Abstract

Sericulture has been long time in South Sulawesi become one of agriculture activities.  Silk clothes is a tradition in South Sulawesi culture.  South Sulawesi is the main producer of cocoon and raw silk in Indonesia.  In recent years, the production of cocoon and raw silk was decreasing because of many factors, while demand of raw silk for weaving industry was increasing.  The purpose of this study are to find the relation among institution, conduct and performance of sericulture activity, to find institutional arrangement of sericulture, to find incentive that can improve efficiency and performance of sericulture.  The study was carried out in Enrekang and Soppeng of South Sulawesi and Luoding City of Guangdong Province, China.  Data were collected using structured interviews, direct observation and documentations.  The sample was consisted of 84 farmers, 3 civil servants, 2 sericulture experts, 2 egg producers,  drawn using combination of random sampling and purposive sampling.  The result of the study show that the difference in performance of sericulture in South Sulawesi and Guangdong because the difference in contract agreement between farmer and cocoon buyer, which make the the conduct of the farmer in Guangdong more consistent in their farming.  Sericulture in South Sulawesi need to arrange their economic institution to improve their performance.   Key words: institutional arrangement, sericulture, performance, South Sulawesi

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kebutuhan untuk terlaksananya pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga kesehatan di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah para guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga kesehatan berjumlah 12 orang dan guru kelas/mata pelajaran berjumlah 9 orang di Kota Makassar. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan berbagai teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu: Focused-Group Discussion (FGD), wawancara, observasi, dan juga dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian ini meliputi: Panduan FGD, Panduan Wawancara terstruktur, Lembar Observasi, dan Lembar dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif untuk datadata hasil kajian naratif terhadap berbagai temuan penelitian. Penelitian ini berhasil mengungkap berbagai kebutuhan pembelajaran penjasorkes yang terintegrasi dengan mata pelajaran lain. Kebutuhan tersebut adalah (1) penyamaan pemahaman tentang tujuan penjasorkes secara komprehensif, (2) diskusi secara intensif antara guru penjasorkes dan guru kelas untuk mengidentifikasi SKKD yang sesuai, dan (3) kolaborasi yang saling menguntungkan antara guru penjasorkes dan guru kelas untuk mengembangkan sarana prasarana dan media pembelajaran. Pembelajaran penjasorkes yang terintegrasi dengan mata pelajaran lain diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif inovasi pembelajaran masa depan di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media video terhadap hasil belajar TIK siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqaa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqaa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang yang berjumlah 70 orang, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel populasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan tes. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik statistik infrensial dalam bentuk T.tes.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat perbedaan hasil nilai antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol yakni Mx = 92 > My = 66,3. Perbedaan hasil nilai itu menunjukkan adanya pengaruh penggunaan media video terhadap hasil belajar TIK siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqaa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang 2015/2016. Hasil analisis menjelaskan bahwa nilai empiris 4,296 lebih besar daripada nilai total pada taraf signifikansi 5% yaitu 2,000 dan pada taraf signifikansi 1% yaitu 2,660.Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis kerja (Hi) yang menyatakan: “Ada pengaruh penggunaan media video terhadap hasil belajar TIK siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqaa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang 2015/2016 ”, diterima. Sedangkan hipotesis nihil (H0) yang menyatakan: “Tidak ada pengaruh penggunaan media video terhadap hasil belajar TIK siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqaa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang 2015/2016”, ditolak.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan usaha aneka olahan pisang merupakan sebuah upaya dalam rangka meningkatkan nilai jual produk lokal yang akan berdampak secara langsung kepada pendapatan masyarakat. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut pelatihan ini menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan pengembangan usaha. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah masyarakat menjadi sadar akan potensi ekonomi yang ada di lingkungan sekitarnya. Masyarakat memiliki keahlian dalam pengolahan pisang menjadi aneka jenis makanan, dan secara perlahan namun pasti pendapatan masyarakat desa menjadi terus meningkat yang awalnya mereka hanya mengandalkan pendapatan dari hasil pertanian kini mendapatkan tambahan dari hasil keterampilan.

Abstract

This article aims to describe whether there is a relationship between students 'self-confidence and students' speaking abilities. This study uses cluster sampling methods and oral tests. The population in this study were VII grade students of SMPN 9 Pinrang. The total population is 104 students. The sample used was class VIIL.1 totaling 28 students. The method used in speech evaluation is an oral test. The results of research using Pearson Product Moment obtained r count value of 0.700 and with the product value of r products when products with N = 28 found 0.478 at 1% significance level and found 0.374 at a significant level of 5%. To find out the level of product moment correlation the coefficient of 0.61-0.80 = substantial. This can be seen in the results of the analysis, namely: 0.700> 0.478 (5%) and 0.700 0.374 (1%) with db: 28. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this research is that there is a significant relationship between students 'self-confidence and the eight-year students' speaking ability in SMPN 9 Pinrang.

