Abstract

Komunikasi memegang peranan penting untuk kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Pelaksanaan strategi komunikasi yang baik akan mempermudah perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui strategi corporate communication yang diterapkan PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Juanda Surabaya melalui Instagram. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi corporate communication yang diterapkan di PT Angkasa PuraI (Persero) Juanda Surabaya melalui Instagram didasarkan pada kerangka kerja yang mencakup perusahaan, pesan-pesan, konstituen, dan respon konstituen.

Abstract

Terdesak oleh pemenuhan kebutuhan yang meningkat, beberapa orang yang menjadi karyawan dan mendapat gaji dalam periode waktu tertentu memilih untuk memiliki pekerjaan tambahan. Diantaranya memilih mengelola bisnis sebagai upaya mencari pendapatan tambahan. Disisi lain, mahasiswa cenderung menjadi job seeker sesuai prodi yang dijalani daripada menjadi job creater setelah lulus. Mengelola bisnis sekaligus menjadi karyawan bisa menjadi solusi tapi menjalankan lebih dari satu pekerjaan memerlukan rencana strategis demi mampu menjalankan tanggungjawab secara penuh. Mahasiswa dipilih sebagai target supaya mampu menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan minat sebagai wirausaha dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Melihat dari masalah tersebut maka diselenggarakan webinar edukasi mengenai hybrid entrepreneurship yaitu mengelola bisnis sekaligus menjalani pekerjaan utama sebagai karyawan perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan materi adalah lecture dengan target peserta webinar adalah mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Madiun. Hasil yang diharapkan dari webinar ini adalah mahasiswa mampu memiliki pengetahuan mengenai hybrid entrepreneurship untuk digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the internship program for link and match between universities and the industrial world. This study uses a qualitative method based on the assumption that qualitative research emphasizes the nature of naturalism, meaning that the emerging reality becomes the study material in this study so that the object of research and problems regarding the analysis of the effectiveness of the internship program for synchronizing link and match universities with the business world of the industrial world will be disclosed. in detail and depth. Researchers also do not give treatment or treatment to the object, so that the object is left as it is in its original condition. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the internship carried out was assessed by the company and the student interns as having been effective, lack of technical skills (computers and operating facilities), soft skills (communication, adaptation, interaction, work discipline) and the need to improve technical skills such as operating computers, English, soft skills such as communication, discipline, ethics and adaptation and interaction.Keywords: link and match, internship, effectiveness

Abstract

Work discipline is a person's awareness and willingness to comply with all applicable company regulations and social norms. One of the elements to developing excellence in human resources is work discipline. The company's work culture is designed to maximize employee performance, which will have an effect on the expansion of the company's performance.. The better the work discipline of employees, the company's goals will be achieved optimally. This study aims to determine the work discipline of Quality Control Department employees at PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) Madiun which is focused on strategies to build work discipline according to Priansa (2019). Descriptive qualitative methodology is used in this research. The data sources used include primary data sources from observation and interviews, secondary data sources from documentation, and online sources. The data obtained was then presented systematically and then compared with Priansa's theory regarding strategies to build work discipline consisting of seven indicators. The result show that the Quality Control Department has implemented a strategy to build employee work discipline, namely by providing awards, training, counseling, and applying technology within the company. However, the Quality Control Department has not implemented a strategy to build work discipline, build an ergonomic workplace environment, avoid excessive demands on employees, and take vacations

Abstract

Urged by the fulfillment of increasing needs, some people who become employees and receive salaries for a certain period decide to have an additional job. Some people decided to manage a business as an effort to get more additional income. Besides, when college student graduation, they tend become job seekers linear to their study rather than become job creators. Manage business as well as being an employee should be a solution but holding more than one job, requires strategic plan to be able to hold full responsibilities. The reason student are chosen is to be able to grow and develop interest as entrepreneurs in creating jobs. So an educational webinar on hybrid entrepreneurship was held, namely managing a business while carrying out the main job as an employee of the company. The method used to deliver this issues is lectures with participants of the webinar is Madiun State Polytechnic students. The prospect result of this webinar is that students are able to have knowledge about hybrid entrepreneurship to be used in decision making.
