Abstract

Jurnal ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis nilai nilai barokah dalam pendidikan agama Islam khususnya dalam dunia pendidikan Pesantren. Senter dari jurnal ini adalah nilai barokah itu sendiri yang berada dalam pendidikan pesantren khususnya di Pesantren Zainul Hasan 2 Tambelang-Krucil Probolinggo. Pembahasan nilai barokah sebagai titik temu yang nantinya akan menjadi tambahan teologi keagaaman dalam tradisi pesantren. Jurnal ini diteliti dengan metode penelitian lapangan dengan studi kasus di Pondok Pesantren Zainul Hasan 2 Tambelang-Krucil. Jurnal ini juga terkomulatif dari observasi lapangan melalui metode wawancara serta dokumentasi. Dalam jurnal ini ada ini benang merah pembahasan bahwasanya nilai-nilai barokah dapat diperoleh dengan pengabdian yang taat yang nantinya akan di transfer melalu seseorang kepada orang lain. Dalam hal ini dari kiyai kepada santri, tentunya dengan berbagai macam cara agar santri tersebut memperoleh barokah.Kata Kunci: Nilai barakah, Pesantren, Pendidikan Agama IslamAbstrakThis journal aims to analyze the values of blessing in Islamic religious education, especially in the world of Islamic boarding school education. The flashlight of this journal is the value of blessing itself which is in Islamic boarding school education, especially at the Zainul Hasan Islamic Boarding School 2 Tambelang-Krucil Probolinggo. Discussion of the value of blessing as a meeting point which will later become an addition to religious theology in the pesantren tradition. This journal was researched using field research methods with a case study at the Zainul Hasan Islamic Boarding School 2 Tambelang-Krucil. This journal is also cumulative from field observations through interviews and documentation methods. In this journal, there is a common thread of discussion that barokah values can be obtained with obedient devotion which will later be transferred through one person to another. In this case, from the kyai to the santri, of course, in various ways so that the santri get blessings.Keywords: The value of blessing, Islamic boarding school, Islamic education

Abstract

Pengorganisasian dipondok pesantren menjadi sarana untuk pembagian untuk menciptakan iklim kerja yang terstruktur, serta mampu menciptakan perilaku yang sesuai dengan tujuan pondok pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan islam. Pengasuh pondok pesantren memiliki peranan sebagai pengambil keputusan dalam menggerakan semua warga pondok pesantren yang terkait dengan pembagian tugas dan peran masing-masing dipondok pesantren. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian lapangan dipondok pesantren Raiyatul Husnan. Jurnal ini menggukan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam jurnal ini menunjukan bahwa keefektifan organisasi tentu dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan seorang Kyai sebagai pimpinan dan pelaksana utama perilaku organisasi sekaligus penanggung jawab sebuah organisasi pondok pesantren. Kepemimpinan karismatik menjadi kunci utama keberhasilan efektifitas kepemimpinan pondok pesantren sehingga Kyai bisa memberikan pengaruh pikiran dan perilaku anggota organisasi.

Abstract

Education is an awareness that is designed to support the learning environment and the learning process so that learners can actively develop their potential to have spiritual strength, noble character, and the necessary skills themselves, society, nation, and state. In education can not be separated what is called Character Education. According to Fenty Sulasty, there are 18 character values developed, including responsibility, religious, honest, tolerant, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, and democracy. Other values include love of peace, respect for others, love of the motherland, and the spirit of Honor. Researchers use qualitative research with a descriptive approach to explain the phenomena that are happening in SMP Plus Al Masduqiah, which then the information obtained is then interpreted and written in the form of words or descriptive based on facts obtained at the time of the research site. The results of the study were the management of Character Education in the guidance of noble morals in SMP Plus Al Masduqiah through planning and implementation. Implementation of character education in SMP Plus Al Masduqiah such as morning apples, exemplary, learning, control, evaluation. SMP Plus Al Masduqiah requires its students to follow the extracurricular Scout Movement in order to have a good attitude of discipline and integrity.

Abstract

The focus of research which became the main study in this study was about the acceleration program to read the yellow book in Islamic Boarding Schools. The learning acceleration program is a program to improve the quality of learning for students, especially students who live in Islamic boarding schools. In this study, researchers want to explain two topics regarding the acceleration of reading the yellow book in Islamic boarding schools and the quality of students with the acceleration program and focused on students at the Tasanawiyah Madrasah level. The existence of an acceleration program aims to increase the causality and validity of student learning in working on the yellow book which is the main material of teaching. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques are interviews, conservation and documentation. Data analysis techniques that researchers use is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The result of this research was that Santri, who was initially somewhat difficult to learn and understand the book of Turats, became easier to understand. Thus, in accordance with the target set by the pesantren within two years, students can graduate and move to a more challenging level, namely the Takhassus program.

