Abstract

Abstract

The Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) and Tahzhul Qur'an House (RTQ) of the Raudhatul Adzkia Jorong Dalam Koto Nagari Koto Tangah, Tilatang Kamang, and District of Agam have been launched since 2015. The students who study here are free of charge. The operational costs of education and the honorarium for educators come from donations from their community and some nomads. However, this contribution is not sufficient for operational costs. The Department of Chemistry's community service team, Andalas University, collaborated with partners to start a business to solve this problem. The business was carried out using vacant land owned by partners for catfish cultivation. Surveys, program socialization and assisting activities were carried out online using virtual media, while Partners carried out the implementation in the field. Activities carried out were pond preparation, the release of catfish seeds, feeding, sorting, maintenance, harvesting, and marketing cultivated catfish. Based on the evaluation, 5000 seedlings from the released catfish developed well. About 99% of catfish typically growth to a large and even size, while the other 1% growth relatively slowly. Harvested catfish were sold for IDR 18,000/kg for wet fish and IDR 100,000/kg for dried fish. This business has been carried out sustainably by partners, and the profits have been used to support the operational costs of TPQ and RTQ Raudhatul Adzkia.

Abstract

While the journey of a legal entity of the Company is limited in Indonesia in terms of carrying out its business in accordance with its purpose, there are occasionally unexpected events such as debts that impede the smooth operation of the company's cash, or even ongoing disputes with creditors that force the company to declare bankruptcy via court orders, even though bankruptcy is not mandatory. Everything comes to an end with the Company. The Limited Liability Company owes the state something, specifically tax. The Directorate General of Taxes of the Republic of Indonesia's Ministry of Finance is responsible for state taxes. If the Company's tax obligations are not met optimally, the company's management, in this case the Directors and Commissioners, is responsible for resolving them. The company owner entrusts the Board of Directors with the responsibility of carrying out the responsibilities imposed by its authority in a limited company and carrying out the task prudently in accordance with the prudential principle. The curator was involved in a party's bankruptcy to manage the assets of parties in bankruptcy and distribute them to creditors in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

Abstract

Since the beginning of 2021, the Indonesian government's policy has been to enforce public activity restrictions (abbreviated as PPKM) in order to deal with Covid-19 pandemics in Indonesia. Public activity restrictions (PPKM) are in place in various places that are hotspots for Covid-19 infection, most notably on the Indonesian island of Java and Bali. The government took this effort to slow the spread of Corona Virus, or Covid-19. Prior to the implementation of this public activity restriction (PPKM) program, the government imposed large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) or lockdown zones in a number of places throughout Indonesia. The government was fully supported in implementing these public activity restrictions (PPKM) by the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), Police, and municipal police units (Satpol PP) as part of the Covid-19 Task Force. How effective these public activity restrictions (PPKM) are remains an open question for all stakeholders. However, the reality is that there are still numerous singers between the community and the Task Force on public activity restrictions (PPKM), resulting in damage to the community and a negative influence on society. Numerous human rights breaches and actions that contradict the nation's ideology, specifically Pancasila, result in a fall in community faith in the government.

Abstract

Septic shock remains a major cause of morbidity and mortality in children admitted to pediatric intensive care unit. The incidence of septic shock increased in 30-40 years, with estimate 7% of total deaths in children due to severe sepsis and septic shock. The cardiovascular system is one of the most commonly affected organ in a state of severe sepsis and septic shock. Troponin I is a good marker for assessing the extent of heart muscle damage and elevated levels of troponin I in sepsis patients reflects the severity of the disease, myocardial dysfunction, and poor prognosis. Septic shock patients with impaired cardiac function have an increased risk of mortality 70% to 90% when compared to patients with or without cardiac dysfunction. Keywords : septic shock; troponin I; mortality

Abstract

Nowadays in the globalization era, particularry in Indonesia, the dense population is accompanied byincreasingly complex needs and various human activities in carrying out mobility whether doingwork, school, tourism, research or traveling. Thus, smartphone enhancements to accessories becomeone of the important daily needs. This situation eventually led to increasingly fierce competitionbetween outlets and companies that manufacture, distribute, and sell smartphone devices oraccessories in the existence of competing companies providing the best service to attract consumers. This study aims to build customer loyalty through price and trust using mediating variables, namelycustomer satisfaction. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sampleof 85 respondents. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis and path analysiswith the application of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 21.00). The study result showedthere is an indirect relationship smaller in value than a direct relationship, meaning that loyalty doesnot mediate the relationship between price and customer satisfaction and indirect relationships are lessvaluable than a direct relationship, meaning loyalty does not mediate the relationship of trust withcustomer satisfaction

Abstract

Maintenance is an activity or action to maintain and care for equipment to ensure the availability and reliability of the equipment for the stability of the production process. Reach Stacker is one of the lifting equipment that has a very important role in helping port loading and unloading services. This study aims to determine the types of damage to the equipment and also to increase the readiness of technicians or management in handling maintenance on equipment using preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and corrective maintenance methods. From the results of the analysis, the damage that often occurs to the reach stacker tool is divided into several main component groups, namely the engine group, electrical group, hydraulic group, drive group, and chassis group. each component to increase the readiness of technicians in dealing with failure or damage problems that occur in the equipment and the port party must quickly take steps or actions in the main maintenance process in replacing spare parts due to failures in equipment components.
