Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan appraisal terhadap praktik pengembangan kompetensi di Kemenkumham RI saat ini dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikannya berdasarkan pendekatan People Capability Maturity Model (P-CMM). Satu-satunya metode appraisal P-CMM yang diakui oleh Software Engineering Institute (SEI) adalah Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) with People CMM. Appraisal dilakukan pada 3 Process Area P-CMM yang dipilih berdasarkan kesesuaiannya dengan ruang lingkup penelitian, yaitu Training and Development, Competency Analysis, dan Competency Development. Dari hasil appraisal yang dilakukan pada 3 Process Area tersebut, terdapat total 17 praktik yang belum diimplementasikan dengan baik. Untuk memperbaiki ketiga Process Area tersebut, beberapa aktivitas direkomendasikan untuk diimplementasikan, yaitu mengidentifikasi pelatihan dan keahlian kritikal yang dibutuhkan untuk sebuah kompetensi, mengevaluasi alternatif pelatihan, mengadakan diskusi formal terkait pengembangan dengan setiap ASN secara periodik, memberikan kesempatan pengembangan berdasarkan hasil diskusi tersebut, melakukan pengukuran terhadap aktivitas pelatihan dan pengembangan, membuat dan mengevaluasi 3 dokumen penting (Workforce Competency, Competency-based process dan Competency information) secara periodik, membentuk unit baru khusus untuk mengelola kompetensi ASN, mengevaluasi aktivitas analisis kompetensi, dan mengaudit data definisi pengembangan kompetensi secara periodik untuk menyesuaikan dengan kebijakan organisasi. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the form of application of virtual money as a medium of exchange in meeting the needs of the Class I detention center in Depok as an effort to optimize the duties and functions of detention centers in the service, maintenance and security of prisoners. As well as knowing what obstacles are experienced and are expected to find solutions. This research uses a qualitative research approach. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the application of virtual money as a medium of exchange has been implemented since August 2019, virtual money has been used by all prisoners and prisoners, one virtual accounts are used by one person and no one is the same, the media for using virtual money is the e-pass card and the corresponding fingerprint, and there are minimum and maximum limits on the amount of balances that can be stored in one virtual account. To optimize the application of virtual money as a medium of exchange, all parties must integrate each other in its application, coordinate with the parties responsible for maintaining facilities and operations, and be committed to improving services for meeting needs.

Abstract

The role and function of correctional institutions in providing the rights of prisoners, especially the right to communicate, has become a hot issue during the Covid-19 pandemic. Prisoners who are in correctional institutions / detention demands to be able to communicate with their families, this is a problem considering the face-to-face spread of the virus is prone to occur in overcrowded prisons. Referring to the Instruction of the Director General of Corrections Number: PAS-08.OT.02.02 of 2020 concerning the Prevention, Handling, Control and Recovery of Covid-19, there are efforts to replace the inmates' direct visits with video calls to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in prisons / detention centers. This study analyzes the implementation of video calls as an effort to grant communication rights to prisoners and to prevent the spread of covid-19 in prisons / detention centers.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the response of lowland Cauliflower plants cultivated in PMK land using bokhasi palm fronds as an effort to improve PMK land. Another goal is to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers in Cauliflower cultivation so that it is expected to reduce production costs. The study was conducted in Pintu Batu sub-district, Teluk Segara sub-district, Bengkulu city with a height above sea level of 10 m, in May to August 2018 the method used was a one-factor Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) with 3 replications. The treatments given consisted of 3 systems namely organic cultivation, semi-organic cultivation, and conventional cultivation. The results showed a significant effect of the cultivation system treatment on the growth and yield of Cauliflower plants. Conventional and semi-organic and organic cultivation show significant differences in the growth variable, which are leaf area and wet weights and yield variables, ie crop wet weight. The average crop weight obtained in conventional cultivation is 416 g / plant significantly different from the crop weight produced in semi-organic cultivation is 243 g / plant. Semi-organic cultivation of plant growth is not uniform compared to conventional cultivation which is relatively uniform so that harvest time can be done more than once.

Abstract

Di bidang pemasyarakatan, petugas pemasyarakatan sangat penting untuk keberhasilan keseluruhan lembaga pemasyarakatan mereka. Biaya yang akan datang terkait dengan pertumbuhan populasi penjara dan tingkat pergantian yang meningkat untuk petugas pemasyarakatan menimbulkan tantangan di antara mereka yang memimpin operasi penjara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pentingnya kepemimpinan yang dimiliki petugas pemasyarakatan. Kepemimpinan yang dimiliki oleh petugas sangat penting untuk menghadapi kondisi lapas yang mengatur ratusan nara pidana. Petugas pemasyarakatan dengan gaya kepemimpinan transformasionalis memberikan tipe kepemimpinan dengan mengajak dan memberikan contoh perilaku yang baik bagi narapidana. Sehingga penting bagi petugas untuk memiliki kekuasaan dalam memimpin narapidana. Pentingnya petugas pemasyarakatan memahami lingkungan kerja dan bahwa praktik kepemimpinan mereka berdampak pada karyawan di bawah pengawasan mereka.

Abstract

The author conducted a study on the effectiveness of the application of leadership styles to increase employee motivation in Rutan Class IIB Kebumen with the aim of conducting an in- depth analysis to be able to draw conclusions that how effective the application of leadership styles is to increase work motivation on employee performance and thus increase the discipline possessed by correctional employees. in the Class IIB Kebumen Rutan. This study aims to examine and analyze how the effect of compensation, professionalism and internal communication on the performance of the Class IIB State Detention Center employees in Kebumen Regency. The context of organizational success is the existence of a good relationship between leaders and employees. Where the relationship is influenced by his leadership style. Seeing the real facts that happened, there are many factors that influence the flow of the leadership process, the rest are facts or organizational dynamics that occur. This means that when a leader applies his leadership style or activity, it really depends on the pattern of the organization that surrounds him. Leadership style has a positive effect on employees' work motivation, which means that the leadership style in leading their subordinates is able to encourage employees to work better, it can be seen from the magnitude of the influence of leadership style on employee work motivation.
