Abstract

This study was designed to describe and manage integrated tourism areas in the Masigit Village, Cipatat District, West Bandung Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method using primary and secondary data. The results of this study produce a description of the debate in the tourist area such as opposing the road to the location which is still a dirt road and bumpy and when it rains it becomes very muddy. Then in the development of the amount of money from three attractions in Indiana Camp Monthly income can reach Rp. 2,000,000-Rp. 20,000,000. The percentage of the number of visits also increased, Winus visits in 2014 amounted to 93.27% increased in 2018 to 98.35% while foreign tourists in 2014 amounted to 0.065% increased to 1.65% in 2018.

Abstract

The Upper Citarik sub-watershed area is part of the Citarum watershed. Most of the surrounding land is used as agricultural areas, gardens, rice fields, forests, and settlements. With most of the people working as farmers, it causes land degradation due to agricultural extensification. Because the Cicalengka area is estimated to be the final part of the Lembang Fault, and an area that has experiencing changes of land use, this study aims to examine the relationship between the morphotectonic aspects of the Upper Citarik watershed and land use around the Citarik River. The approach used to identify morphotectonic influences in the research area is the analysis of the ridge lineament pattern as well as geomorphic analysis in the form of bifurcation ratio (Rb), drainage density (Dd), mountain front sinousity (Smf), and valley floor width to height ratio (Vf). The dominant pattern of ridge lineaments in the study area is northeast-southwest, resulting in mountains oriented northwest-southeast. The average Rb value is 3.64, Dd ranges from 0.25-10, Vf with an average of 0.62, and the Smf value ranges from 1.11-1.64 in the north and 1.3-2.39 in the south. It can be interpreted that the tectonic activity of the surrounding area is classified as moderately active tectonic, and there are differences in tectonic classes between the northern and southern parts.

Abstract

Many people are buried in the subsequent landslide in Cimanggung, Sumedang Regency shows that rapid mapping during the first landslide is necessary in order to detect areas prone to subsequent landslides. The aim of this study is to conduct rapid mapping using Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technology in disaster-affected areas in Cimanggung, Sumedang Regency, West Java Province by identifying changes in the shape of the affected area and slopes before and after the landslide. This mapping uses the DJI Phantom 4 RTK UAV model which was flown at a height of 100 meters from the research location with an area of ​​6134 m2. The results of this mapping will produce output in the form of photos and digital elevation models (DEM) in areas affected by landslides. The slope profile at the research location at the time of the landslide based on aerial photos was 14.50 and before the landslide based on the RBI Map it was 15.80. While the slope around the landslide incident location based on aerial photo data is 19.20. The results of the analysis of the causes of landslides from the geomorphological aspect show the area affected by the landslide which is right in the valley that was built into a settlement. Weathering of rock is one of the key factors controlling the landslide.

Abstract

Isu lingkungan seringkali berhubungan dengan masalah sampah dan berhubungan erat dengan masyarakat. Masalah sampah merupakan salah satu isu lingkungan yang dialami segenap lapisan masyarakat, tidak terkecuali masyarakat di kawasan pemukiman yang berhubungan dengan sampah rumah tangga. Di masa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini, masalah sampah perlu mendapat perhatian serius karena berdampak pada kondisi kebersihan lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Penerapan pembatasan sosial dan bekerja dari rumah berdampak langsung terhadap produksi sampah padat rumah tangga yang berkaitan dengan alat pelindung diri di masa pandemi Covid-19 seperti masker, pelindung muka, sarung tangan, dan sebagainya. Selain itu, beberapa jenis sampah lain seperti makanan dan minuman kemasan juga bertambah seiring dengan kegiatan masyarakat yang lebih banyak dilakukan di rumah dibandingkan di luar rumah. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, kegiatan sosialisasi pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga perlu dilakukan melalui platform digital secara daring dengan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) modifikasi terhadap masyarakat di beberapa daerah di Jawa Barat. Materi yang disampaikan sebagian besar mengenai berbagai jenis sampah rumah tangga dan cara pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga yang baik. Kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilakukan mendapat respon positif dari masyarakat. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari antusiasme masyarakat terhadap kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilakukan, khususnya karena isu lingkungan dan masalah sampah rumah tangga perlu ditangani.

