Abstract

Shariah Bank have the potency to become the first option for customers to run their transactional banking option. It was showed by the acceleration development and growth of Shariah Banking in Indonesia. Along with the growth of Shariah Banking, a real competition among the Syariah Bank doers is unavoidable. Therefore a bank has to do efforts to be the main player on its segment, and able to provide major resources for its customers and eventually it binds satisfaction and loyalty. In such thigh competition, information plays an important role to attract customers or society to make use of the provided by the bank. The information of any form delivered by every stakeholder related to banking business. Therefore the market share can be gained by promoting Syariah Banks to those floating customer though an attractive and appropriate way. By doing such promotion with persistent and sustain, the possibility of the 5 % of market share which targeted by BI could be reached.

Abstract

The tourism sector is basically an activity related to tourism objects and tourism support activities. The development of tourism object area has multiple effects because it can encourage the accretion of various other economic activities. Tourism in Lampung, especially along the coastal Pesawaran district, has many potential attractions of the region that these are quite interesting, especially beaches, sea, an island. Nowadays in Pesawaran district, there are no marine tourism places labeled syariah but if the tourist attractions are already fulfilled criteria syariah-based, then the tourist attractions that have been classified as a syariah tourist place. This research is associative that is research which intends to conduct examination and measurement of problem represent attitude based on the fact. The results of this study obtained an overview of two important indicators, namely: for the services provided by the tour guide that only a man making the inconvenience of female tourists in doing diving or snorkeling. For the facilities provided Pahawang island tour of the availability of bathrooms, food and homestay are not suitable to Islamic syariat, this can be seen from the lack of clean water for ablution, food that is not guaranteed cleanness and halalness and there is no separation between homestay men and women.

Abstract

This research discussed the settlement of sharia economic dispute in the environment of the religious court. The objective of the researchers analyzed the settlement of sharia economic dispute by litigation way in religious court. This research was the subject of thought to discuss the completion of dispute sharia economy in the religious court and analyze how a judge in taking legal decisions and using legal sources to be used as a reference in solving the dispute sharia economy. This research used descriptive analytic approach that was collecting and describing the results of subject matter then dissected by analyzing the object of research with primary and secondary data The results obtained were that the judges in resolving the dispute sharia economy using existing legal sources, both formal or material sources. but existing sources of law will not be able to run optimally without adequate legal competence. it is expected that the public should prioritize good behavior in conducting transactions in order to avoid the disputes that can arise in a transaction in order to create a safe and peaceful life.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBerdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 25 tahun 2009  tertanggal 18 Juli 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik. Universitas Mulawarman adalah suatu badan layanan umum yang berada dibawah koordinasi Kementrian Pendidikan Nasional, sedangkan  PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero)Tbk adalah Korporasi yang berada di bawah Bank Central yakni Bank Indonesia. Kedua lembaga ini melakukan kerjasama yang dituangkan dalam suatu perjanjian tertulis yaitu “Perjanjian kerjasama pelayanan pembayaran biaya pendidikan antara Universitas Mulawarman dengan  PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk . Dalam penyelesaiannya upaya hukum yang ditempuh terkait wanprestasi yang dilakukan pihak PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk ini, berdasarkan informasi dan fakta di lapangan kedua belah pihak menyelesaikan persengketaan ini dengan upaya damai musyawarah untuk mufakat sebagai proses awal perbaikan dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian kerjasama berikutnya. Upaya Damai ini sesuai dengan  Pasal 12 ayat (2),ayat (3) dalam perjanjian kerjasama tersebut.Saran penulis berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan kondisi riil di lapangan maka penulis memberikan masukan bahwa seyogyanya para pihak yang mengikat diri dalam perjanjian kerjasama ini sudah memikirkan hal-hal yang akan terjadi karena isi dari perjanjian kerjasama ini merupakan UU bagi kedua belah pihak.
