack of knowledge and there are not guidance book about Tilapia maintenance, makes people solved the problem did not appropriate. Another cause of Tilapia fish have died are lack of quality water control such as pH and O2, and improper of feed techniques. Consequently, the harvest plan did not match with the time and quantity targeted. So, the solution to that problems are provide education and work instruction of Tilapia care work.
