Abstract

This study discusses how the method of handling the type of dyslexic language acquisition inability in Taare Zameen film Par. Dyslexia is one type of learning difficulties in children, namely reading disability. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with the presentation of data from research results presented through words. The discussion presented includes (1) the characteristics of dyslexia; (2) learning solutions to the type of dyslexia; (3) solutions to the treatment of dyslexia. The results obtained in this study show that dyslexia can be treated using multisensory methods. The multisensory method utilizes visual abilities or students' visual abilities and kinesic hearing abilities at this level, namely awareness of movement and touch on students. Thus this method can assist in the implementation of learning for dyslexic children and in the future there will no longer be dyslexic children who are unable to write, read, and count. Abstract

Abstrak Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode pembelajaran apa yang diambil oleh para guru dalam mengajarkan anak selama masa pandemi Corona Virus Disease 19. Secara khusus penilaian yang diambil bukan hanya dari nilai-nilai tugas yang diberikan oleh dewan guru, bahkan penilaian karakter juga dapat dilihat pengembangannya. Semisal saat mengerjakan ujian harian para siswa dilarang mencontek baik dengan buku maupun handphone. Secara tidak langsung peran orang tua juga membantu para dewan guru untuk membantu jalannya pembelajaran selama Pandemi Covid 19. Secara umum peran orang tua yang muncul adalah sebagai pembimbing, pendidik, penjaga, pengembang dan pengawas. Diperlukan kerja sama antara kedua belah pihak agar tidak adanya kesalah pahaman dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh selama Pandemik Covid 19. Kata kunci : Guru, Metode, peran orang tua, masa pandemic TEACHER’S EXPERIENCE DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC Abstract This is article aims to find out what methods are taken by teacher in teaching children during the Covid Pandemic 19. In particular the assessment taken not only from the values of assignments given by the teacher board, even the assessment of character can also be seen its development. Such as when taking daily tests students are prohibited from cheating both with books and mobile phones. Indirectly the role of parents also helped the council of teachers to assist the course of learning during the covid pandemic 19. In general the role of parents who appear is as a guide, educator, guardian, developer, and supervisor. Cooperation is needed between the two parties so that there are no misunderstanding in distance learning during the covid pandemic 19. Keywords : teacher, method, parents role, pandemic era

Abstract

Supervision is supervision of the implementation of educational technical activities in schools, not just physical supervision of physical materials. Supervision is supervision of academic activities in the form of teaching and learning processes, supervision of teachers in teaching, supervision of situations that cause them. Supervision is one of the principal's functions to improve the quality and professionalism of teachers in carrying out teaching. In connection with the importance of school supervision activities related to improving the quality of teachers in particular and improving the quality of education in general. Supervision has the aim of providing services and assistance to improve the quality of student learning, not only improving teaching abilities but also developing the potential of teacher quality. Supervisors must be keen to read the problem, analyze, describe the causal factors and matters related to it, thoroughly present the problems encountered and the steps that must be taken as an effective solution.

Abstract

Education Management Information System (MIS-Education) is an information system used to facilitate the collection, processing, storage and use of data and information in education management. SIM-Education aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of education management through the use of integrated information technology and information systems. In the educational information system there is an element of brainware, where this brainware is an important element in the implementation of an education management information system (MIS-Education). Brainware is a term used to describe the human resources involved in the development, operation and use of information systems. The role of brainware in SIM-Education is very important because brainware plays a key role in managing a quality information system. In this case, brainware must have the appropriate skills and competencies to manage and utilize SIM-Education effectively. The purpose of this study is to find out how brainware plays a role in educational management information systems. The method used in this research is library research. The result of this study is that the role of brainware is very important in educational management information systems. The quality of the brainware involved in the implementation of an education management information system will greatly affect the success of the system. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the quality of the brainware involved in managing the education management information system.