Abstract

Implementasi budaya organisasi di MA Badridduja bertujuan meningkatkan suasana akademik. Budaya organisasi memengaruhi nilai, norma, dan perilaku dalam institusi. Penelitian ini dipilih karena relevansi, dukungan manajemen, dan potensi perubahan yang diperoleh.Penelitian di MA Badridduja menggunakan metode kualitatif. Dan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif, studiliteratur, dan analisis kualitatif untuk memahami budaya organisasi. Wawancara dan observasi langsung digunakan untuk data lengkap. Pendekatan holistik ini diharapkan memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang budaya organisasi dan dampaknya pada suasana akademik.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan agar peserta didik dapat memperoleh skill IT untuk lulusan MA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong dengan menerapkan program unggulan prodistik. MA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong berkolaborasi dengan Universitas Negeri Malang Fakultas Pendidikan dan Prodi Teknologi Pendidikan. Kerjasama ini mengingatkankan bahwasannya teknologi informasi sangat penting pada perkembangan zaman ini. Perencanaan program prodistik merupakan perancangan kegiatan pembelajaran, suatu rangkaian yang mana pendidik medampingi, dan membimbing siswa agar memperoleh pengetahuan dan untuk mencapai pembelajaran yang telah diterapkan melalui proses menyiapkan bahan pembelajaran menggunakan metode dan pendekatan pembelajaran, penggunaan teknik pengajaran dan penetapan evaluasi, yang akan dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Dalam metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dari program prodistik ini memperlihatkan bahwasannya program dirancang menggunakan data dan fakta yang benar. Program ini mempunyai tujuan yang jelas yaitu mencetak siswa MA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong memiliki ilmu pengetahuan di bidang IT yang amat di butuhkan di zaman sekarang. Kata Kunci: Implementasi Manajemen Prodistik, Peserta Didik, Skill IT Abstract This research aims to ensure that students can obtain IT skill for MA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong graduates by implementing superior prodistics programs. MA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong collaborates with the state University of Malang, Faculty of Education and Educational Technology Studi Program. This collaboratioan reminds us that information technology is very important in today’s developments. Prodstic program planning is the design of learning activities, a series in which educators accompany and guide students to gain knowledge and to actieve the learning that has been implementasi through the process of preparing learning materials using learning methods and approaches, using teaching techniques and determining evaluations, which will be carried out in certain period of time, in this research method, qualitative methods used, this productivist program shows that the program was designed using correct data and facts. This program has a clear goal, namely to produce MA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong students whith knowledge in the IT field which is really needed nowadays. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Output dari penelitian ini adalah agar fungsi dari sistem manajemen informasi pendidikan dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru di MI Nahdlatul Ulama kraksaan. Guru merupakan salah satu aspek yang mana tak kalah vital dari pembelajaran itu sendiri. Melalui tenaga pendidik, seorang pimpinan lembaga dapat menyalurkan visi misi lembaga yang di kelola nya melalui tenaga pendidik tersebut. Proses perencanaan, pengelolaan, pengorganisasian, merupakan kegiatan administratif. yang mana proses tersebut merupakan bagian dari pengambilan keputusan seorang pemimpin lembaga. Lalu selanjutnya, informasi yang di butuhkan oleh pengelola tersebut di sediakan sistem manajemen informasi (SMI) adalah suatu sistem yang mengelola seluruh laporan yang ada dalam lembaga tersebut. Seluruh fungsi manajemen baik itu pengorganisasian, pengelolaan, pengendalian, dan pengoperasian sangat di butuhkan untuk keberhasilan kegiatan maupun visi misi sekolah. Maka dari itu, penerapan sistem informasi akademik sangat perlu di sektor pendidikan. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Pendidikan, Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik Abstract This research uses qualitative approach. Output from this research is that the functions of the education information management system can improve teacherperformance at MI Nahdlatul Ulama Kraksaan. Teachers are an aspect that is no less vital than learning it self. Through teaching staff, an institution leader can channel the vision of the mission of the the institution he manages through the teaching staff. The process of planning, managing, organizing, are administrative activities where this process is part of the decision making of an institution leader. Then next, the information needed by the manager is provided by the information management system (SMI), namely a system that manages all the report contained in that institution. All management functions, including organizing, managing, controlling, and operating, are very much needed for the succes of the school’s activities and vision and mission. Abstract

Abstract The implementation of the principal's job training program is related to the recruitment of teaching staff at SDN Bucor Kulon I. One of the key players in this regard is the principal, who is the manager of educational management and technology responsibilities and who believes that he will be able to manage faculty resources through methods such as teacher certification examinations, professional training courses, and awarding student scholarships. The words «principal and school» are combined to become «principal». The teacher can be called the chairman or leader in an organization, but the school is an institution whose main task is to carry out the teaching process. Learning is the cornerstone of all academic activities; it takes some form of interaction between students and teachers to ensure that each student has the necessary academic, economic, social, and ethical skills.
