Abstract

Low P availability is the main constraint for crops on acidic soil such as an Ultisols due to high soil P sorption. The objective of current research was to determine the effect of coal fly ash-chicken manure mixture application on P use efficiency by corn (Zea mays L.) in Ultisols. The research were arranged according to Factorial Completely Randomized Design with three replicates. The treatments tested were the rates of FA-CM mixture (w/w of 1:1) that consisted of 0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 tons ha-1, and P fertilizer rates that consisted of 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 times of P requirement to achieve of 0.2 μg P mL-1 in soil solution (equivalence to 0, 87, 174, 261 and 348 kg P2O5 ha-1). Results of current research showed that P use efficiency by corn on Ultisols had been increased through the addition of FA-CM in combination with P fertilization at the rate of 87 kg P2O5 ha-1. The optimum rate of FA-CM in combination with P fertilizer at the rate of 87 kg P2O5 ha-1 is 28.60 tons ha-1, with P uptake efficiency of 42.41 % and agronomic P efficiency of 82.53 mg shoot dry weight/mg P from fertilizer.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Peranan gambut terhadap lahan degradasi menjadi sangat penting dan bernilai dalam hal cadangan karbon karena berdampak terhadap hilangnya vegetasi akibat penggundulan dan kebakaran hutan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada lahan gambut pada agrosistem kelapa sawit di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menduga cadangan karbon gambut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedalaman gambut berkisar antara 200 – 850 cm, bulk density antara 0,211 – 0,347 g cm-3 dan kandungan organik C sekitar 56,30 - 58,31%. Prediksi cadangan karbon adalah sebesar 1,675.361 - 9.055,922 ton C ha-1. The Prediction of Peatland Carbon Stocks in Oil Palm AgroecosystemsABSTRACT. The role of peat on degraded land becomes extremely important and valuable, for being the last carbon stocks because of the loss of vegetation due to deforestation and forest fires. This research was conducted in peatlands that have been used for oil palm agro-ecosystem, Ogan Komering Ilir District,  South Sumatra. The purpose of the study was to estimate carbon stocks in peatlands. The results showed that the peat depth ranged from 200 to 850 cm, the bulk density between 0.211 to 0.347 g cm-3 and the organic C content of approximately 56.30 -58.31%. The prediction of carbon stock ranged from 1.675,361 ton C ha-1 to 9.055,922 ton C ha-1.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian campuran abu terbang-kotoran ayam (ATB-KA) terhadap perubahan titik muatan nol (TMN) tanah dan dampaknya terhadap jerapan dan ketersediaan P pada Ultisol. Dua perlakuan yang diuji adalah ATB-KA (w/w 1:1) pada dosis 0, 15, 30, 45 dan 60 ton ha-1, dan pemupukan P pada dosis 0, 87, 174, 261 dan 348 kg P2O5 ha-1.  Perlakuan ini ditata dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap yang diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi CATK untuk setiap dosis pemupukan P berkorelasi secara nyata dengan status tanah TMN, pH, muatan negatif, jerapan dan ketersediaan P. TMN berkorelasi positif dengan pH dan muatan negatif. Muatan negatif secara nyata berkorelasi negatif dengan jerapan P, dan berkorelasi positif dengan P tersedia. Modification of PZS of Soil With Variable Charge by Application of Coal Fly Ash-Chicken Manure MixtureABSTRACT. The objective of current research was to study the effect of coal fly ash-chicken manure mixture (FA-CM) on the changes on the soil PZC status and its impact on P sorption and availability in Ultisols. Two treatments - FA-CM mixture (w/w of 1:1) at the rate of 0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 ton ha-1, and P fertilization at the rate of 0, 87, 174, 261 and 348 kg P2O5 ha-1 were tested.  These treatments were arranged according to Factorial Completely Random Design with three replicates. The results showed that the application of FA-CM for each dosages of P fertilizer correlated significantly with the status of soils PZC, pH, negative charge, P sorption and P-available. PZC has possitive correlation with pH and negative charge. Negative charge has a significantly negative correlation with P sorption, and posssitively correlation with P-available.

