Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of intensive and work motivation to the labor productivity by taking into employee satisfaction of PT ASKRINDO Lampung. The population in this study amounted to 170 employees. Sampling technique was using Non Probability Sampling using simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 115 employees. Unit analysis was using linear regression and Path Analysis. The research subjects were the employee of PT ASKRINDO Lampung. The method used in this research was descriptive verification, ex post facto approach and survey method. The results showed that there was an influence intensive, work motivation and employee satisfaction to labor productivity both directly and indirectly.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh kompensasi , motivasi kerja dan Kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT ASKRINDO Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 170 karyawan. Teknik sampling dengan menggunakan Non Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan Teknik Simple Random Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 115 karyawan. Unit analisis dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier dan Path Analysis. subjek penelitian yaitu karyawan PT ASKRINDO Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif, dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan metode survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: bahwa ada pengaruh insentif, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung.Kata kunci: insentif, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the difference of learning outcomes, the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of NHT and Snowball (ST) type by considering the type of task. Research methodology used in this research was experiments with comparative approach. The experimental methods were divided into two, which is true experiment and quasi experiment. The methodology that was used in this research was quasi experiment. Data collection was done, by using test. The data which were collected by test of learning outcomes were analyzed by using SPSS program. Based on analysis of the data, it obtained the result that there is a difference in learning outcomes and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of NHT and Snowball by considering the type of task.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar, interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dan Snowball Throwing (ST) dengan memperhatikan bentuk tugas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Metode eksperimen dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu eksperimen murni (True Eksperimen) dan eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen). Pengumpulan data dilakukan tes. Data yang terkumpul melalui tes hasil belajar diolah dengan program SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe PP dan TT dengan memperhatikan bentuk tugas.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, NHT, Snowball, tugas

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in learning outcomes Accounting through learning model Mind Mapping and SQ4R at high and low initial ability. Research using experimental methods with a comparative approach. The results showed:a) there are differences in accounting student learning outcomes through mind mapping and learning model SQ4R, evidenced by Sig obtained. 0.013 0.05. b) there is a difference between high and low prior knowledge on learning outcomes of accounting students, evidenced by Sig obtained. 0.032 0.05. c) model of mind mapping learning outcomes are higher than SQ4R at high initial ability, evidenced by Sig obtained. 0.026 than 0.05. d) the results of learning mind mapping models is lower than SQ4R at low initial ability, evidenced by Sig obtained. 0.000 than 0.05. e) There is interaction between the model of learning with prior knowledge of accounting students' learning outcomes, evidenced by Sig obtained. 0.000 0.05 Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar Akuntansi melalui model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dan SQ4R pada kemampuan awal tinggi dan rendah. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: a) ada perbedaan hasil belajar akuntansi  siswa melalui  model pembelajaran mind mapping dan SQ4R, dibuktikan dengan diperoleh Sig. 0.013 0.05. b) ada perbedaan antara kemampuan awal tinggi dan rendah terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi  siswa, dibuktikan dengan diperoleh Sig. 0.032 0.05. c) hasil belajar model mind mapping lebih tinggi daripada SQ4R pada kemampuan awal tinggi, dibuktikan dengan diperoleh Sig. 0,026 dari 0,05. d) hasil belajar model mind mapping lebih rendah daripada SQ4R pada kemampuan awal rendah, dibuktikan dengan diperoleh Sig. 0,000 dari 0,05. e) Ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kemampuan awal siswa terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi, dibuktikan dengan diperoleh Sig. 0.000 0.05. Kata kunci: model pembelajaran, mind mapping, SQ4R, kemampuan awal

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of students attitude towards the learning subject, motivation of achievement, and self concept to the economic learning result. The method used was descriptive verification with ex post facto and surveys approach. The population in this study were all the students of class XI IPS consist of 137 students and the sample was 102 students who were determined by the Cochran formula. The sampling technique that was probability sampling by using simple random sampling. The hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results show that: There was an impact of students attitude towards the learning subject on the results to the economic learning result. There was an impact of motivation of achievment to the economic learning result. There was an impact of self concept to the economic learning result. There was an impact together of students attitude towards the learning subject, motivation of achievement, and self concept to the economic learning result.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap siswa terhadap mata pelajaran, motivasi berpretasi, dan konsep diri terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS dengan jumlah 137 siswa dan sampel 102 siswa yang ditentukan dengan rumus Cochran. Abstract

The goal of this research is to acknowledge the affect of learning environtment in school, learning motivation, and learning discipline to the learning result of integrated social science students class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Punduh Pedada year 2012/2013. The population of this research are as much as five classes with total 172 students. With utilize Slovin formula by sampling probabilty obtained 120 samples. The method that will be use in this research is verificatif research with ex post facto approach. Based on the analysis acquired the result of the research which shows that, (1) there is an affect in learning environtment to the learning result of integrated social science, (2) there is an affect of learning motivation to to the learning result of integrated social science, (3) there is an affect of learning discipline to the learning result of integrated social science, (4) there is an affect of learning environtment, learning motivation, and learning discipline to the learning result of integrated social science. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan belajar di sekolah, motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Punduh Pedada Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 5 kelas dengan jumlah siswa keseluruhan 172 orang. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan probability sampling didapat sampel sebanyak 120 orang. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa, (1) ada pengaruh lingkungan belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, (2) ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, (3) ada pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu (4) ada pengaruh lingkungan belajar di sekolah, motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu.Kata kunci:  lingkungan, motivasi, disiplin

The method used was descriptive verification with ex post facto and surveys approach. The population in this study were all the students of class VIII consist of 339 students and the sample was 183 students who were determined by the Slovin formula. The sampling technique that was probability sampling by using simple random sampling. The hypothesis testing used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: There was an impact the style of learning on the results to the IPS integrated learning result. There was an impact of climate school to the IPS integrated learning result. Abstract

Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accounting and the ability to understand students' perceptions about the teaching methods of teachers about the learning outcomes of the accounting sub adjusting entries subject x grade students majoring in accounting SMK N 1 Metro school year 2012/2013. The population in this study were all students of class X of accounting majors SMK Negeri 1 Metro Academic Year 2012/2013 the number of students 94 students by the number of samples based on the formula T. Yamane as many as 76 students were taken with probability sampling technique using a simple random sampling of the next allocation of proportional sampling that samples taken more proportional. The method used in this research is descriptive research approach to verification with ex post facto and survey.Teknik data analysis using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The problem in this research is the ability to understand there is a positive effect of accounting problems and perceptions of teachers' methods of teaching students about the learning outcomes of the subject sub accounting adjusting entry accounting majors class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Metro Academic Year 2012/2013?. Based on the analysis of the obtained results show that: 1). There is a positive and significant ability to understand the problem of accounting for the results of sub-subject study accounting adjusting entry accounting majors class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Metro Academic Year 2012/2013. 2). There is a positive and significant influence on students 'perceptions of teachers' teaching methods on learning outcomes of the subject sub accounting adjusting entry accounting majors class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Metro Academic Year 2012/2013. 3). There is a positive and significant accounting and the ability to understand the questions about the students' perceptions of teachers teaching methods on learning outcomes of accounting students of class X of accounting majors SMK Negeri 1 Metro Academic Year
