Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses how to understand teacher performance in a simple yet scientific review. Using a qualitative approach, the researcher found that the teacher's performance in this study was a success achieved by the teacher in teaching activities or the teaching and learning process. The teacher's performance can be seen from the skills in making teaching plans. Teaching skills and the ability to build interpersonal relationships. Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana memahami kinerja guru dalam sebuah ulasan sederhana namuan ilmiah. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, peneliti menemukan bahwa kinerja guru dalam penelitian ini adalah suatu keberhasilan yang dicapai guru dalam aktivitas mengajar atau proses belajar mengajar. Kinerja guru ini terlihat dari keterampilan membuat rencana pengajaran. Keterampilan mengajar dan kemampuan membina hubungan antar pribadi.

Abstract

Guru memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan pembelajaran bagi setiap orang yang mereka ajar. Oleh sebab itu peran seorang guru sangat diperlukan dalam pembentukan seorang murid yang diajarnya. Demikian juga sebagai guru Agama Kristen sangat berperan penting untuk memperlengkapi setiap nara didiknya selama dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui peranan seorang guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan studi pustaka yang berfokus pada pendapat para ahli tentang peranan seorang guru Agama Kristen dalam proses pembelajaran. Sebagai hasil didapatkan bahwa guru memiliki peran sebagai motivator, sebagai tenaga profesional, sebagai pembimbing, sebagai pengelola pembelajaran, sebagai administrasi, sebagai pengajar kebenaran iman. Sebagai kesimpulan adalah guru PAK juga perlu memperhatikan aspek keprofesionalannya. Dia harus memiliki beberapa kompetensi yang ada. Kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi spiritual, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional. Apabila guru PAK memiliki potensi-potensi tersebut maka jelas akan memampukan guru untuk mengabdi lebih efektif lagi dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pendidikan Kristen. Secara khusus mencoba meneliti pentingnya pendidikan kristen didesain secara kontekstual. Supaya lebih efektif bagi tercapainya tujuan pendidikan Kristen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan spesifik kepada kajian pustaka. Melalui pendekatan tersebut, peneliti memperoleh beberapa kesimpulan. Pertama, pendidikan kristen harus didesain secara kontekstual guna memudahkan peserta didik memahami dan mengerti setiap konten yang diajarkan di dalamnya. Kedua, Yesus adalah sang guru yang Agung yang juga mengajar secara kontekstual. Ketiga, pendidikan kristen yang kontekstual dipahami dalam beberapa prinsip penting, yakni: (1) pendidikan Kristen harus diterapkan sesuai dengan gaya dan strategi mengajar mengajar Yesus, (2) pendidikan Kristen harus disesuaikan dengan situasi era industri 4.0, (3) pendidikan Kristen harus dapat diterima oleh setiap lapisan usia, (4) pendidikan Kristen tidak boleh kaku namun harus dinamis, implementatif, dan aplikatif, dan (5) pendidikan Kristen harus memberikan transformasi atau perubahan yang radikal.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is about biblical study of the text of 1 Corinthians 10:6-10. Where this research seeks to find out what meaning is contained in the text or passage. By using an approach approach, especially library research, the following results and conclusions are obtained. In sections 10:1-10 Key as clues referring to the stories in the Book of Exodus (cloud, sea, manna, golden calf), through the LXX. While the stories that refer to the book of Numbers (rocks, Baal Peor, snakes, murmurs in the punishment of the children of Korah) come from the Judaism tradition. It is possible that when Paul wrote his letter, he only had one copy of the LXX version of the Book of Exodus, but for Numbers he would have to rethink his studies first. Abstrak: Penelitian ini tentang kajian biblika terhadap teks 1 Korintus 10:6-10. Di mana penelitian ini berusaha mencari tahu makna apa yang terkandung di dalam teks atau perikop tersebut. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, khususnya kajian pustaka, maka diperoleh hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian berikut ini. Pada bagian 10:1-10 disimpulkan sebagai petunjuk-petunjuk yang merujuk kepada cerita-cerita dalam Kitab Keluaran (awan, laut, manna, anak lembu emas), melalui LXX. Sedangkan cerita-cerita yang merujuk kepada kitab Bilangan (batu karang, Baal Peor, ular, sungut-sungut dalam hukuman bani Korah) berasal dari tradisi Yudaisme. Mungkin saja ketika Paulus menulis suratnya, dia hanya memiliki satu eksemplar Kitab Keluaran versi LXX, tetapi untuk Bilangan ia harus mengingat kembali studinya dahulu.

Abstract

The main problems of writing this article are; first, some couples want to marry for the second time but do not show legal evidence of divorce from the first marriage. Second, they are not preparing for a second marriage through premarital counseling. Third, they are dishonest and open to the failure of the first marriage, so they choose to marry secretly, and certain pastors or churches can accept this. The author would like to explain the pastoral strategy a church pastor carried out in preparing for a second marriage so that it can be accepted in terms of Christian faith, law and culture. The research method used is qualitative research. So it can be concluded that there needs to be a strategy carried out by a pastor in carrying out pastoral care for second marriages so that marriages that will run for a lifetime or are expected to avoid divorce again are guided by a pastoral approach to second marriages. This is necessary to reflect to the world that the church or His people are salt and light so that the name of Jesus Christ is glorified.

