Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to discuss the meaning of sex and gender orientation is for LGBT, to analyze it the discourse of Foucault and Freud's sexuality, then whether countries have provided a sense of security and social security relating to the identity of LGBT people. Indonesian people tend to have homophobic attitudes towards LGBT. This discriminatory attitude from the community comes because of insufficient language to interpret one's gender identity. The language that is mastered by Indonesian people are binary, male or female, if it is not included in the grouping it will be considered abnormal as LGBT gender identity. This research method by analyzing the literature that the author summarizes and uses the discourse of Foucault and Freud's sexuality. The results of this study that LGBT still experience discrimination in the community, while the Constitution is not yet able to protect the problem of discrimination. The conclusions from the results of the analysis and a collection of several research results which the author summarizes, clearly say that Indonesia is a country that does not protect and does not guarantee the rights of LGBT people. Abstract

The objectives of the study were (1) to find out the implementation of religious tolerance values ​​among employees within the Bappeda of Bengkulu Province, (2) to describe the faktors supporting the implementation of religious tolerance values ​​to employees within the Bappeda of Bengkulu Province. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation and analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the study show that implementation can be seen from 3 indicators, namely: Policy, Implementation and Behavior of Religious Tolerance. The conclusions of the research are (1) the implementation of the value of religious tolerance on employees within the Bappeda of Bengkulu Province has been going well and there has never been a violation of tolerance behavior; (2) The supporting faktor for implementing the value of religious tolerance for employees within the Bappeda of Bengkulu Province is an attitude of respect and appreciation that has been internalized within each individual. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to 1) How was the online learning process during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the social studies subject for junior high school students in RT 18 RW 04 Kelurahan Jalan Gedang, Gading Cempaka District, Bengkulu City. In an online-based learning effort during the Covid-19 Pandemic, students can carry out learning through a zoom application that uses a laptop or cellphone, junior high school students do not always learn to use the zoom application because within a day there are junior high school students working on assignments given by the teacher at the school then sends the assignment via e-mail or whatshapp message. 2) The factors inhibiting the parents of these students often occur in RT 18 RW 04 Kelurahan Jalan Gedang, Gading Cempaka District, Bengkulu City and also experienced by many other parents in other areas especially parents of students who live in areas with difficult signals. to be reached and under economic conditions. Because there are several obstacles in the learning process such as: a) The difficulty of managing time to supervise children and doing work in the office, b) There are many needs that must be fulfilled such as laptops, quotas, cell phones, c ) The limitations of parents who are teachers at home and d) Children tend to be lazy about learning. Abstract

