<![CDATA[Penelitian ini membahas sistem pengendalian persediaan bahan baku sandal dengan metode Single Item Single Supplier dan Multi Item Single Supplier. Metode Single Item Single Supplier digunakan untuk mengetahui jumlah pemesanan bahan baku, frekuensi pemesanan, interval pemesanan, dan total biaya persediaan untuk satu bahan baku dari satu supplier. Metode Multi Item Single Supplier digunakan untuk mengetahui jumlah pemesanan bahan baku, frekuensi pemesanan, interval pemesanan dan total biaya persediaan untuk beberapa bahan baku dari satu supplier. Kedua metode ini digunakan untuk meminimumkan total biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan dapat menurunkan total biaya persediaan sebesar 0,003% hingga 0,96% dibandingkan dengan total biaya persediaan sebelumnya. Single Item Single Supplier method is being used to get the data about raw material order, order frequencies, order interval, and inventory total cost for one raw material from one supplier. Multiple Item Single Supplier method is being used to get the data about raw material order, order frequencies, order interval, and inventory total cost for some raw materials from one supplier. Both of this methods could be used to minimize the inventory total cost that the company usually spends. This research shows that the company can decrease the inventory total cost from 0,003% to 0,96% compared to the inventory total cost before.