Abstract

Every Indonesian citizen is expected to be a good citizen, obedient and not violating laws, religious norms, cultural norms and community norms. However, in reality, not all Indonesian citizens comply with these norms. Many violated and were legally convicted and served time in detention in correctional institutions (Lapas) or prisons and detention centers (Rutan) in Indonesia. Every member of the assisted community in prisons and detention centers from various ethnicities, religions and races must get receive spiritual guidance according to their religion. The same applies to the Class IIA Pemuda Tangerang Prison which is located at LPK No.1 Pemuda Tangerang street, especially for the rehabilitation assisted residents because of drug cases who are Christian and Catholic. In certain activities, Christians and Catholics are sometimes combined and sometimes separated, depending on the interests of the activities and settings of the prison officials. Christian Religious Spiritual Guidance Service which is implemented in August 2020 thanks to the collaboration between prison leaders and the central leadership of the Rise and Shine Ministry Foundation, which mandated the Banten Province branch of the Foundation board to carry out these activities. During August the activities were carried out for four times by different teams. Thus the spiritual guidance of Christianity is one of the strategies to serve Christian assisted members intended to equip the assisted residents to realized, repent and change their character according to God's Word and do not repeat acts that violate the law and are ready to return to the family and society after serving their respective sentences.

Abstract

Abstract: This research studies the text or passage of John 2:13-22 to build the values and principles of anti-corruption education in the Church. This is important because today's churches have been contaminated with corrupt and manipulative practices in ministry practices. By using qualitative research, especially biblical studies or text analysis, several related research results and anti-corruption values and principles are found in the church. First, values for the anti-corruption applied by Jesus include honesty, caring, responsibility, hard work, and courage. Then the anti-corruption principles also applied by Jesus, among others: accountability, transparency, fairness, policies, and control over policies. Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah kajian terhadap teks atau perikop Yohanes 2:13-22 untuk membangun nilai dan prinsip pendidikan antikorupsi dalam Gereja. Hal ini penting karena gereja masa kini telah banyak yang terkontaminasi praktik korupsi dan manipulatif dalam praktik pelayanan. Dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, khususnya kajian biblika atau analisis teks, maka ditemukan beberapa hasil penelitian terkait dan nilai dan prinsip antikorupsi dalam gereja. Nilai antikorupsi yang diterapkan oleh Yesus antara lain: kejujuran, kepedulian, tanggung jawab, kerja keras dan keberanian. Kemudian prinsip antikorupsi yang juga diterapkan oleh Yesus, antara lain: akuntabilitas, transparansi, kewajaran, kebijakan, dan kontrol terhadap kebijakan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine mentoring efforts for people in the adolescent and adult groups. A group of people who have their variety and complexity understands and deal with problems with them. The reference used in the categorization of adolescent and adult groups is taken from the theory of Erik H Erikson. The researcher briefly explained the eight stages of Erik H Erikson's theory. But the focus of attention was on the group's Stage 5: Adolescence – Ages 12-18 and stage 6: Young Adulthood – Ages 19-40. This age group was chosen because generally in Indonesia it gives the name teenagers and youth. Erik H Erikson's grouping theory was chosen because it was accepted by many circles. Researchers use a descriptive qualitative approach by exploring the opinions of authors in their fields. Several opinions will be drawn in to get an idea of how counselors should assist these two age groups. The results found a careful effort if you want to go in and provide assistance to the youth-youth group. In that age group, a counselor is required to understand the psychology and labile attitudes that exist. This paper also proposes that churches, parents, and professional institutions pay special attention to adolescents and youth in the field of mentoring for those with problems.

Abstract

Exemplary leadership of God's servants in carrying out efforts to raise awareness of the importance of worship. This is very important for society. Provide more understanding and exemplary than God's servant who can influence or make an exemplary example that reflects the basic ministry of Jesus the Messiah who is an example. In this study, there is a symptom that causes church members not to consider worship as important in building public awareness to prioritize worship with the aim of each working and glorifying God in worship. The presence of God's servant in the organization to perform ministry. Services that are carried out humbly can encourage the congregation to pray and provide an understanding of the importance of worship which will change the pattern of life that God really wants.

Abstract

Youth is when humans are in their twenties. During youth, humans cannot be called adults, but they cannot also be called children. However, as the next generation, some Christian youths do not understand the importance of cultivating spirituality in building a close relationship with God. There are various models that can be implemented nowadays in order to produce young people who build a close relationship with God, one of which is the spiritual cultivation of Christian youth in building a close relationship with God. This learning certainly utilizes various youth spirituality that are relevant in the world of education. The goal is to improve the outcome and quality of their Faith process. The method used in this writing is a qualitative method. Through qualitative methods the authors use library research (library research). Spiritual formation is very important for young Christians. Because youth has a very important role for the growth of the church, and youth is the backbone of the church in carrying out the functions and roles of the church it is very necessary. Therefore the church needs to foster and direct youth. In accordance with God's word in Proverbs 22:6 "Educate a young person according to the path that is proper for him, so that even when he is old he will not deviate from that path." In conclusion, youth is the next generation in the family, church and society in the future. So it is necessary to know that it is very important spiritual cultivation for young Christians to build a close relationship with God.