The aim of this study; 1) To find out the increase in student achievement; 2) To find out the activities of teachers and students in learning; 3) To determine the skills of teachers in managing learning; and 4) To find out student responses to learning in the use of picture media to get good learning outcomes in the Integrated Social Sciences class IX SMPN 3 Bengkulu City. The subjects of this study were students of class IX-2 SMP Negeri 3 Bengkulu City which consisted of 28 students. Data was collected using tests (pre-test and post-test) for student learning outcomes, using observation sheets for teacher and student activities, observation sheets for teacher skills in managing learning, and student response questionnaires on the use of picture media. Data analysis used descriptive statistics of percentages. The research results obtained; 1) The percentage of completeness individually increased, in cycle I there were 18 students who completed individually and 10 students who did not complete from 28 students (64%), in cycle II there were 24 students who completed individually and 4 students who did not complete from 28 students (86%). The percentage of classical completeness increased from 60% in the first cycle to 90% in the second cycle; (2) the activities of teachers and students increase to match the ideal percentage of time; (3) The skills of teachers in the application of the use of picture media increased from moderate (2.5) to good (3.7); and (4) students' responses to the use of picture media were 92.9% of the 28 students answered that they could clarify the understanding of the material being studied using picture media. In conclusion, the use of caricature media as a learning medium can increase the interest and learning outcomes of class IX-2 SMP Negeri 3 Bengkulu City students in Integrated Social Studies learning on population dynamics material. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of parents in instilling Islamic religious values ​​in children and to analyze what factors influence the role of parents in instilling Islamic religious values ​​in children in Dusun Pulau Village, Air Rami District, Mukomuko Regency, Bengkulu Province. . This type of research is qualitative research. Collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study, the role of parents in instilling Islamic religious values ​​in children in the family, namely being educators/teachers at home, parents as facilitators, parents as advisers and supervisors for children and parents giving influence to children. Factors that influence the role of parents in instilling Islamic religious values ​​in children are first the family environment, household atmosphere caused by working parents so that parents find it difficult to distribute time between work and children; the two school environments in this study are informal school environments, namely very adequate TPA such as; learning facilities and competent teachers, the third community environment that is influenced by friends to hang out with. In conclusion, the role of parents in instilling Islamic religious values ​​in children based on research results has played a good role, several factors influence the role of parents in instilling Islamic religious values ​​in children in Dusun Pulau Village, Air Rami District, Mukomuko Regency, Bengkulu Province, namely family environmental factors, school environmental factors and community environmental factors. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the personality and work motivation to influence the normative commitment of the principal. This study used a survey method involving 90 school principals from public high schools in DKI Jakarta. The data obtained were analyzed using the path analysis approach. In conclusion, personality and work motivation have a positive direct effect on normative commitment of school principals. This indicates that the better the personality and the higher the work motivation, the higher the normative commitment of the school principal. Abstract

This research aims to examine how the development of National Character-Based Mathematical Learning Media (Comics). This research is a development study using plomp model consisting of 3 stages namely: Initial investigation, Prototype Manufacturing and product assessment. The development test was conducted to a small group of 5 students and 1 Maths Teacher. The results of the study obtained data from the validation of media experts obtained a score of 76% with a very valid category, validation of language experts obtained a score of 86.36% with very valid criteria and validation of material experts obtained a score of 82.23% with criteria also very valid then the media was corrected according to the advice of the validator. Product trials by conducting practicality tests by teachers obtained a score of 80.76% with a very practical category and practicality tests to a small group obtained results of 84.23% with very practical criteria. In conclusion, the learning media (Comics) of National Character-Based Mathematics that have been developed is practically feasible to be used in the learning process. Abstract

The purpose of this research is so that the next generation has a balanced knowledge between general knowledge and knowledge of national values. This research uses research and development (R&D). The data used in this study is sourced from validation sheets, validation sheets are used to obtain data about the validation results of experts on HOTS-based math problems. The problem was developed using plomp model consisting of four stages, namely preliminary investigation phase, design phase, realization/construkction phase, test stage, evaluation, and revision phase. In terms of validity, at the validation stage I, HOTS-based math problems are said to be invalid and not yet feasible to use. In phase II all suggestions of validators have been corrected and are said to be very valid and worth using. The material expert's assessment of the question obtained a percentage result of 84%, fall into the category is very valid. In conclusion, math problems based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) national integration in students in grade VII even semesters are said to be feasible to use after being declared valid by the material expert. Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity of the development and practicality of using animated video teaching materials based on character education for class VIII SMP/MTs on linear equation systems. This research is a research and development research and development (R & D) using a 4D model consisting of 4 stages, namely, Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate. Product trials were carried out in small groups of 14 students of class VIII and mathematics teachers. The results of the study where at the validation stage consisted of 4 validation people, namely 1 media expert, 1 character education value expert and 2 material experts with an average validation percentage of 82.94% with the "Very Valid" category. At the product trial stage to determine the practicality of using this mathematics module using a small group test (student responses) and the teacher's response obtaining an average score of 81.62% in the "Good" category. So it can be concluded that the development of animated video teaching materials based on character education for class VIII SMP/MTs on the linear equation system material that has been developed is valid and practical so that it is feasible to be used in the learning process.