Abstract

Beberapa permasalahan manajemen hijauan di dalam pengintegrasian usaha ternak pada perkebunan kelapa sawit dan karet adalah penurunan cahaya seiring dengan pertumbuhan kanopi tanaman pokok. studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh tingkat cahaya dan jenis Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular (FMA) pada kepadatan spora serta tingkat kolonisasi FMA serta mengkaji hubungan antara kepadatan spora dan tingkat kolonisasi dengan kandungan Fosfor, produksi tajuk dan biomasa serta efektifitas  produksi tajuk dan biomasa legum Puero. Perlakuan terdiri dari 4 level naungansebagai petak utama (0%, 25%, 50%, dan 75%) serta  4 jenis FMA sebagai anak petak )indigenous, G. manihotis, indigenous + G. manihotis  dan tanpa inokulasi). Kepadatan spora dipengaruhi oleh tingkat naungan sedangkan tingkat kolonisasi akar dipengaruhi naungan dan inokulasi FMA. Terdapat korelasi positif antara kolonisasi dengan kandungan P, produksi tajuk dan biomasa tanaman, efektifitas produksi tajuk dan efektifitas produksi biomasa.Kata kunci: kepadatan spora, tingkat kolonisasi, Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular, Pueraria phaseoloides dan Naungan

Abstract

ABSTRACT Changes in Point of Zero Charge and Negative Charge of Coal Fly Ash due to Chicken Manures Addition Fly ash, coal combustion residue of thermal power plants, has been regarded as a problematic solid waste all over the world. Due to the environmental problems created by large-scale fly ash generation, efforts are being made to recycle these materials, such as to improve soil fertility as an ameliorant. In the present study, the possibility to improving the status of point of zero charge (PZC) and negative charge in fly ash (FA) and chicken manure (CM) mixtures was investigated. Fly ash was mixed with chicken manure composition of 0, 25, 75, and 100 % FA (w/w basis) and incubated for 15, 30, 45, and 60 days. Treatments arranged in factorial completely randomized design with 3 replicates. The results showed that the compositions of FA-CM and incubation period significantly affect the status of TMN, negative charge, P sorption and available-P. The mix of 50% FA with 45 days incubation tend to have a lower PZC and P sorption and higher negative charge and P-available. This composition could be use as an amelioran to improve the soils chemical properties in terms to decrease PZC and increase negatif charge, and it is necessary for further research.   Keywords: chicken manure, coal fly ash, point of zero charge, negative charge

