Abstract

Kinerja yang rendah salah satunya disebabkan oleh ketidakhadiran, suatu pekerjaan akan sulit diselesaikan apabila pegawainya tidak hadir di kantor. Tingkat kepatuhan pegawai terhadap peraturan kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Bandung salah satunya angka keterlambatan dan ketidakhadiran masih melebihi standar yang ditetapkan sehingga perlu adanya monitoring, evaluasi, dan pembinaan yang lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Dengan ketidakhadiran pegawai, maka akan adanya perilaku yang dilakukan oleh pegawai lain, misalnya membantu tugas rekan kerja yang tidak hadir dan hal tersebut termasuk kedalam Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk, mengetahui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) di Kementerian Agama Kota Bandung, mengetahui kinerja di Kementerian Agama Kota Bandung, mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja pegawai Kementerian Agama Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 99 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi renier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dalam Uji F yang memperoleh nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel yaitu 57.992>3.94. kinerja pegawai kementerian agama kota bandung dipengaruhi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebesar 37% dan sisanya sebesar 63% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya. One of the low performance caused by absenteeism, a job will be difficult to complete if the employee is not present at the office. The level of employee compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Religion in Bandung, one of which is the number of delays and absentees still exceeds the set standards, so there is a need for monitoring, evaluation, and guidance that are further enhanced. In the absence of employees, there will be behavior carried out by other employees, for example helping the work of colleagues who are absent and this is included in the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The purpose of this study was to find out the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Bandung City Ministry of Religion, determine the performance at the Bandung City Ministry of Religion, determine the effect of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the performance of Bandung City Ministry of Religion employees. The research method used was a survey. The sample of this study were 99 people. The analytical method used is a simple renier regression analysis. The results showed that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This was proven in the F Test which obtained a Fcount greater than Ftable that is 57,992> 3.94. The performance of Bandung City Ministry of Religion is influenced by the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) by 37% and the remaining 63% is influenced by other variables.
