Abstract

Obligasi merupakan salah satu sekuritas yang diperjual belikan dipasar modal. Sebelum obligasi dipasarkan di pasar modal, obligasi harus diperingkatkan. Peringkat obligasi (rating bond) merupakan informasi guna melihat kemampuan perusahan penerbit obligasi dalam membayar kewajibanya. Peringkat obligasi di peringkat oleh suatu lembaga atau agen pemeringkat (rating agency) yang independen, objektif, dan dapat dipercaya, salah satunya adalah  PEFINDO (Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia).Hasil analisis secara parsial dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%, menyimpulkan: (1) Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi dengan nilai Thitung sebesar 0,123 Ttabel sebesar 1,688 dengan nilai sig 0,903 0,05, (2) total assets turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi perusahaan dengan nilai Thitung 0.676 1,688 dengan nilai sig 0,503 0,05, (3) current ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi perusahaan dengan nilai Thitung 0,396 1,668 dengan nilai sig o,694 0,05. Dan juga dibuktikan oleh uji f dimana debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, current ratio tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap peringkat obligasi dengan nilai Fhitung 0,233 Ftabel 0,286. Dan nilai dari koefesien determinasi (R2) 0,19 atau  2 % debto equity ratio, total asset turnover, current ratio mempengaruhi peringkat obligasi, 98 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor â?? faktor dan rasio keuangan lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand ambassadors, buying interest and testimonials on online purchasing decisions on Instagram for students in the city of Padang. This type of research is quantitative, where this study uses numerical data and the research process emphasizes the measurement of objective results using statistical analysis. The population in this study were students in the city of Padang who had made online purchases on Instagram. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method based on certain criteria, namely students who have done online shopping on Instagram. The number of samples is as many as 100 people obtained by using the Lemeshow formula. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 16.00 program. The hypothesis was tested using the t test at = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that brand ambassadors, buying interest and testimonials have a positive and significant impact on online purchasing decisions on Instagram for students in the city of Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh brand ambassador, minat beli dan testimoni terhadap keputusan pembelian online di instagram pada Mahasiswa di Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dimana penelitian ini menggunakan data numeric dan proses penelitian menekankan pada pengukuran hasil yang objektif dengan menggunakan analisis statistik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa di Kota Padang yang pernah melakukan pembelian online di instagram. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan metode pengambilan sampelnya purposive sampling yang didasarkan pada kriteria tertentu yaitu Mahasiswa yang pernah melakukan belanja online di instagram. Adapun jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 100 orang yang didapat dengan menggunakan rumus lemeshow. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 16.00. Hipotesis di uji dengan menggunakan uji t pada α = 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa brand ambassador, minat beli dan testimoni berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online di instagram pada Mahasiswa di Kota Padang.

Abstract

Food is an important and strategic commodity, because it is an essential human need that must be fulfilled at all times. Food needs need to be made available in sufficient quantities, adequate quality, safe for consumption and easily obtainable at prices affordable by all levels of society. The study was conducted on organik rice distributors located in Padangpanjang, West Sumatra. Based on the variables tested in this study and including dummy, the most dominant factor of consumption of organik rice is the variable that has a loading value above 0.5, this factor is the income factor ( income and expenditure), personal factors (level of education and delivery), and external factors (availability, vehicle ownership and external motivation). From the analysis and observations made, it can be concluded that consumers in consuming organik rice are still few and not from their own desires. Consumers in consuming organik rice only follow along with other consumers or call on consumers who have consumed organik rice so that continuous public awareness must be given to the benefits of organik rice.