Abstract

Relationship between the Organic Matter Content with Post Harvest Period of Forest Industrial Plant Acacia mangium Willd (Sabaruddin, S.N.A. Fitri, and L. Lestari): Timber harvesting may have significant effects on soil organic matter content through mechanical disturbance, inputs of logging slash, alterations in litter production, and leaching of dissolved organic matter, as well as the alteration of temperature and moisture regimes.  To investigate the effect of post-harvest period of tree harvesting on the dynamics of soil organic matter content, surface soils (0 to 10 cm and 10 to 20 cm) were collected from intact Acacia mangium Willd. plantation (control) and from A. mangium Willd. harvested in 2001, 2002, 2004, and 2006 in four replicates.  Each replicate consisted of composited 4 sub-samples.  Timber harvesting reduced litter accumulation on soil surface.  However, the amount of litter accumulated on soil surface increased as post-harvest period increased.  Timber harvesting significantly (p<0.001) affected soil organic matter content both in 0 to 10 cm and 10 to 20 cm.  The increases in soil organic matter content were significantly correlated (r=0.85; p<0.001 in 0 to10 cm and r=0.62; p<0.01 in 10 to 20 cm) with post harvest period.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the improvement of teacher discipline by providing teachers with a reward and punishment system. The subjects of this study were kindergarten teachers in Langkat district, totaling 20 teachers. The results of the research in the first cycle were 75% of teachers were able to apply the discipline of their arrival in every learning activity. The results of the research in the second cycle increased to 90% of teachers who were able to discipline the arrival time in each activity. In the first cycle there are 60% of teachers who complete the administration of learning preparation in their class, while in the second cycle it increases to 80%. Then in the first cycle there were 50% of the teachers did not reach the minimum curriculum target and in the second cycle it decreased to 20% did not reach the curriculum target. From this it can be concluded that teacher awareness in time discipline can improve student learning outcomes, as seen in the results of the research cycle I to cycle II, teacher performance and student learning outcomes have increased significantly. Keywords: discipline; punishment; reward  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan disiplin guru dengan memberikan guru sistem reward dan punisment. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru-guru TK di kabupaten Langkat yang berjumlah 20 orang guru. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I terdapat 75% guru mampu menerapkan disiplin kedatangannya di setiap kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 90% guru mampu melakukan disiplin waktu kedatangan di setiap kegiatan. Pada siklus I terdapat 60% guru yang lengkap administrasi persiapan pembelajaran di kelasnya, sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 80%. Kemudian pada siklus I terdapat 50% guru tidak mencapai target kurikulum minimal dan pada siklus II menurun menadi 20% tidak mencapai target kurikulum. Dari hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesadaran guru dalam disiplin waktu dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, terlihat pada hasil penelitian siklus I sampai dengan siklus II, kinerja guru dan hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan signifikan. Kata Kunci: disiplin; punishment; reward

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to know the growth and productivity of some strains of rice plant on dry planting season. This research was carried out in a BBT paddy fields (Integrated Seed Hall) Samahani Kuta Malaka, Aceh Besar Regency of Aceh Province, from Mai to October 2015. This study used a Randomized Design Group- nonfactor with 3 strains of rice that is: 14 1002 E, 11S3 E, 14 1009 and each repeated 3 times, so there are 9 units of the experiment. The observed variables are plant height  and tillers of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 weeks after planting, flowering age, age of harvest, panicle length, the weight of 1000 grains of paddy, the percentage of grain contains per clump, the percentage of empty grain per tiller, heavy grain contains per clump, heavy grain contains per plot, and potential yield. There is a difference in growth and high productivity of plants, the length and weight of1000 the panicle. The tallest plants found in strain14E1002, longest panicle found in strains of 11S3 and a weight of 1000 grains found in the highest strain 11S3. Strain 14E1009 in achieving higher per hectare results 7.43 tonnes per hectare at dry planting season. Keywords: growth, productivity, rice,strain,  dry planting season

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the variable of tax expense, tunneling incentive and leverage on transfer pricing with profitability as a moderating variable. This study is quantitative using secondary data obtained from manufacturing companies with food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stocks Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2020. The sampling process used a purposive sampling technique using several criteria that have been determined by the researcher. The data analysis technique used is panel data analysis using the statistical application of E-Views 12 as a data tool. The results of this study indicate that tax expense, tunneling incentive and leverage on transfer pricing together affect transfer pricing. Partially, tax expense and leverage have a positive insignificants effect on transfer pricing. Tunneling incentive has a positive significants effect on transfer pricing. And then, profitability has a positive significant with tax expense on transfer pricing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran online pada masapandemi Covid19 sebagai strategi pembelajaran dan capaian hasil belajar mahasiswafakultas teknik Unkhair. Pertanyaan yang ingin dijawab dari penelitian ini adalah:bagaimanakah pembelajaran online pada masa pandemi Covid19, bagaimanakahstrategi pembelajaran online pada masa pandemi Covid19 dan bagaimanakah hasilbelajar online pada masa pandemi Covid19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodekualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dandokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan reduksi data, penyusunandata dan kategorisasi.