Abstract

Groundwater is the water contained in bedrock or regolith, it can also be said to flow naturally to the surface of the soil through jets or seepage. Groundwater has an important role especially for human needs. The research area is administratively located in Cipatat District, West Bandung Regency. Geographically it is located at 6°46'4.84" LS – 6°53'54.30" LS and 107°18'7.44' E – 107°28'53.23" E. The development of the Cipatat area in industrial, service, trade and residential activities can affect the use of groundwater and will continue to increase. The purpose of this study was to identify the potential of water resources using remote sensing methods supported by Geographic Information Systems (GIS), data processing using secondary data and conducting field checks. Satellite image processing classifies Cipatat land class images divided into 4 types of land, from low to high pixel values, namely water body distribution land, ground cover vegetation, plantation vegetation and grasses, as well as forest vegetation, dry fields, and rocky soils. The results of data processing showed that the water critical areas in the study area had a percentage of 3-10% in Bojongheulang, Cipageran, Cirawemekar Mandala sari dan Rajamandala and safe areas with a percentage of 11-51% in Campaka Mekar, Ciburuy, Cihea, Cipatat, Gunung Masigit dan Padalarang. Based on the correlation test of the distribution area of ​​Cipatat and its surrounding vegetation with the distribution area of ​​groundwater, it shows a strong relationship and influences each other. Field checks were carried out in the North and South Cibatat areas.

Abstract

Disasters are events that can endanger life and disrupt people's lives. It can be caused by natural and non-natural factors, as well as those caused intentionally by humans, resulting in fatalities, property losses, natural and environmental damage, and psychological effects on disaster victims. Natural disasters themselves are a threat to the community and the Regent. The Rumpin District, Bogor Regency, as the capital of the candidate for the newly autonomous region of West Bogor Regency, has triggered population growth and the development of the area has become very fast. Deliberation of the potential and resources owned and assessed to be a strategic area because it borders the City of South Tangerang, Banten. Therefore, the activities of managing natural resources and the environment as well as regional development must pay attention to the preservation of their functions and capabilities so that development activities do not become a trigger for disasters, and the location of the development must be in an area that is safe from disasters. This study was conducted to find out how the geological conditions are related and the factors that affect the potential for landslides, and to make a map of the land movement susceptibility zone in the research area. This research uses Geographic Information System (GIS) and the parameter assessment method, where the parameters needed are geological parameters, soil type, rainfall, land use, and slope. The disaster risk zoning is expected to be a source of knowledge for the community and the city government of Bogor for disaster mitigation and increase awareness related to land movement vulnerability zones.

Abstract

Subduksi antara Lempeng Samudra Indo-Australia dan Lempeng Benua Eurasia membentuk Indonesia berada di wilayah cincin api yang memiliki potensi panas bumi yang besar. Gunung Seulawah Agam dan sekitarnya, Kabupaten Aceh Besar, Provinsi Aceh, dipilih sebagai daerah studi dikarenakan memiliki manifestasi panas bumi di permukaan, mengindikasikan daerah tersebut memiliki potensi panas bumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis pengindraan jauh dan perhitungan variabel morfotektonik dengan menggunakan peta Rupa Bumi Indonesia (RBI) dan citra Digital Elevation Model Nasional (DEMNAS). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pola utama kelurusan geologi dan tingkat aktivitas tektonik yang menggambarkan karakteristik morfotektonik dan hubungannya terhadap kemunculan manifestasi panas bumi di daerah studi. Karakteristik morfotektonik di daerah ini menunjukkan daerah yang mengalami tingkat pengangkatan rendah hingga tinggi (nilai Vf ; 0,47 – 1,24), terdeformasi dan tidak terdeformasi (nilai Rb ; 2,98 – 6,27), memiliki tingkat aktivitas tektonik sedang hingga aktif (nilai Smf ; 1,07 – 2,07) dan kerapatan kelurusan rendah hingga tinggi (Ld ; 0 – 1,51 km-1). Kemunculan manifestasi panas bumi permukaan terdapat pada tepi dan perpotongan kelurusan-kelurusan struktur geologi (patahan) yang memiliki pola utama berarah baratlaut - tenggara. Daerah tersebut merupakan daerah yang memiliki kerapatan kelurusan sedang hingga tinggi dan tingkat aktivitas tektonik sedang hingga aktif.
