Abstract

As a member of the law family, the Adat law is one form of positive law which plays particular role and contribution in the making process of the whole positive law in Indonesia. Existence of Adat law in the constitutional of Indonesia painted its own color. As one of the oldest customary law in the life of local community Adat law has become the seed and formatting idea of Indonesia’s national law where Adat Law has widely influenced other positive law. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the approach of supervision used by superintendent, (2) the level of working maturity of the Senior High School teachers in Banjarmasin, (3) the relevance of supervision approach used by superintendent, (4) the implementation of Senior High School teachers task in Banjarmasin, (5) the relationship between supervision approach used by superintendent and teachers tasks in Banjarmasin. The population of the study was a whole high school teachers in the city of Banjarmasin, while the sample is selected 186 teachers, with the characteristic of heve been working for over five years and have received supervision from the superintendent. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and simple correlation with point biserial correlation.The results showed: (1) non dorective is the most supervision approach used by superintendent, (2) the level of working maturity of high school teachers in Banjarmasin classified as very mature, (3) supervision approach used by superintendent in accordance with the level of working maturity of teachers who received supervision, (4) the implementation of teachers tasks are classified as good, (5) there is a positive and significant relationship between supervision approach used by the superintendent and teachers’ teaching duties.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mechanism of DPRD oversight of the implementation of the APBD. The research method used is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach that is relevant to the problems studied in this study. Research results: DPRD as a people's representative institution in the region with one of its functions, namely the supervisory function, supervising every regional government activity, one of which is the implementation of the APBD. The form of supervision of the implementation of the APBD includes conducting field assessments and inspections by going directly to each regional government program implementation funded from the APBD. In addition to field inspections, another form of supervision is to listen to and examine the accountability of the APBD every 1 (one) time by the regional head

Abstract

This research is a normative legal research, using the conceptual approach and legislation. The purpose of this study was to see the implementation of the use of the village budget as regulated in the village law. Research result; the use of village funds as stated in the 2014 Village Law, that the use of old village funds for village development is in accordance with local village conditions. The allocation of the use of village funds is based on statutory regulations and village needs that have been considered in the APBDes within 1 (one) fiscal year.
