Abstract

Sharing knowledge is one of important elements in academic libraries. The activity uses ICT to inform one another. Most academic libraries in Indonesia, supporting infrastructures and reward are the main factor to conduct the activity. The implementation of such activity, especially in academic libraries, has resulted some beneficial both for librarians and its users. Motivation is considered as one of important aspects in sharing knowledge. By having supporting facilities or infrastructures, the activity can run smoothly and properly.

Abstract

Personal file record is very important for the students to support the activities. If the personal records can be organized properly, they can fill Sipresma (Sistem Informasi Prestasi Mahasiswa) or student achievement information system easily. The rules also require that students can manage a personal record in the form of a charter, certificate or other reference letter to get diploma supplement or Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah (SKPI). In this study objectives are to determine the management of personal records related to student achievement information system (Sipresma) UI. This research method uses quantitative methods involving 358 respondents of the Vocational Education Program University of Indonesia students. The results obtained showed that the majority of students agreed that the personal file management still not maximal. The conclusion from this study also shows that the students are very aware of the certificate or reference of activity should be stored in a special storage area that's personal record can be well ordered

Abstract

Background of the study: In villages, land documents, especially for land that has not been certified or commonly referred to as traditional land, often triggers problems. Customary land, which is often called girik, petok, rincik, ketitir, letter C or others, is not supported by adequate documents. Even if there is in the community, the condition is often problematic, whether it's torn, the paper is fragile, and damaged, or ink that has been difficult to read. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the management of village-based land records through the digitization of land titles stored in villages or villages. Method: The methodology used in this research is through direct assistance to village officials to practice the digitalization and regulation of land records based on archival rules. Findings: The findings of this study are that the archives of the villagers' land are often stored just like that in the village, making them vulnerable to damage, loss and hard to find again. With the rules of archival science and digitizing land records, the process of meeting will be easier again. Conclusion: This research has a theoretical and practical impact. Theoretically provide insight into digitizing vital archives. Whereas practically, if the management of land records can be carried out well, then the potential for land conflicts can be reduced to a minimum.

Abstract

The process of knowledge sharing becomes important processes for an organization in creating new knowledge and innovation. Tacit and explicit knowledge can be moved through several processes to knowledge sharing. Culture an important part of the process, especially an appreciation of the sources of knowledge that is willing to share the knowledge. In educational organizations especially recently established such as Vocational Program UI should institutionalization of knowledge as a knowledge center will be beneficial in the process of knowledge sharing.

Abstract

This study to unearth village tourism for culture attraction tourim and to show there are some basic problem for existence village tourism in Central Jawa. The methodology was used qualitative research method with descriptive analysis. The result of this stuy indicate that for general potential cultural village tourism in Central Java is many. The problems that for like human resource, infrastructure & facillity, promotion. The problems can be finish with active any other especialy the people from culture village tourism.

Abstract

The need for human resources with expertise in managing information is needed. As the amount of arsiparist power with the need for power is far from balanced. The need for librarians is also very high in managing information. The purpose of this research is to know the views of graduates of the 2014 MID program that graduated in 2017 to the profession they will undergo. The study used the online survey method of MID student program class of 2014. The results showed that softskill and hardskill from lecture subject taught to them felt will support their profession forward. From the willingness to work, the majority of respondents choose the archive field because they feel mastered the field. Further education becomes one of the greatest wishes for MID graduate students to earn a bachelor's degree.

Abstract

This research is intended to understand the description of the application of the Public Information Disclosure Law related to the management of records and archives. Records and archive managers play a role in determining which access to information can be given to the public based on applicable laws and regulations. The approach taken is through literature review on public information disclosure that is closely related to the management of records and archives in countries that have used the Public Information Disclosure Act. Indonesia already has a legal umbrella for both the Public Information Disclosure Act and the Archive Law which should have a strong foundation in the application of information access to the public. The implementation must obtain knowledge about access to public information. This research is only limited to seeing the presentation of ministry PPIDs in providing access to public information that has been selected by the role of record managers and archives. Theoretically provides insight into the theory of public information openness associated with the management of records and archives. Practically, if the management of records and archives can be done well in public bodies the issue of public information disclosure can be resolved properly.