Abstract

Production of cocoon and raw silk in South Sulawesi have decreased in recent years. One of the problem is misleading policy formulation and implementation. The purpose of this studies is to know the policy of sericulture that have implemented in South Sulawesi. The method of analyses are discourse analysis/narrative, actors/network, and politics/interest. The result indicated that three factors ie. narrative, actors and interests among stakeholder in sericulture development disturb the policy implementation so it wouldn’t achieve the goal. Incorrect problem formulation also disrupt the sericulture development so it didn’t increase cocoon and raw silk production in South Sulawesi. Key words: policy, process, sericulture, South Sulawesi

Abstract

This quasi-experimental study involves the experimental and control group which consist of 60 students in first year of SMA Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang 2019/2020 academic year. The reading test is used to collect data to find out do the students can achieve significant result in reading test using Text-based Character. Based on the result the mean score of the experimental group pre-test was 72.67 and classified into good classification, while the control group was 69.63 classified into good. The mean score of the post-test after treatment for the experimental group was 82.43 (very good) while the control group was 76.53, (good) classification still. The researcher found that the T-table is higher than the t-test (α) (1.659<2.021). It means that there is a significant difference in the pre-test of the control and experimental group, while in post-test of an experimental and control group, the researcher finds that the T-test is higher than the alpha and previous score in the the pre-test (α) (3.089>2.021). The degree of freedom is 58. This study reveals that the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted, and the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. This is means that the use of Text-based Characters can improves students' reading skills in significant way.

Abstract

The goal of this article decide any improvement in the mastery of student language proficiency in terms of discuss class after being taught by partial immersion program at Vocational Education Technology.With the use of experimental method this research design is quantitative. On June 2020, this research was conducted in two weeks. On June 2020, this research was conducted in two weeks. The subject of this article was education technology students college consisting of 12 students in the second semester. Methode of collection data was test of pre-test and post-test. Data analysis techniques were calculating Heaton 's speaking test interview by disscussion class software and the spss statistical method.The result show that: Posttest is bigger than Pretest's. For Pretest Acquired, score means 51.80. In Posttest grew to 55.00. Certainly there is an improvement in students ' language proficiency through partial immersion program so that the dominant theory hypothesis is H1 (Alternative Hypothesis).It can be concluded that partial immersion program can improve the language proficiency students college.

Abstract

The aims of this article is to describe that total immersion program in teaching English can improve students speaking ability. This article is made from research result which used pre- test and post-test design. The population of the article is the ninth grade of SMP Negeri 3 Panca Rijang there are two classes. The writer applied random technique that took one of the two class and sample of this article was IX.2 class with 20 students. The instrument of this article was speaking test which would be administred in pre-test and post-test. The pre-test would be used to find the prior knowledge of speaking ability, while post-test would be used to find speaking ability achievement after treatment is given. The result of this article showed that total immersion program was effective to improve speaking ability at the ninth grade of SMP Negeri 3 Panca Rijang especially IX.2 class. It could be proved from their mean score in post-test (56.95) was higher than their mean score in pre-test (48.50), and the t-test value (10.934) was greater than t-table (a = 0.05; df= 9; t table = 2.262, this means that H1 was accepted.

Abstract

The objective of the article is to explore the use of context analysisameliorate the ability of the students at SMP Negeri1Pancarijang to write descriptive composition and to find out students’ interest in learning writing the descriptive composition by using context analysis at the eighth grade student SMP Negeri1Pancarijang. This research employed the method of the research was pre-experimental method with one group pre-test and post-test design. The population was the eighthgrade student of SMP Negeri1Pancarijang in 2020-2021academic years. class VIII.a (24) was chosen as a sample. The instrument used in this research was to write descriptive composition and questionnaire to measure students’ interest. The result of this research showed that the pre-test got the mean score (53.12) while the post-test got mean score (78.91). This showed that there was significant difference between pre test and post test.The result of the P-value (0.000) was lower than level of significant (alpha (α)=0.05). This means that H1 was accepted. The research concluded that teaching writing by using context analysis increased the students’ ability to write descriptive composition at the eighth grade student of SMP Negeri1Pancarijang, and the result of students interest showed that from 24 respondents and total score 2.096 got mean score 87.33 was categorized in strongly interested. It proven that students at the second year of SMP Negeri1Pancarijang interested to learn write descriptive composition by using context analysis.