Abstract

It is known that Talago Dadok Islamic Boarding School become one of the mustahik who receive zakat in  conventional productive form by BAZNAS Solok Regency. The zakat received by Talago Dadok Islamic Boarding School in the form of the purchase of 8 (eight) cows as business capital. The proceeds from the effort will be used to pay the salaries of ustadz and ustadzah who teach at Talago Dadok Islamic Boarding School because they do not have a fixed income. Based on the findings and information provided by the implementing officer baznas Solok Regency, the author found some problems appear in the future after the cows raising runs for several months.Through the report provided by Talago Dadok Islamic Boarding School to Province, the relevant office and BAZNAS Solok Regency, there are very significant weaknesses in the aspects of financial statements and bookkeeping. This research is conducted as a field research using sociological approach. This research is interesting to be studied considering that Talago Dadok Islamic Boarsing School has no history of expertise in the field of cow rearing. The findings resulting from this study are that there are many aspects that must be improved by Talago Dadok Islamic Boarding School, especially in the administrative aspect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh penerapan akuntansi pertanggungjawaban terhadap kinerja manajerial; (2) Pengaruh penerapan akuntansi pertanggungjawaban terhadap motivasi; (3) Pengaruh penerapan akuntansi pertanggungjawaban terhadap kinerja manajerial melalui motivasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Semen Padang Indarung, Lubuk Kilangan Kota  Padang.  Data  yang  digunakan  adalah  data  primer.  Teknik  sampel  yang digunakan  adalah  menggunakan  teknik  total  samping  dengan  cara  menyebar kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Akuntansi Pertanggungjawaban berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Manajerial; (2) Akuntansi Pertanggungjawaban berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi; (3) Akuntansi Pertanggungjawaban berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial melalui motivasi.

Abstract

Perubahan Makro ekonomi di Indonesia akan mempengaruhi perekonomian Indonesia dan seluruh industri yang ada. Pasar modal menjadi penggerak ekonomi nasional melalui perannya sebagai sumber pembiayaan perusahaan dan alternatif bagi investor untuk berinvestasi. Didalam pasar modal, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) sangat berperan penting karena indeks ini bisa menjadi barometer kesehatan ekonomi di suatu negara. Tingginya inflasi, suku bunga akan menurunkan harga saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh inflasi, dan suku bunga terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan (IHSG) di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode analisis menggunakan model analisis linear berganda. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data bulanan periode januari 2013-Desember 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 108 sampel. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama diterima dan diperoleh nilai inflasi sebesar 0,042. Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua diterima di peroleh dari nilai suku bunga sebesar 0,000. Dari hasil statistik disimpulkan variabel inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap IHSG. Variabel suku bunga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap IHSG. Secara simultan variabel bebas yaitu inflasi, kurs dan suku bunga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap IHSG.

Abstract

The purpose of the training carried out by the community service implementation team is to help students of SMA 2 VII Koto Sungai Sariak use the application in creating their entrepreneurial profile. The training material is the use of the KineMaster application in creating student business profiles. The training is carried out directly at the school. The method of implementing the training is presentation and hands-on practice. The training material was delivered by presenting the use of the KineMaster application directly from the cellphone to the infocus screen using a connector that had been prepared by the service team. The result of this training is that Ninety percent of students (21 people) can use the application on their respective cellphones and another ten percent (2 people) cannot do so with the problem that their existing cellphones do not support downloading applications. In general, students can make video texts that are equipped with audio and can be applied to their business profiles. Difficulties faced by students can be solved directly by the team

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk menguji kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk menguji kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Padang. Jenis pada penelitian ini menggunakan Kuantitatif. Metode penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampling jenuh sebanyak 76 sampel.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji t. dimana regresi linear berganda menghasilkan Y = 7,996 + 0,333 (X1) + 0,324 (X2) 0,182 (X3), dan uji hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (4,090 > 1,666) dengan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari nilai alpha (0,000 < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima yang artinya kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Padang. Dan uji hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (3,271 > 1,666) dengan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari nilai alpha (0,002 < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima yang artinya kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Padang. Dan uji hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (2,178 > 1,666) dengan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari nilai alpha (0,033 < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima yang artinya kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work ethic, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT Galatta lestarindo Sungai Lansek. This type of research is quantitative, where the research process emphasizes objective measurement of results using statistical analysis. The population in this study were all employees of 81 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling where total sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled, while the number of samples is 81 people obtained from all employees. The type of data used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data. While the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. by using test instrument test, (validity test and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. Where multiple linear regression produces Y = 10,714 + 0.175 (X1) + 0.298 (X2) + 0.332 (X3) and the first hypothesis test shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (2.048 > 1.99085) with a significantly smaller value of the alpha value (0.044 <0.05). This shows that H1 is accepted, which means that work ethic has a positive effect on employee performance. And the second hypothesis test shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (3.041 > 1.99085) with a significantly smaller value than the alpha value (0.003 <0.05). This shows that H2 is accepted, which means that organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. And the third hypothesis test shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (2.480 > 1.99085) with a significantly smaller value than the alpha value (0.015 <0.05).The results of the study show that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
